Sundial Resort - Magnificent Gulf View condo - B402

Located at the quiet, west end of the Sundial complex, this 1 bedroom, top floor, non-smoking, home away from home, is steps to Sanibel's beaches and our heated, beach front, pool. The unit is about as close to beachfront as you get, without paying beachfront prices.

The building has an elevator and I have a wagon for hauling your belongings to the unit and beach.

You will find a full sized, front load, washer and dryer in the unit.

Free WiFi is available.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels and coolers are available, for your convenience. There is even some fishing gear donated by previous guests.

The living room has a 50" smart TV and a Blue-Ray/DVD player and the bedroom has a 43” smart TV. A small library of DVDs, books, games and puzzles is available, including some for children.

2 bikes and helmets care located in the beach storage unit, for island explorations.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Towels are provided for bath, kitchen and beach.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), tea pot, crock pot and all that you need for cooking, dining.

Wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, across the bedroom and living room, maximize the breathtaking view. The sliders open, full width, to a screened lanai and the, fourth floor, location offers the security to leave the sliders open, to enjoy the sound of the surf and the sea breezes.

The bedroom is walled off from the living room, making it convenient for an extended stay or when sharing the unit. A comfortable, queen, sofa bed, with linens, is available for additional guests.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE USE OF THE RESORT AMENITIES, such as the resort pool (the pool by the building is fine), fitness room and hot tub. If you desire these amenities, you must rent through the resort and pay the daily resort fees.

The resort bar, tiki bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop, market and all resort restaurants are open to the public, so feel free to enjoy them.

The tennis and pickleball courts are open to the public and may be reserved through the resort, for a fee. (866) 565-5093.

You will find "Sanibel Delight", is an ideal retreat for a family vacation, honeymoon or relaxing, solo, getaway. Come stick your toes in the sand and find out what Sanibel has to offer.

Paula was great and the unit was perfect! It had a good view of the beach and a very short walk ( 1-2 minutes) and you were on the beach. Unit was very well stocked with everything you could need to cook in the kitchen.Will be coming back for sure!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I loved our stay at Sanibel Delight. The property was perfect for our needs, clean and well supplied. We took advantage of the bikes as well, they were perfect for exploring around. Best of all, the distance to the beach cannot be beaten! Lastly, Paula is a great hostess, very communicative and helpful. We’re definitely looking to go back!!

This condo was a great choice and was exactly as we expected. It had a well appointed kitchen with everything you'll need except food. It was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. The amenities of this property are excellent, especially the storage closet with beach and pool accessories along with bikes. Paula our host was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. We definitely will rent this again.

Just Amazing

This unit is very nice, well appointed, and well stocked. Anything you need for the beach is provided, it made our stay more comfortable. And the VIEW, just amazing! You can’t go wrong with the easy access to the beach, it’s so close you can come back to the unit for anything you need within two minutes. And it’s centrally located to all the great spots on Sanibel. This will be our go-to place from now on.The owner is very friendly and communicative, a true pleasure to work with.

Wonderful place

Clean and comfortable with a great view

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach whenever we wanted. And all of the beach amenities were very helpful! We'd love to come back some day!

I grew up in Louisville, KY. My mother always called me 'nature girl'. From my youngest photos, I seemed to always have an animal nearby. I spent most of my life working with animals in one capacity or another, so when I visited a friend on Sanibel and discovered the natural beauty of the place, I was hooked.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

In the mid 1980's, I took a job working at C.R.O.W (Care and Rehabilitation of Wildlife), the wildlife rehabilitation hospital on Sanibel. I got to know the island and it's unique, nature - friendly attitudes. I left that job after a couple of years but continued to vacation on Sanibel, regularly. I never found any place else that brought me the peace and tranquility of this island. It is a special place.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I searched for several years before finding just the right property. When I opened the front door and saw the phenomenal view, I knew my search was over. Although it is not technically beachfront, it's pretty darn close!
This condo has everything I looked for on my vacations, washer/dryer, comfortable sized rooms, large screened lanai. Add to that the fact that nothing can ever be built in front of the unit, to spoil the view, I was sold.
Although I am more of a beach person, it is nice to have a pool right outside the building and the complex is NOT next to a public beach, so it isn't crowded.

The 4th floor location makes it safe to sleep with the doors open, listening to the surf. It is a truly great place to spend time.
