Spectacular Lagoon and Golf Front Villa, a walk to the beach... Sea Pines

This beautiful end unit villa with bountiful windows, which has been recently updated, will provide you a home away from home! There are breathtaking views of the 10th Atlantic Dunes course, spectacular waterfront lagoon views, and amazing wildlife. This comfortable spacious light and airy villa is a walk to the ocean (beach club) and two golf courses. There are miles of beaches along with miles of walking/bike trails.
Everyone who stays at this wonderful villa LOVES it! They are amazed by the open views and the picturesque views of wildlife. This villa is close to the beach and The Plantation Club yet offers privacy and is located in a quiet area. It is an end unit (ranch style) with no one above or below.
Guests are welcome to use the golf putters (right and left handed) for the practice green located at the end of the lagoon. There is a large easy to use pop up tent for the beach and sand toys, cooler etc.
Guests can also enjoy the outdoor patio.....beautiful views!

Lovely property

Nice place to stay with great views of lagoon and golf course out the many windows in the sun room. Check in was a breeze and the owners are very friendly and helpful. A short bike ride to the beach.

Great host and fabulous time!

We could not have been more pleased with our trip back to beautiful Hilton Head Island. The owners were extremely friendly and communication with the owner was fantastic. Our choice to stay at their villa was spot on. We have stayed in several VRBO properties in the past, and this villa was stocked with all the items we needed and more! The location in Sea Pines is excellent and we would definitely recommend this villa. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Cozy and Relaxing

The condo was very well maintained, cozy and a great place for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the sunroom each morning and the wildlife in the lagoon. Close enough to the beach to ride bikes and a central location to everything in Sea Pines.

First Hilton Head vacation

This villa was the perfect spot for our family vacation to Hilton Head. It’s was a perfect location with a short bike ride to the beach club. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to use so we didn’t need to lug ours from home. It was quiet and relaxing. Ron made the rental process smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot for family getaway - Very charming

Our family had such a wonderful week at this lovely lagoon & golf hole situated Villa. Home is comfy and bright with everything you need for the week! Loved the wildlife viewing, sunny rooms and quick access to so many great destinations. Wonderful hosts.

A Little Bit of Heaven

Hilton Head is a peaceful, tranquil place to visit and this property fit that bill! It's nestled in with trees and water and the quietness of only the sounds of the birds chirping early in the morning. This home is well kept with all of the comforts of home.

Great place for a great price

Have stayed at many HHI rentals and this is one of the best. Very well-appointed place, good communication with owner. If you want seclusion and immersion in nature, this is it. Relaxing and home-like.

Beautiful Property

The location doesn’t get any better. The scenery was beautiful and you can fully enjoy all of it from all the big windows. We loved having the extra sunroom. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy watching the birds, fish, alligators, golfers and even an occasional thunderstorm. Great communication with the property owners and the neighbors are very nice and helpful. We had plenty of room in the unit and the kitchen had everything you need. Also a bonus was having a designated parking spot. We have stayed in many different places in Sea Pines and I can tell you we have never had an assigned parking spot. Sounds like a simple thing but it means so much when you are exhausted from a long day out and you get to drive right up next to your unit. There’s also plenty of chairs and other beach necessities. We would stay again!

Amazing Long-Lagoon Observatory!

I love this place because the abundance of windows expose long lagoon views of alligators swimming by and jumping mullet fish! Exotic birds fly by and land in the pine tree seen from the window next to the kitchen. The back sunroom is all glass with a perfect view of the10th Hole green. If you get a rain day, you still feel like you are on vacation because of the beautiful views from within the house. I highly recommend renting this place if you appreciate a natural and beautiful scenic lagoon. Or like watching a drive onto a green and a perfect putting view. The close proximity to the Beach Club is very convenient! If 2 bedrooms fits your needs, you cannot find a better place than this for the money (from a long-time Sea Pine vacationer).

Villa with a view

Beautiful, open space with gorgeous views of the golf course, but more importantly - of the lagoon, housing variety of wildlife. It was great to observe alligators swimming by, cranes and blue herons, as well as fish jumping occasionally out of the water.

Comfortable and as Advertised

Woodbine Place is centrally located with convenient access to the beach, Harbour Town, South Beach and all of the bike trails. The condo was cool and quiet with a great view of the lagoon next door and the 10th green of Atlantic Dunes. Limited outside seating but plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, amenities and pop-up awning if you needed shade at the beach. Full kitchen supplies including Keurig and a regular coffee maker.

Wonderful place to stay!!

This property was just awesome. We were very happy with our stay and hope Ron and Mona will have us back. The condo was spacious, clean and the location was perfect for us. The view of the lagoon was fabulous- we loved watching the wildlife from the patio and from the living room. We had everything we needed for a comfortable easy stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. This is our third trip to HHI and Sea Pines is the place to be. I would recommend reserving this property for two weeks because one is not enough!

Great spot

Have been lucky enough to stay all over the island and this was a beautiful spot and set up. Owners were great to deal with, extremely tranquil and convenient. Looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful place!

Perfect place and location for our family. Well stocked kitchen, open floor plan. The lagoon was fascinating. We spent most evenings watching the activity. Short bike ride to the beach. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend!

Perfect family stay

We loved the location in Sea Pines and the great views of the golf course and lagoon. So much wildlife! The 2 living spaces really makes it great for a family.

An incredible vacation!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the villa. Ron provided all the info that we needed and made our check-in easy and smooth. The kitchen is stocked with everything that someone would need. The location is great -close to the beach and the view from the big windows is gorgeous. We watched alligators floating on the water and all kinds of exotic birds! Thank you, Ron and Mona for the great experience! We loved it!

Great location, beautiful views.

Nice, clean condo with a great view of a lagoon and golf course. Quick bike ride to the beach (and bikes are the way to go here). Kitchen is a bit unorganized (as you would expect in a rental) but just about everything you might need is there. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, walk in shower in master bedroom is nice. TVs have DVD players and basic cable, so bring a Roku or Fire if you want to watch NetFlix. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Gorgeous sunrise through the bedroom window at daybreak. Well worth the money, especially for a place in Sea Pines.

Awesome villa!

This beautiful villa has a lovely view of the lagoon and the 10th green. It is a short walk to the beach and the owners have left plenty of beach accessories (pop up tent, chairs, etc) for guests to use. The villa is close to south Beach and Harbour Town. The villa was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. This is definitely at the top of our list for our next Hilton Head trip!

enjoy the active lifestyle that is so readily available in Sea Pines.

We looked for a property in Sea Pines for two years. We toured numerous villas that were long dark and narrow.... We enjoy all the light and spaciousness of a passive solar house year round with acreage for privacy at our permanent home. Within a minute of walking into our villa we fell in love with the spacious views of water and golf, and the sense of privacy that only a one story end unit can offer! It was was love at first sight!!!!!!!
