This charming little seaside villa offers the perfect retreat for family holidaymakers as well as groups of friends. It is located in the peacefull village of Okrug Donji on the beautiful, unspoilt Croatian island of Ciovo near Trogir.

Villa LeANN is surrounded by amazing mediteranian selection of plants with swimming pool. The villa comprises 2 separate apartments. The 1st, on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedded and another with 1 big single bed, bathroom, kitchen including dining table, living room. The 2nd, on the 1st floor, accessed by an external stairs is a duplex apartment with a separate entrance, 2 double rooms; 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining table and living room.Villa LeANN is nestled in a quiet location that provides a tranquil setting to unwind.
A secluded courtyard garden is perfect for spending quality family time over a summer BBQ, enjoying alfresco dining or just soaking in the warm Mediterranean sun.
You can relax and sunbathe in the privacy in private pool or of one of the lonely nearby coves with crystal clean sea and unspoilt nature and take long walks by the sea in the sundown.
The charming medieval town of Trogir, only 9 kilometres (5.3 miles) away, is bursting with life in the summer. You can stroll through the colourful fish, fruit and vegetable markets, visit a number of miniature local galleries and chat to the artists, go shopping in the little boutiques or just sit on a bench on the seafront and watch the elegant yachts mooring there.
Villa Leann is a good base for daytrips to the nearby islands, Drvenik and Krknjasi, exploring the historic towns of Split and Šibenik or visiting the stunningly beautiful Krka National Park with its amazing lakes and waterfalls - all just within an hour's drive.
Villa Leann is located 14 kilometres (8.4 miles) from Split International Airport.

Villa Leann is air conditioned, with a smart TV room in the living room. It has got a free WiFi connection. There is a private parking available for up to two cars.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Leann. This property exceeded all our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless, very well equipped with everything you would need and situated within walking distance of the local beach. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming, even inviting us to help ourselves to their vegetable garden in the grounds of the villa. The tomatoes were delicious! The kids enjoyed the pool which was cleaned daily and also the outdoor kitchen/dining area was fantastic-that’s where we spend most of our time when we were at the villa. Overall, our family really enjoyed the villa and the holiday. Thank you Antonela!

Amazing Location - Nice House

First of All, Thank you Antonela for the warm welcome. Everything was well prepared. Nothing missing, we immediately felt welcome. We enjoyed the stay. House was superb, also the two splitted flats. The best thing was the outdoor kitchen, we spent a lot of time there. Really enjoyed that. The pool was always clean and refreshing. What about location? No words as sea and beach (stone) have been very close (appr 5 minutes). Brilliant location, clear water, great for snorkeling not crowded. Not much tourism on the island, so you can enjoy your stay much more. Restaurant close to the house (5min) also well recommended. Daily stuff can be bought on the island but high prices. Recommendation: 25min away, Lidl and Kaufland. A car is highly recommended if you want to travel around. You can also have a boat trip to Trogir, recommended. Overall, we really enjoyed the time.House great, location great. We will come back. Thank You Antonela.

Great house, great stay

Nice house with two seperated appartments. On the outside there is a common kitchen - fantastic for cooking and barbeque. The pool is not big but sufficient. Overall the host kept the pool and garden clean, checked the water and environment. The host was very polite and friendly, well prepared for a first introduction and guidline. The nearest beach is in the north, apprx. 3min to walk, the other one in the south west takes you apprx. 7...10min - all doable. The water is beautiful, clean, but the beach was always a bit crowded. The only thing you need to consider is the fact, that Okrug Donji is in the landing lane of the local airport. So, there are always noisy planes coming over your head in 5...10min rhythm... Overall a good stay, we recommend a vacatinon at Villa LeANN - we have been relaxed. Thank you

Wonderful Week

We were not let down by this property, it matched its description in every way and more. The out door space is fantastic. A great location to relax, enjoy the pool and unwind. Easy access to Trogir by car or our preferred route by boat. Antonela is a perfect host, there to meet us and on hand if needed. I would highly recommend this as a perfect location to enjoy beautiful Croatia

Amazing Dalmatian Gem!!

What an amazing property and amazing owners! If you want to experience Dalmatia in luxury this is place for you! Antonela welcomed us and left us treats to start off our family vacation right! House is immaculate, super clean, so many amazing details and amenities from outdoor kitchen, pool with jets, garden and ladscaping, spacious rooms with AC. Two separate apartments allowed us all enough privacy but also allowed us all to spend time together, cooking or eating meals outdoors sureounded by olive trees, lavander and rosemary bushes. Both apartments are equipped with kitchens, AC, balconies (upper apartment has two -one is sunset balcony!) plus newly built outdoor summer kitchen! Bedrooms were spacious and had everything one needs for good nights rest. Private parking for two cars. Pool was the main attraction...kept kids satisfied and adults cooled down during hot afternoons. Wonderful beach was 5min walk and little restaurant also within walking distance. Town of Trogir was 15 drive or short boatride from the Donji Okrug. This house truly made our vacation great and owners are amazing! Thank you!!

Wunscherschönes Anwesen in entspannter Umgebung

Sehr gute und unaufgeregte Betreuung durch Antonela; das Haus mit 2 vollständig modern ausgestattenen (seperaten) Apartments ist idyllisch im oberen Teil der Insel gelegen; es fehlt absolut nichts für einen entspannten Urlaub; im 2. und 3. Stock toller Ausblick von den Terrassen aufs Meer und das Festland; Nachtbaden im beleuchteten Pool mit Grillenzirpen; bestens geeignet für 2 Familien gemeinsam (ideal 4-7 Personen); zusätzlich gibt es eine wunderbare neue Außenküche und einen rustikalen Grill; WLAN top; im Umfeld verschiedene Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach erreichbar; zum Abendessen ist man in der Altstadt von Trogir in 15min; Ausflüge nach Split oder Primostén unproblematisch

Magnificent villa!

We were two families with teenages staying in the villa for one week. The villa turned out to be truly amazing, even better than the impression we got from the pictures. Both indoor and outdoor area was clean, and in mint condition. Since we booked the villa, the owner had built a new outdoor kitchen building, with an adjacent sun covered outdoor dining area. This area was a perfect area to hang out, and was where we spent most of our time at the house. The hostess Antonela was helpful and welcoming, and seemed to be quite a perfectionist that took pride in having everything in order. We can strongly reccomend the house to others.

Nice view of Trogir, clean and very nice

From the top floor there is a spectacular view of the harbor. Make sure to see the sunset from there! The house has 2 apartments which can be good when travelling with grownup kids. The apartment was very clean and in mint condition. The pool was also very clean and nice for hot summer days. Antonela was a most welcoming host! She had prepared some cold drink and other things for our arrival. We arrive one day late due to pilot strike and were offert to prolong the stay one extra day, which was super for us! (Good thing for us the house was free that day! ). Walking some 5 minutes there was a small grocery shop. Dricks and breakfast things could easy be bought there. By the shop there was also a restaurant with plenty of locals and typical Croatien food. Just below the restaurant was a small, really nice, beach with both sun and shade. We had a car and I believe it would be hard without. Travelling to Trogir took some 20 minutes by car but halfway there is a large beacharea with lots of things to do and plenty of restaurants with seaview. If we go back to Trogir we very much like to stay in the house again.
