We purchased Casa Ventana new in 1999, and since then it has underwent three renovations. On my first visit to Puerto Vallarta in 1999, as a property investor, I was inspired by a small condominium block perched on the edge of a cliff over town that was under construction. I walked up the hill to have a closer look, and was amazed. Two weeks later I owned the Penthouse (still under construction), and was involved in all aspects of the final design and fit out. Ten years later, I am still amazed.
