The property was well-maintained. It was clean, the pool was serviced every day. The boardwalk was cleaned every day and there were no bugs. I do have issues about the unit I stayed in though. There was no blender provided, there was no hot water. It was warm at best. The headboard on the bed had barbs and little nails sticking out from it where I cut my hand one night when I reached back to fluff my pillow. The carpeting in the bedroom was dirty and had stains on it when I arrived. I got down on my hands and knees with soap and water and cleaned it for three consecutive days to get it clean. The stopper in the kitchen for the drain was the wrong size and you couldn’t fill the sink to do the dishes. The Internet/wi~fi was very poor and slow, and the cabling to the TVs was a nightmare of lines and boxes that was almost the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work even after a maintenance man came and supposedly fixed it. The sink in the bathroom would not drain right. A maintenance man came and put some liquid down it but then immediately flushed it. My dad was a plumber and that’s not how you do it. You let it sit to dissolve everything and then you flush it. Of course within, a day or two it was draining poorly again. The redeeming feature was the view and the five minute walk it took to get onto the beach. They have a very nice hot tub that has really hot water in it instead of lukewarm bathwater, and it was very invigorating and relaxing.
