Our CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL Condo is in a PRIME location and ONLY 50 STEPS to the Beach!!! A wonderful unit for FAMILIES to vacation every year! NO streets to cross and NO beach tags required. Upgrades each year and amenities provided throughout our condo to all of our guests which you will not see in many other units.

We are happy to provide our guests with complimentary products: paper towels, tissues, trash bags, air fresheners, liquid soaps, napkins, starter set of toiletries, salt/ pepper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and so much more that other condo's do not offer. PLUS we provide 4 -6 New Beach chairs with 1-2 Beach Umbrellas for our guests!

*** We also offer a Linen Service which means ALL BEDS ARE MADE PRIOR to your arrival! Owners also provide Bath & hand towels, wash clothes and dish towels for each guest which is another plus and less to pack.***

You will find Unit 202 of the Dellwood on 71st street. It is very convenient and is in WALKING distance to several midtown shops and GREAT restaurants. It also is just a short ride to the exciting boardwalk with miniature golf, amusements and so many more activities. Ocean City, MD also boasts Springfest, Sunfest, Winefest, Oktoberfest, Car Shows, Bike Week, Boat Show, Craft Shows, Concerts and Movies on the Beach and some of the best Golf courses around. Take advantage of the bus transportation which OC, MD offers for only $3 all day long. (Google search - MD Calendar of Events)

During the Summer Season we prefer FULL WEEKS in (JUNE- AUGUST) although we are flexible and will try to accommodate requests.
June - August:

10 am Check OUT. (Email the owner to confirm other dates and time if needed)
***4 hour minimum between rentals but can also be up to 8 hrs. or 1-2 days

Off Season Rentals, please email the owner to confirm any dates.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT - 6 ADULTS in beds plus we provide 2 Pack n Plays and an umbrella stroller for an infant.
(We do NOT have a pull out couch.). Sorry NO Pets Permitted per the CONDO RULES.

The condo was great and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. The only negative is the parking. The available spots were in an alley and if you parked in one, then you’d be blocked in. We had to play car shuffle a few times. But other than that, we had a great time!

Steps to the beach, well stocked with supplies, towels, blankets etc. Very clean, modern snd spacious for the 6 of us!

We enjoyed the stay and all there was to do in Ocean City!

The property was exactly how it was advertised. There were also several items at our disposal that made our days on the beach very convenient. We would definitely rent this property again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely excellent! Sharon was incredibly prompt in her responses and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She kindly accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The property is in a fantastic location—just 20 steps from the beach! You really can’t beat that kind of access. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.Parking was also completely hassle-free—each unit has its own designated parking spot, which was very convenient.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend in OC

We really loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch, watching the ocean while drinking coffee was lovely. Super short walk to beach. We would definitely reserve this house again. Also Sharon was very kind and helpful.

Perfect for us !!!!

Everything in the property description was accurate 110 %. The 3 bedroom unit and deck gave the 5 of us all the room and fun we wanted. The decor and proximity to the beach made all of us smile. We made great memories and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Sharon and Paul, you were awesome hosts.

Best place in OC for 5 people

Seriously all Memorial Day weekend my friends and I could not stop commenting on what a great spot it is. It’s comfortable, clean and well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. We had a wonderful time! Thanks Sharon!!

Beach visit

We had a wonderful stay at the Dellwood. Great communication with hosts. Had an amazing time on the beach and were able to enjoy some local attractions as well! Met the downstairs neighbor who gave us some recommendations for places to eat, visit and even coupons! The only downfall was that internet service was poor. Wifi was not working and we only had 4g service in many areas we visited - which is good unless you are lost or trying to find something to do. We did contact Sharon and Paul who set us up with the internet providers - but ultimately it was not repaired for our visit. Overall, a great stay with tons of amenities available to us throughout our stay!

Beautiful Condo Just Steps from the Beach!!

We had a great time at this beautiful, conveniently located condo. The linen service was a nice perk and saved me the hassle of having to bring sheets and towels. The beds (and sheets) were very comfortable and the condo was beautifully renovated. We enjoyed being able to use the provided beach chairs and the very short walk to the beach. The only drawback of this condo is the parking situation. It does come with one parking spot, but this spot is only really useful if you don't plan to use your car, because you can get blocked in by the other people using the shared driveway. Fortunately, we were able to find street parking close by and it wasn't an issue. Everyone in my group was saying they want to rent this condo again next year!!

This was the perfect place to stay for Oceans Calling. The host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and much bigger than expected. We had no issues with staying here. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet street and was close to good restaurants and takeout.

Communication was great, property was excellent and everything was as described in the listing. We didn't use any of the provided beach equipment but it is there as listed. Middle hallway shower is a little bit tight, but overall comfort and cleanliness was excellent. Just one bit of advice is to bring some throw blankets or extra blankets if you or anyone in your family run cold as the AC works very well (central AC). There was only one small throw blanket on the couch and we did not see any extra blankets in the closet so my kids ended up using towels. My kids did make a bit of ruckus on the first night while I was out getting dinner which disturbed the folks below us but after that first night I think we were OK on the noise.

Family Friendly, Easy Beach Access, Great Stay

The listing was exactly as described and the host was communicative and attentive.Easy beach access and parking right in front of the unit. There was plenty of Beach stuff that we really didn't need to bring any of it ourselves and were able to leave most of that packed. Didn't have any issues.

We had a small girls weekend away. The home was clean, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect to the beach. I loved that there were chairs and umbrellas to use - so convenient! All of the instructions were clear. The owner responded quickly to messages - always friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely stay there again! We had a wonderful time.

This home was a wonderful find. Spacious for 4 adults and 2 pre-teen kids. Beautifully decorated with all our essential needs. Easy walk to the beach. Nice front porch to hang with friends/family. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. Property owner was readily available with any questions we had. Thank you, Sharon!!

Wonderful place!

Such a great place for families! Close to the beach and boardwalk. They offer so many amenities which is extremely helpful! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and made our trip that much better!

Top notch location/Top notch service!!!!

It was everything that it was advertised to be! Perfect location to the beach - could come and go as needed. Perfect location to restaurants, ice cream, markets and mini golf. Roomy inside with 3 nice bedrooms and all the amenities you will need. And Sharon is an awesome owner - great communicator and excellent person! Would love to come back again!!!

Friend Vacation

Sharon's communication was great through the entire process. The space was as described and very clean upon arrival. Super close to the beach and right on a public access path. It's a little North of the boardwalk/bar area but if you don't mind taking an uber it's not a problem at all. There are also plenty of options around the area as well. Would definitely recommend booking here/through Sharon!

Peaceful vacation spot with everything you need!

This was a wonderful spot! The location is fantastic—perfect for families who want to escape the OC crowds while still being close to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions! The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with!
