For the RBC Heritge you can put our patio chairs right up near the greean and have a wonderful experience without even buying a ticket! For more details about what you can expect during the tournament, send me an email throught the VRBO portal.

The Island's landmark Harbour Town lighthouse is just a few blocks away, is surrounded by shops, eateries and the spectacular yachts in the marina. You will find our 2 story townhouse (see floor plan in photos) to be bright and very comfortable with the ideal location. The jewel of Sea Pines, the Beach Club is a 5 minute free trolley ride or 10 minute bike ride away.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea or an afternoon beverage on the patio as you view the golfers on the No. 1 green of this PGA tournament golf course.

Perhaps a swim suits you? Well you can be poolside with just a few steps from our home. If the beach is in your plans you can ride the free trolley (during the spring/summer season) with a stop about 100 yards from our front door, ride your bike (about 1 mile) or drive (3 mins) to the Sea Pines Beach Club (parking restricted to 50 cars from 9am-5pm Mar 23-Labor Day).

And don't forget to stop by the South Beach Marina, home to the Salty Dog and many other shops and eateries.

For bike rentals, beach chairs, umbrellas etc consider Hiltonhead Bike Rentals.

We spend about 5 months a year here so our guests can rest assured that everything is in working order and the unit is in good condition.

We had a wonderful time!We loved the area; it was so safe and peaceful. I enjoyed walking in the mornings and taking in the beauty of the area.The townhouse is large, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable, including plenty of parking spots.We went to the pool every day, it was quiet and relaxing.Thank you for your hospitality and great communication. Great location, sorry walk to the pool, between the Harbor area and the Sea Pines beach area. The trolly stopped servicing after labor day, but it was a nice walk either ŵay. Condo was clean and all the comforts of home.

The property was well listed, clean, and as we expected based on photographs and descriptions. The location was centrally located, close to Harbour Town, and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay in HHI! The condo is very well located, clean, had all the basic kitchen appliances, and the communication with Don was excellent!The Sea Pines community is amazing (10 min walk to Harbor Town, 5 min drive to a great beach). We rented bikes for the week and it was so much fun!We would definitely come back!

Exceptional

The villa was perfect for me, my husband, and our adult son. Comfortably furnished, organized kitchen with everything needed. Quiet area. No one above us was a plus. Walkable to Harbortown. Great location near Salty Dog, Coligny, anywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed several evenings at Sea Pines Beach Club and long walks on the beach. Don & Tish were great with communication and pleasant in answering questions. Perfect hosts. Will stay there again!

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication from Don was excellent. The villa was very clean and spacious. It's in a great location, close to Harbour Town, with a nice view of the golf course. Would definitely stay again!

Don was communicative and wonderful leading up to and through the stay. The condo was clean and well cared for, nestled in a great little neighborhood. We loved the spaciousness and two stories, so you don’t hear the stomping around of other neighbors. Easy parking, lush and green, nice sized pools with lounges all the way around, 8 min walk to Harbourtown. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4!

Ideal Hilton Head stay

Unit was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Perfectly located close to Harbour Town shops, golf, pool, bike rentals and more. Very peaceful setting for quiet morning breakfasts on the patio as well as beautiful evening sunsets over golf course. Hard to beat this experience on our favorite place to escape to. Family came along and stayed on island as well to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary.

Fantastic

We loved our stay. We rented bikes and everything (Beach/Harbour Town/Restaurants) was just a short distance away. The unit was lovely and the master bed was very comfortable. Communication with Don was excellent! Loved watching the golfers on the course from the back patio. We would recommend this unit and look forward to returning soon.

Perfect getaway!

Missing our annual snowbird trip to Sea Pines, we opted to try an April trip and found this lovely, well-maintained, spotlessly clean villa in the location that’s our favorite. We walked a lot to most spots but South Beach. If we were able to bike this time, we’d hardly move the car. The owner is super responsive and so very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home! We’ll be back!!!

Sea Pines Resort - Heritage Villas - a great Harbour Town location

If Harbour Town is your desired location, then this townhouse property is a great option. It is situated near the green of the first hole of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links. Harbour Town offers excellent shopping, dining, watersports, fishing charters and sightseeing tours, and beautiful views of Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The unit could stand some updating, but all in all, it was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the owner's responsiveness to all of our questions made the stay more enjoyable.

Pleasant stay , perfect location

Home was clean and a good size for our family of 5. One younger child who slept in the king bed with us. The location is ideal. Don sent me extensive and detailed information prior via email. We rented bicycles for 1 week and he gave us a promo code for a discount- they were delivered with no issues. Don even notified us that we can check in earlier and accommodated for a late check out which we were grateful for since we had a late flight. There were some hiccups with the apt that Don took care of and was responsive to. The sofa and mattresses can be updated but other than that everything was pleasant!

Down the road we hope to spend a lot more time using our home so we make a special effort to keep its condition at a level that we would require if we were there full time. Another benefit to our guests is the fact that there is no mortgage on the property so our overhead is extremely low and we can pass that benefit on in the form of lower weekly rates than someone with monthly mortgage payment they need to cover.
