Our beautiful mountain retreat is a 4 bedroom private home located in the popular West Vail area. We recently completed a major renovation at our home to include upgraded kitchen and appliances, open living area and new stone fireplace, brand new master bathroom (including rain shower, steam shower), brand new full bathroom and new built-in kids bunk bedroom. All furnishings and lighting have also been updated. Outside, we have added in a new flagstone outdoor entertaining area seating 10 people, a firepit with lounge chairs and a brand new hot tub located on a new deck and all professionally landscaped.

Situated on a ¼ acre and nestled among beautiful pine trees, this home has all the conveniences of a large private, spacious home, yet is located steps (40 yards) to the free Town of Vail bus service that will have you in the Heart of Lionshead in 6 minutes or Vail Village in 12 minutes for skiing, shopping and dining. No car needed!

This home is in a coveted location: 40 yards to the free Town of Vail taking you to Vail Village for skiing, shopping, restaurants, bars and theater, or, in Summer, ride your bike to town along the scenic Gore Creek bikeway (about 10-15 minute bike ride). Donovan's Park and playground is less than a 5 minute walk down the road.

Enjoy the private hot tub or simply relax in front of the brand new gas- burning fireplace after a busy day of skiing. This home is perfect for family gatherings or friends getting together and sleeps up to 10 guests. Four (4) bedrooms, three (3) full bathrooms. There are two separate living spaces both with flat-screen TV’s - one for the adults and one for the kids! The main living room has beautiful vaulted wood ceilings with a flagstone gas-burning fireplace. Enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire-place or step outside to enjoy your wine on the large front deck.

The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, granite counter tops with plenty of counter space and supplies/spices for all your cooking needs and a complete selection of cookware, platters and small appliances. We have everything you would need for a small dinner or a huge feast. Our dining room accommodates up to 10 and bar seating accommodates an additional 8 guests.

Other amenities include new wine fridge, brand new private outdoor hot tub, brand new firepit for smores and outdoor seating area, steam and rain shower in master bathroom, gas BBQ grill, 3 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, hi-speed internet (WIFI), Sonos stereo system, books, board games and brand new washer/dryer, sleds and snow shoes for guest use.

We also have items for small children such as a Pak n Play, high chair etc.

We can provide recommendations for: Grocery Service, Massage Service, Ski Butler Service, Ski Lockers, Live in-house acoustic singer and Catering.
