You'll understand the well-deserved "Walk To Beach Condo " nickname of Harbor Creek when you discover the private, back gate access to San Juan Creek Trail, a pedestrian/bike path (no cars!). In 7 minutes, you will find yourself at Doheny State Beach, one of California's prettiest and most popular beaches. Doheny is also well-known for it's great surf. Walk a few minutes more and you'll be in the Dana Point Harbor area where you can sip coffee, enjoy great restaurants, music, and Happy Hours.

Don't enjoy walking? Drive down to the Harbor. If you pull out of the driveway and make the two lights, you'll be parking your car at the beach and Harbor in less than a minute. You will have an assigned, secured, covered parking space directly accross from the condo. Costco, grocery stores, pharmacy's, coffee houses and restaurants are all just minutes away.

You will be staying in a completely remodeled, open-plan condo. The updated, well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new cabinets, new french door refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and blender.The kitchen includes basic pantry items and spices, everything you'll need. Barbecue fresh seafood or steaks out on the deck.

This beautiful condo is located on the top floor of two stories and is airy and light, featuring vaulted ceilings and wood floors through out. Tastefully decorated and comfortable furnishings ensure you'll enjoy relaxing at home. There's high speed WiFi, Roku, Netflicks, Amazon Prime, all of which can be watched on the 50-inch flat screen TV with surround sound bar.

You'll sleep well in the comfy, queen-sized bed. All linens, blankets, and comforters are included. There are fresh towels for bathing, pool, and the beach. There's a washer/dryer for your convenience and laundry detergent is provided.

The lush, landscaped grounds include waterfalls and streams running throughout the complex. Walking to the spa, sauna or heated pool you'll enjoy the babbling brook, flowers, butterflies and birdlife.

Dana Point is a hidden Orange County gem. Centrally located for shopping malls, golf, tennis, beach activities, whale watching, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, jetskis, yoga in the park, and close to three of the California Missions.

Take the train from the Amtrak station, located a few miles up the street, in historic San Juan Capistrano. Or you can drive to San Diego, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Anaheim Stadium, and Los Angeles - all within 30 - 60 minutes.

When you're ready for a little exploring we'll provide the Annual State Park Pass that will give you free entry into all of the California State Parks and Beaches, including Doheny.
