Loved the location

Condo was as described. We loved having a walk out ground level room and being so close to the heated pool. We will definitely be back.

Always Great

This is our second year staying in this same condo. It has always been clean with plenty of linens. Access to the room from the parking garage is a little tricky (park on level three and use stairs next B330 or center elevator about halfway down the West side). Pool access is second to none and patio is pretty peaceful and away from the masses.

Highly Recommended

The condo and the property were beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The host goes above and beyond with ease of service, check in/out process and recommendations for food/activities, etc. This is the type of host you hope to work with. This is a family oriented property with plenty of activities for kids.

Perfect

Perfect stay for our family of 5 plus my mom. We love Waterscape so much and this ground floor unit near the kid area was perfect. We had an issue with the sink and garbage disposal and reached out to get it fixed and within a few hours it was taken care of. Wonderful communication.

Great ground floor location

We loved the location of this unit. My sister and her family were also on the ground floor in the same building & the kids loved running back & forth in the grass between units. Easily walkable to the heated pool and kids area.

Had a great time!

We loved the location of this condo! The pool was easily accessible and the yard was nice and big to play games on and let the kids run around! Our kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was great for all ages and the beach was awesome. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly go back.

Love the property!!

The room was perfect!! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Love how they had 2 different type of coffee pots too. Veru close to the pools upstairs which was nice. The grass area is perfect spot for the kids to play and take a break out the sun. Look forward to going back next year

Wonderful condo!

The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. The owner is very responsible. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed right away. The pools are great and it's nice that one of them is heated. The beach is terrific and we enjoyed the beach chairs that are included in the rent. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place for the family

Very relaxing week, beautiful beach, 2 pools and a lazy river, great place for the family. My only complaint is in the condo we stayed in the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable, not a good week for sleeping. Yes, I would go back, but would ask questions about the bed first! :)

Beautiful Condo

Loved the newly redecorated condo! It was so colorful and welcoming for our family vacation. Being on the ground level made things much easier for us to access the pool and beach with our two girls. We loved all of the pool/lazy river options for our girls since they're 2 and 7. It was also a great location to get to fun places like Wild Willy's Adventure, the Gulfarium and lots of great restaurants nearby! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Condo

My family had a wonderful vacation at Waterscape B228. The condo was updated and beautiful! Our children loved the lazy river and splash park. We traveled by airplane, so we really appreciated that the condo had beach toys and floats for us to borrow. The condo included beach chair/umbrella service, which was very convenient. Overall, excellent condo rental! We can’t wait to go back!

Great Experience

Single dad and two kids. Place was perfect for us! Check in/out process couldn't have been easier. Pool pumps had an issue one day and I was communicated to by text making us aware. Issue was remedied in a couple hours, and never slowed us down. We'll stay here again.

Perfect Get-a-way

The property was very clean and neat. Easy access. Walk out to upper level pools. Beach was beautiful. The island had all you needed with no need to go further than walking distance. The manager/owner was also very nice and understanding with a little hiccup with check out. Highly recommend this condo to others. Perfect get-a-way for a bunch of over worked moms.
