This spacious villa Situated between Split and Trogir promises peace and relaxation for those who would like to get away from the stressful and noisey life of the city to live in the midst of nature.

Villa Kosta is situated on a large fenced private plot (5000m2). Its Mediterranean garden and large 72m2 south-facing swimming pool are set amidst a tranquil countryside which is nestled between idyllic green hills,high mountains and the beautiful blue Adriatic sea, offering one a chance to connect with nature.
The Villa itself has 3 floors and all the amenities one needs for an unforgettable vacation. Villa Kosta can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 spacious king-size en-suite shower rooms,fully air-conditioned.

The ground floor
Has a private main entrance leading into an entrance hall and from there is a separate lounge area where guests can watch a movie or relax with a good book.
A well-equipped kitchen with a lower-level dining room that has access to an outside terrace with a pool table for guests' entertainment and a lower terrace where guests can enjoy a morning coffee while listening to the singing of the birds. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and clothes airer ,this room also has a toilet leading from the kitchen

All rooms are air-conditioned and have sea views.
On the first floor, there are 3 king-size en-suite shower rooms. Two are south-facing with balconies. The 3rd bedroom has a massage bath, beautiful views of the garden ,mountain and the sea.

Second floor
The second floor has 2 king-size en-suite shower rooms. One room has a large balcony with a sea view, also a smaller balcony with a Mountain,garden and sea view. The second room has a small balcony with Mountain,garden and sea views. .

Outside area on the south side of the villa, there are steps leading to an enclosed BBQ house that comfortably seats 10 guests, ideal for enjoying family or group gatherings to enjoy meals in the shade.

Leading off the garden is a raised area where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in our large pool with a fenced terrace that has a pergola at one end and is furnished with sun loungers where guests can relax and enjoy our glorious sunshine and beautiful sea view.

Parking is available for 4 cars, also parking for larger vehicles is available; however, just let the owner know before the arrival date.
