Puerta Vallarta Paradise

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The check in was seamless and Scottie our host was amazing. This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and tidy and the property grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location and space for 2 couples.

Avalon #1006 was the perfect spot for our Puerto Vallarta visit. It was only a 10-15 minute walk (steep and downhill) to the beach and $2-3 Uber back up. The unit was beautiful and upscale with stunning views of the bay and city. We loved that the public spaces were quiet, beautiful (the pools!!) and peaceful. It was nice to be so close to the Romantic Zone action but in a quiet spot. Allyn and Scotty were very accommodating and full of helpful tips about the area. We can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing Escape

We had an amazing escape from snowy Chicago at this beautiful condominium. The view is unbelievable. Allyn and Scotty were super helpful and responsive. The pool is stunning, although it does not get sun until afternoon in February. If the gym is important to you, I suggest confirming that renters are allowed to make reservations at typical times. All in all, it was a beautiful, well maintained unit with an amazing view and we would gladly return.

A very enjoyable experience

Avalon 1006 is a lovely property with a stunning view of Puerto Vallarta. The condo is beautifully decorated, well furnished, and meticulously maintained. The pool areas and fitness center are a real bonus. Special thanks to the property Scott McIntyre who made us feel so welcome and attended to our every need.

Spectacular

The unit is beautiful and the complex luxurious, but the view steals the show. All in all a wonderful experience. Scotty was a great communicator and followed up regularly. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! LOVE THIS CONDO!!

Ok everyone this is a must book! Let’s start with the fact that the condo is totally gorgeous! Spacious clean beautifully decorated and really quality finishes! The pool on the balcony of the condo is absolutely brilliant and we completely fell in love with the space. We stayed 6 days at the condo and didn’t want to leave! Easy walk down the hill to town! And great location. I do not think you can find a better day and night view. Daytime is ocean as far as the eye can see and night is a beautifully lit night skyline and curved shoreline. Let’s not forget the multiple nightly fireworks shows! I have been to PV 11 times and this is by far my favorite overall condo! Now let’s talk about the host Scottie. He is delightful. He made our trip so outstanding. He really went above and beyond for us and we can tell he is a genuinely fun honest hardworking and thoughtful man. Between the amazing condo and Scottie’s wonderful attention we have decided to make this our favorite annual vacation. So book here with confidence. You will fall in love as we did I guarantee it.

The perfect place for a luxurious getaway

This condo has an incredible view over all of Puerto Vallarta, the property is luxurious, there are 2 very large pools. This place is like a dream, you can relax and indulge. The internet works very well so you can watch Netflix if you don’t feel like going out. It’s very easy to get around, just get in a taxi and say “Avalon por favor”, they all know where it’s at and if you call an Uber from the condo it’s there before you have time to take the elevator down. The hostA were truly amazing, they were very attentive, making sure had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Being left stranded in a foreign country is notbpleasant

The trip was the worst in my life the owner Is not honest f and my attorney will be handling this horrific situation. Being thrown out and stranded ina foreign country in unconscionable! Then having my things gone through and lo and behold I am missing over $4000 that was in my luggage which was ravaged through this is really something that will not be tolerated .I do not Think it is wise for yoto allow this to continue with your company SHAME on you and I want to be compensated for this and will pursue that compensation through every available means not excluding litigation SHAME on you and them

Lap of luxury

It was our first trip to PV and the unit was more amazing than we could have hoped. The photos are accurate, the condo is that nice. The pools are lovely, we had a staffed swim up bar in the afternoon and then on the deck later. Allyn, who manages the place, is super accommodating and responds to email very promptly. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and town, but cabs are cheap and when you get down there the neighborhood is unbeatable. We had the most amazing view for the New Years fireworks. I really can't say enough, great service, beautiful views, amazing condo!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful setting

We rented this condo and it was truly spectacular. The furnishings are very nice, the kitchen was equipped well enough for us, and it is close to great restaurants but far enough to be quiet and private. I have chosen Avalon as the place to stay when I go to PV because it is a beautiful setting that has two fabulous pools, a great gym and perfect location.

Terrific Vacation Condo!

We had the pleasure of renting this large condo from February 11-18, 2011. It is nestled up in the hills with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. On one side is the beautiful bay where we were able to watch a momma whale and her baby play every morning. And watching the sunsets from the enormous balcony was breathtaking. The other side hosted a balcony with a totally different view of the jungle. Even though it is in the hills, it was still just a short walk to downtown Puerto Vallarta where the town is alive with fabulous restaurants and shopping. Our favorite was the Café des Artistes where we enjoyed an unforgettable Valentine’s Day dinner. The cost of a cab ride home was minimal. And the Botanical Center outside of town is a must see. The condo itself was pure luxury – the owner has decorated it magnificently. It was clearly designed for comfort and convenience and equipped with everything one would need on vacation. While we did not cook (it’s not a vacation if I have to cook), we certainly could have very easily in the very modern kitchen without missing a thing. The spacious living area was separated into two parts where one could watch TV while someone else was relaxing. Each bedroom was comfortably outfitted with king-size beds, luxury bedding and sitting areas. Each had their own spa-like enormous bathroom - pure heaven. And of course, you cannot under estimate the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the condo. The building itself cannot be ignored with a state of the art fitness center and two outdoor pools – one heated and one not. We would definitely stay again. It’s obvious that the owner wants anyone staying at their condo to have a wonderful time and we certainly did.

Location, location, location

Coming from someone that has traveled the world in apartments this may be the best. Has everything from the best views, both ocean and jungle, great pools, gym and elegant decor. Location is superb.

A Once in a Lifetime Experience

We spent what has to have been the most wonderful week of our lives in the lap of luxury at this spectacular condo in Puerto Vallarta last January. For two writers to find it impossible to find words adequate to describe the experience should tell you everything about this exquisitely decorated and warmly welcoming home. The owner has not overlooked any detail, but as beautiful as the condo is, care has been taken to make you feel that life is grand and, as is often said, "mi casa es su casa". Everything down to the luxurious Pratesi sheets, the lush comforters, the fresh flowers to greet us seemed to say, "enjoy our home, and we hope you'll be back!". If you've ever wondered what it felt like to walk on clouds, you'll know after you spend a vacation here, close enough to the beach to hear the crashing waves, majestically poised high enough to float amongst the clouds while listening to the muted peal of cathedral bells, you may never leave--when we finally had to go home, we turned and looked back one last time and whispered, "see you again soon".
