The House is located just a 1 Mile from the Airport at La Marina Vallarta, 50 Meters ahead from the Whale and Neptune´s Monument.
Just in front of the Sonora´s Prime Restaurant and Starbucks Marina.
3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, Pool and a great view to the Golf Court just in your backyard.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen . The living room has a comfortable furniture and a Flat TV Screen 70’’ Smart tv with Access to Wifi. In this room you will also find a 6 people dinning table .
The master bedroom features a King size bed and a 50’’ Smart TV with a full bathroom with walking closet.
The second and third bedrooms have a Queen size bed with bathroom and closet.
Also has a bathroom for visits and a washing machine with dryer.
Tv’s services : Streaming Thunder HD System and TV SHAW antenna.
Pool with 2 sunbeds.
5 Ceiling Fans
A/C in the 3 bedroom and in the Living and dinning room

The house has installed an antenna cable signal from the SHAW system that maybe you are using there in Canada or USA.
With this connection to the SHAW antenna you can only bring your receiver and channel control so that when you connect it, you can see here all the SHAW TV channels that you usually see at your Canada or USA Home.

Best location in Puerto Vallarta

My best friend and I had an amazing time at Jose property. The hose is absolutely perfect! Jose is a very responsive host. We love the location and attention to detail that Jose and his staff provided. I have already booked our return trip! Thank you Jose for an amazing place to stay and the many wonderful recommendations. Can’t wait to come back in May.

Another Great Stay at Marina Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta and at the house in the Marina. The house is very convenient to many attractions and activities in PV and right at the Marina golf course. This was our third time staying at the house.

Gateway to the Marina

This condo was an ideal location for a stay in the marina district. A short walk to the restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Nice Vacation

There were only two of us for our two week stay in this nice property. We found everything to be great. Jose was very friendly and accommodating. It was located very close to the marina, many dining choices and a grocery store which made it very convenient. Jose arranged 50% off golfing at Marina Golf Course which really helped as it is quite expensive at the regular price. We felt a patio set would be a great addition as there were only two loungers to sit outside by the pool. We found the cleaning lady did an exceptional job. One negative, we had four people at the property by 9:00 am our last morning working on various items which is understandable as repairs need to be done but we felt it was a little intrusive when trying to get ready for our departure. All in all, it was a very clean, nicely appointed property that was reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend it! Thank you Jose!

Beautiful property in a great location at Marina Vallarta

We had a very nice stay at Jose's property at the Marina Vallarta area over New Year's week. The property was very well maintained and nicely furnished and has a great floor-plan. The house is ideal for up to three couples with its three bedrooms and four full bathrooms. There is a lot of light streaming into the house through its large windows and sliding doors that offer a panoramic view of the Marina Golf Course. When we arrived found all living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms nice and clean. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to prospective guests that are considering a rental at Puerto Vallarta's Marina Vallarta district. Very nice house with spacious bedrooms. Pool in back garden is perfect to cool off in on hot days

Close to Marina and on a golf course. Very comfortable. We got to enjoy palm trees and local exotic wildlife while soaking in the pool in back yard.

Gorgeous house in a great location

Super nice and very open floor plan house. Loved the private dipping pool, it's not heated so a little cold just now but great depth. Good breezes, never needed the AC. Wonderful location if you like to walk the marina, much closer than the hotels. Well-stocked, with very accommodating host and staff. Definitely recommended!

Really wonderfull place to stay

Beautiful and excelent located to eat in in several restaurants around, to take quick and cheap transportation to downtown, etc The House has excellent and confortable rooms, living room & kitchen with a magnificent view to the Golf course. We enjoyed the pool there and Mr José is a very kind with excellent attention on details for a pleasant stancy. We will be back there in the first opportunity, no doubts. Thanks sincerely . MARTHA .

Modern home in the Marina

Had the best vacation ever in this modern pool home on the golf course. Bed was comfortable and never have I slept so well. You can hear the chattering of the little finches outside on the golf course, while soaking away in the fresh water pool, it's cleaned every couple of days... Across the street you will find the best places to eat, dance and shop... Jose was very welcoming to his home, do not hesitate to visit here, you will love it! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Puerto Vallarta. La maison est au-delà des photos sur le web. Tout le confort possible, la modernité des lieux. Elle est très bien située pour les services d'autobus entr'autres. Le site de la marina est idéal pour y retrouver de bons restaurants, tous les services à proximité (pharmacie, épicerie etc). Le proprio M.Jose est super gentil, disponible en tout temps pour nos besoins. En un mot, tout est excellent!!!

Fantastic!!

The house was even better than pictured! Everything was super clean, and the owner of the house was extremely kind and attentive to all our needs. The house is located in the prime location. The marina is the best place to stay. If i were to go back to PV i would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely home. Excellent location

Very nice home. Jose was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent. Very close to the marina district so could walk to restaurants/bars etc We would happy to rent it again.

Amazing Family Vacations

The property is well located, you can move in a easy way to different beaches or touristic zones. Mr Arreola is a very kind person, and we was on the lookout all the time. My family and I spent a wonderful vacations.
