FULL DESCRIPTION



Beautiful pool home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Country Oaks. This comfortable private home is located just 4 miles from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 10 minutes away (4.4 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 17 minutes (6.6 miles). There is a Publix grocery store on University Parkway that is 5 minutes away (1.5 miles) and a Walmart Super Center that is just 3 minutes away (1.3 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 28-minute drive (13.6 miles) or Lido Beach is 22 minutes (10.8). Check out St Armands Circle near Lido beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. The home is located about 1 mile from the Conservatory Park which is a 55-acre site with a focus on outdoor and nature-based recreation. Great for a nice morning walk or jog while using the exercise stations along the paths. Enjoy a great day of golfing at the Palm Aire Country Club which is just 6 minutes away.



The resort-style saltwater pool with in-ground hot tub and large outdoor patio area is the perfect spot for relaxing and grilling out. The pool is equipped with a water slide and grotto under a cooling waterfall. At night the pool area lights can be adjusted to different colors which gives it a very beautiful ambiance to the end of the day. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for washing off after a day near the pool. There are two dining tables outside with ample seating and an outdoor refrigerator to keep all food and beverages within easy reach without having to go inside the house.



The living room is spacious with large reclining chairs that are perfect for watching TV on the large 70" screen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large double sink vanity bathroom, walk-in closet and plenty of space to unpack. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV and the third bedroom has a full-size bed with a bunk bed combination perfect for children. There is a large eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. There is a dining table in the kitchen or choose to eat outside on one of the two large dining areas near the pool.
