Always Great

This is our second year staying in this same condo. It has always been clean with plenty of linens. Access to the room from the parking garage is a little tricky (park on level three and use stairs next B330 or center elevator about halfway down the West side). Pool access is second to none and patio is pretty peaceful and away from the masses.

Perfect

Perfect stay for our family of 5 plus my mom. We love Waterscape so much and this ground floor unit near the kid area was perfect. We had an issue with the sink and garbage disposal and reached out to get it fixed and within a few hours it was taken care of. Wonderful communication.

Highly Recommended

The condo and the property were beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The host goes above and beyond with ease of service, check in/out process and recommendations for food/activities, etc. This is the type of host you hope to work with. This is a family oriented property with plenty of activities for kids.

Nice place for the family

Very relaxing week, beautiful beach, 2 pools and a lazy river, great place for the family. My only complaint is in the condo we stayed in the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable, not a good week for sleeping. Yes, I would go back, but would ask questions about the bed first! :)

Great Experience

Single dad and two kids. Place was perfect for us! Check in/out process couldn't have been easier. Pool pumps had an issue one day and I was communicated to by text making us aware. Issue was remedied in a couple hours, and never slowed us down. We'll stay here again.

Ground Floor Goodness!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Waterscape. It's a walkout unit, which meant the kids could run straight out to the green space to play ball whenever they wanted. They absolutely loved it! The resort itself is incredibly family-friendly. There are multiple pools to choose from, including a lazy river, a splash pad for the little ones, and even a zero-entry pool. We were just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, where we made full use of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. What a fantastic amenity! Being able to go from our condo directly to the green space and then to the pools or beach made everything so easy and stress-free. We had a blast building sandcastles, swimming, and just soaking up the sun. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable--would definitely rent again. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation!

Wonderful Week

We loved our time at Waterscape B228 and would certainly return for another week. We have a family of 5 including 3 teenage daughters and this unit accommodated us well for 7 nights. It was stocked with a set of starter supplies from dish detergent and laundry detergent to coffee pods and paper products. Great communication with Coastal Vibes staff. Waterscape itself was amazing and we loved all the options it offers. It's a bit of a maze to get around but overall it's a beautiful resort and unlike any other we saw on the beach.The beaches here have white sand and crystal clear waters and are absolutely breathtaking. We look forward to returning and would stay here again, both at waterscape and this specific unit with Coastal Vibes B228. Thank you for helping make our vacation memorable and enjoyable.

Simply Amazing

Everything was amazing. The condo was super clean. Parking was convenient. Once we understood the layout of the resort, everything was simple and easy to navigate. We spent the mornings at the beach. Really enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrella. The afternoons were spent sitting around the pools. The kids really enjoyed the lazy River. It was super convenient to have the ability to order food from the Tiki Hut. Booking the room was easy. The team make sure we had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. We are already planning a stay for next year.

Enjoyed our stay but we did choose to cut it short as no one repaired a leak in the primary bedroom that was dripping from the ceiling, especially at night although they were aware it was happening. We had some minor cleaning issues when we arrived but staff took care of them quickly that same day. We will be coming again and looking forward to trying a second time.

Great ground floor location

We loved the location of this unit. My sister and her family were also on the ground floor in the same building & the kids loved running back & forth in the grass between units. Easily walkable to the heated pool and kids area.

Beautiful, clean, fully furnished condo! Wonderful amenities! Beach is spectacular with crystal clear water and white sand. Amazing resort for kids and families! You cannot beat the water attractions onsite at the resort. We will definitely return in the future! Thank you for making our family vacation one we will never forget!
