For those who want to broaden their winter sports interests, nearby you'll find horse drawn sleigh rides, cross- country skiing, snow shoeing and a snow tubing park that kids of all ages will love!

Summer fun includes Arts festivals, sports events and outdoor concerts and all the summer sports you love, as there's lots of close biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis and golf. Water sports like boating, jet/water skiing,etc await you at the Jordanelle Reservoir, just a 15 minute drive away.

Guys Ski Trip

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s great. The place is awesome and location is perfect, just down the block from the town lift and everything Park City has to offer.

Great House!

We stayed here for a guys ski trip and it was perfect. House was well appointed and clean, plenty of room for a group of 6 and the location was great. So close to the town lift and everything PC has to offer on Main Street. I would recommend this house 100%.

Park City White Holidays

We enjoyed a wonderful white Christmas at Park City in this outstanding property. The house provided everything we needed accommodating our large family group well - multiple bedrooms, great kitchen, cosy living area and the spa at the end of each day on the snow was a welcome bonus. And the location is great - a short walk to the Town Lift and all the restaurants and shops on offer in Main Street. The owner Mel was excellent in communicating including many helpful tips so that our visit went very smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Park City

We loved our stay at this lovely home in Park City over the holidays! The house is exactly as described, we loved the layout and there were more than enough bedrooms and spaces for our large group. Everything was super clean and updated. The home is in a fabulous location just a stone's throw from Park City ski lifts and Main Street. We made it over to Deer Valley in 5 minutes. Mel was really responsive. We'd love to stay again!

Best ski house we've rented

Perfect location with plenty of room, a real wood burning fireplace, and all of the necessary amenities. I wish we'd had better snow, but the house was tops.

Absolutely Fabulous!

The property was well equipped in a fabulous location. Our first trip out west for a family ski vacation with six adults and four children under 10 and everything was great. Love the fact that the library was up the street with a little sled run for the kids was a special treat. Comfortable beds and high-end finishes were really appreciated. Love to getting ready in the warm garage and enjoying after skiing in the hot tub. Host Mel was extremely responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend this property for your park city ski vacation.

AWESOME house and location

Owner was easy to work with and property could not have been better. We had 4 couples and plenty of room. Town lift and restaurants were only a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has every imaginable amenity. Unlike many impersonal rentals, here we felt like guests in someone’s lovely home. Mel was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the home cannot be beat…we are Park City regulars and this was our favorite location so far, especially after discovering the great pastries and espresso across the street at Harvest. We would definitely considering returning. Our only minor compliant was the queen (double?) bed in the master BR. We are not large people and it seemed very small! That said, everything was just as advertised and we loved the house!

Great house in a great location

The house is very nice and can’t beat the location. We enjoyed walking a couple blocks to Main St for coffee every morning and dinner every evening. The only downside for us was that we didn’t realize that there would be no AC (which I believe is set to be installed shortly so it will reinforce the 5 star rating) which is common in the mountains but made nights too warm for us having a toddler to keep cool. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing home and great location

Cannot say enough good things about our experience. The home is very well done and was very comfortable for our two families 11 total people. The location and easy walk to town lift and downtown park city could not have been better. The owners were very friendly and helpful sending a lot of local information to us beforehand to help us plan our stay. Thank you again to the owners for opening their wonderful home to us. We will be back!

Amazing Home & Location

This property was simply amazing. We stay at many rental properties and you never know how the house will stack up against the pictures. This place was even better than expected. It was a beautiful home within walking distance to skiing, shops and dining. The house is stocked with plenty of towels/linens/laundry supplies/paper towels and toilet paper. It was so nice to not having to buy these items for a change when renting. Very easy checkout and communication with owners. We will be back!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at the house! It was perfect, with well appointed furnishings and a lovely fireplace and living area. Everyone was comfortable, the location is perfect for a range of ages and activities! Will definitely stay there again, best spot in Park City!

Beautiful home, fabulous location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mel's house. While the pictures show a lovely home, it is more impressive in person. It is immaculate, amply supple of high quality towels/linens, comfortable beds, great location and easy communication with Mel from start to finish. All the essentials (paper towels, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.) were there for our use. The bedrooms are laid out nicely so there is plenty of privacy. Easy walk to the town lift and all the fabulous restaurants. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Many thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Amazingly clean and beautiful home with a great location near Lift

We have never stayed in a rental that was as clean as this one. Everything was in brand new shape! The decor is very calming and the flow of the house was great. We put our daughter and her 15 month old in the bedroom in the basement with a den next to it so my daughter could hear the baby. There was a frozen tupperware of homemade noodle soup waiting for us in the freezer. What a lovely welcome to their home. The garage was the prep area for before or after skiing and it was perfect to hold all our gear and warm enough to get dressed. All the bedrooms were pretty sparse but had what was needed. So very uncluttered. The master bathroom is exceptional! Aside from being huge, there were his and her side vanities and a big freestanding tub. The location is great- a few blocks to the Town Lift and also to rental place, as well as the village and restaurants. Walking to and from the lift area was easy. The only problem we had was with the jacuzzi. First day there were no bubbles and next day it was not warm. The owner contacted us before our trip alerting us that they were having problems with it but hoped it would be fixed for our stay. But that really had no effect on our love of the home. If we ski again in Park City we would definitely want to stay here. The owner was great at communicating and very upbeat. It was a perfect house for our family ski trip.

Great Family House with an easy walk to the town lift and town

Our family stayed in this house for a week and it was fantastic! The location is ideal for walks through town and restaurants. It's also less than a block from the Town Lift and we skiied every day of our stay. The house is well maintained, well appointed, comfortable and very cute. Our family of four had plenty of room, and everyone had their own bedroom. We never lacked for anything and would gladly rent it again!!!

Fabulous house, great for skiiers

Beautiful, comfortable home was great for our extended family to come together. Everything is super nice and new and well maintained. Deluxe hot tub was great after a day on the slopes! We loved the location so close to town -- and close to the Town Lift for skiing. We could walk to go get a coffee or to nearby restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this place.

Best place in Park City!

We are very familiar with Park City and have stayed all over the area on our different trips (everywhere from lower Deer Valley, Deer Valley, Park Meadows, Old Town and Kimball junction areas). Though many of the places were nice, this place beats all of them -- beautifully appointed and roomy, and so centrally located. This place is killer for Sundance Film Festival -- you can walk to everything! If you're with a mixed group - skiers and boards can walk to the lift, and anyone who doesn't want to be on the mountain can walk to spas, shopping and great restaurants and clubs without feeling like they're holding anyone else in your group back. Owners were super accommodating. We had a great time and we plan to return!

We purchased the property, which was an abandoned, boarded up, "red-tagged" home in disrepair, after owning another Old Town property for several years. We fell in love with the location -- you can walk to everything!...and the potential for building our dream home-getaway on its oversized lot.
You can't have a bad vacation here. If you're a winter sports enthusiast, the home is steps from the Park City Town Lift, which means you are blocks away from world class dining, shopping and spas.

In the summer, there's hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, fishing, waterskiing and golf -- all within a short drive.
