Great view and great location! Needs some TLC like a thorough cleaning and a paint job. Stove and kitchen faucet need to be replaced. Bedroom mattresses leave much to be desired. The grounds are well taken care of and have fairly good amenities. Beach Access is a major plus.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

We stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it was absolutely PERFECT! We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee, taking in the peaceful view over the water—it was the perfect way to unwind. The property grounds were very well taken care of, and we really enjoyed using the pool, gym/game room, and private beach access (such a bonus!).We brought groceries to make breakfast each morning, and the condo had everything we needed—fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and blankets, and even beach gear! It truly felt like a home away from home.We only had to contact Elena once during our stay, and she responded immediately and was super helpful. Overall, I’m so glad I chose to spend my birthday here. My family and I left completely relaxed and happy, and we’re already planning to come back next summer! ☀️

Great stay in SPI!

We stayed 3 nights here and had a great time! Condo was just as pictured and perfect for our family of 4. Beach chairs/ umbrella were in the closet & towels/ linens were provided, which was great since we flew in. HVAC was a little loud in the master bedroom, but it didn’t bother us, in fact we loved it since we normally sleep with a white noise machine at home.

Perfect Girls Trip Condo!

Myself and three of my best friends traveled down for a long weekend. The condo was perfect. The view, location to the beach, pool and hot tub and accommodation were exactly what we were looking for. Elena, our host made sure I had everything I needed for check-in and even let us check in an hour early. She was very responsive and helpful. The beach umbrella and chairs were like new. Highly recommend this condo, and we will be back.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was cute and cozy and perfect for our little family of 3. The location was perfect and just a short walk down to the beach! Doug was great and checked in with us before we checked in which was very nice and not something we were expecting! We didn't want to leave and wish we had booked the rest of the week there!

Condo is very well maintained and had everything we needed. Loved the decor! Amazing view. Loved that the balcony was shaded so we could sit out there and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub, also well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy condo with attractive furnishings provided everything we needed to enjoy our short stay on SPI. Unit was very clean but there was painting and some construction underway in the building.

Great location on the beach

This condo is right on the beach and it’s great to sit on your balcony looking at the ocean! It was a bit compact for 6 people. The rooms had good size beds but due to room size, it left little room to move around. There are some beach items in closet which is nice. Overall, good stay for the price.

Unit was clean, spacious, well maintained, decorated nicely, close proximity to everything (including the beach.) Pool and hot tub were great! Staff were Friendly. All amenities were Superb!! Gated, locked parking was reassuring. Sits in Low noise area on the beach. And We Will Definitely Stay Here Next Year 🌴🌴🌞‼️

Perfect Location!

My daughter and I stayed in this two bedroom condo overlooking the beach and it was perfect for us! It is in a great location, close to everything, and was a short walk to the water. We felt very safe, which was good for us traveling alone, and loved the gated parking lot. I talked to the owner our first day and he was readily available if we had any questions or needed anything. My husband and I are making plans to go back and stay in this condo on a future trip!

Absolutely Amazing!

This was our first time to SPI but not to Texas beaches. This place beat all of them and hands down our favorite. The location was great but the view of the beach was simply the best! We couldn’t get over how close we were to the water. Everything was clean inside and very comfortable. Can’t wait to come down again and stay here.

Appreciated early check-in and quick response from owners. The condo had everything you might need for the beach tucked in a closet (wagon, umbrella, cooler, chairs). It’s a short walk to the beach, so overall this was convenient. However, it could stand some updating and the sofa had a smoke smell to it.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property is located right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of waves, watching the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the private balcony (or down on the beach) was pure bliss. The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything needed for cooking. It was missing dish soap and garbage bags, but we just ran to CVS and got what we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. This rental truly felt like a slice of paradise. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Couch is uncomfortable for sitting but very minor. Cupboards could be gone through and cleaned out a little. But the only recommendation I would have is actual beach towels and more ice cube trays. I will be staying here again!!

Perfect in every way!

First, I like to thank Doug the property owner for calling to ensure everything went smoothly. I have rented numerous homes/apartments and I have never had someone call me. My husband and I loved this little gem. It had everything we need, gated parking, great beach access, and beach towels because we forgot ours. The bed was so comfortable! We will be back again!

Dated but nice and clean!

The hosts were extremely accommodating and east to contact. Please note there is no dishwasher and the “fish-eye” camera makes things look lots larger. The property is beautifully maintained and on-site staff is friendly and helpful. Beach chairs and umbrellas are $35 a day. Nevertheless, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed people watching as throngs used the beach access road just a few feet from us. (Avoid Saturdays and Sundays!) All in all, we had great beach time.
