Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear there was confusion regarding the linens and towels. We do want to clarify that our rental agreement, which was provided and signed prior to your stay, states that linens and towels are not included with the rental. Additionally, on the same day, we also communicated that you were welcome to bring your own linens and towels or add our optional linen package for $100. We understand that having this information upfront is important when planning a vacation, which is why we make an effort to communicate these details before arrival. We always want our guests to know exactly what to expect so they can enjoy a comfortable and stress-free stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope you otherwise enjoyed your time at Put-in-Bay!
