Ocean Village offers $10 Par 3 Executive 9 hole golf course, free May-Nov, plus hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickleball, bocce & shuffleboard, basketball etc. Brand new fitness center and main pool plus 3 other pools. Tiki bar and Restaurant on site. 3000 feet of unspoiled beach. 120 acres to safely walk night or day and enjoy the beautiful tropical flowers and landscaping!

Yes, our host was very helpful and accommodating. We were greeted at the gate and she was always available for any questions. All the amenities were great. The condo was well supplied with everything that we needed.

Perfect for a couple

It was perfect for us! We stayed for 3 months & couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was easy to communicate with & very accommodating. Easy & quick access to the beach & swimming pool.

Very happy with our rental from the moment we walked in! Clean, everything you needed and the owner made things available that were unexpected! Ocean view, few minutes walk to beach, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, overlooks hole #2, pet friendly! After the 1st week we were ready to book for next year, which we did!

Wonderful stay

Before and during our stay Shawn was just a phone call away. The check in process was very smooth. She met us at the condo and explained everything we needed to know including what to do in the area and tips on the good places and things to see. We really enjoyed our stay and the time just flew by. The condo was in perfect condition, very clean and included everything we needed and then some. It had a beautiful golf course view and a very short walk to the beach. Restaurant on grounds along with gym and nice walking paths a plus Ocean Village is a safe destination you wont want to miss. Great experience

Everyone we came in contact with from restaurant to entrance gate was pleasant and friendly. The property is great everything you could want. Our host checked in with us and was accommodating and great to talk to. We really enjoyed our stay.

Above and beyond!!!!

The apartment is extremely confortable. I'm a golfer, so having a view to the first green was a plus. Shawn is the most wonderful landlady you can ask for and she was available 24/7 if needed. The complex is unbelievable!!! All you could wish!! Tennis courts, swimming pools, tiki bar, restaurant, golf course, etc. and last, but not least, the beautiful beach!! I would recommend this place to anybody with the desire to live in a very beautiful and peaceful place with everything you would want.

Thank you so much for your input. The plush top mattress is only three months old but I have decided to return it and get one without the plush top. It will be here this week ready for my next guest. I have put a stabilizer in the sofa bed. The loveseat and two large comfort chairs also have great views out the sliding doors. I was very happy the AC repairman had a part readily available and was able to repair the temperature of the air within 30 minutes of my being notified that it didn’t seem to be working properly. I always take recommendations to heart and check with vacationers several times during a stay to make sure all is well. The goal is for everyone to have a great vacation experience! Thank you and enjoy your brand new house!

Best hostess on the Planet

We did not make it to the resort due to an impending hurricane. Shawn could not have been more accommodating, helpful and gracious! We have rescheduled for September and cant wait to get there! Thanks Shawn for being so reasonable and easy to work with !

Lovely spot on Hutchison Island.

Shawn is a wonderful host. Responsive and personable. The condo was as described and very clean. She went beyond our expectations regarding COVID protocols. Just a short walk to the beach, pools and clubhouse and a nice neighborhood for walking , very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open at this time but there are many restaurants within a 10 minute drive and a large Publix grocery store is a short drive away.

Best Property Manager!

The property manager, Shawn, is the best. She does what it takes to make your stay enjoyable — friendly and upbeat, meets you at the security gate, gives tour of property, ensures you have all the amenities you need and would like, and is very responsive. The property is clean and well stocked. Good location — view of the golf course, a small view of the ocean, literally minutes from the beach, and access to community pools and various activity courts. Very safe. Definitely recommend. We are coming back next year.

Im a traveling Nurse on my first assignment and Shawn has had everything I needed and more,

As this being my first experience using Vrbo it has been nothing but perfect. Shawn is always available and condo is fully stocked with everything you need and if you nee need anything else Shawn has it to you instantly. I would recommend this amazing experience of the beautiful property and amazing property owner to anyone looking for the perfect getaway or place to stay while on assignment for work.
