Beautiful home. Its just like it look in the pictures. If you have a baby or toddler the house is equipped for them with strollers and pack and play. There is also a free water park right up the street. When responding to host the host responded back fas. Stop looking and book

Family Vacation

The townhouse was clean, spacious and on a quiet street. The booking and check-in process was smooth. We loved the cozy feeling and amenities within the community. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

The place was nice. Everything was as described in the listing. Instructions were clear and made the check in process smooth and easy. It was good proximity to Disney and Universal. We would definitely stay at this property again.

A beautiful stay

Our experience was wonderful, the accommodations were top notch. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. The only problem was that the pool heater did not get turned on for the first four days but the problem was rectified and we were compensated.

Needs better housekeepers

Found many unpleasant things under beds and needs upgrades on some of the beds. House was very roomy just perfect for my family. Over all it was a nice home to stay.

Nice home

This is a beautiful house and was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again. The two different community pool areas were a huge hit with our kids they loved the water slides and pool. The only issue we had was not with the house but more with the community. The gates were not working properly and we had to go out of our way to use alternate exits and entrances there were at least 3 gates that were broken during our stay. This was extremely frustrating and definitely inconvenient! The gate attendant was very rude when asked to open the gate. She instead wanted us to drive 1.2 miles out of our way to go to a gate that our pass would work on.. overall it was a good stay in a beautiful home!

Great place with nice clubhouse

This is a newer home in a newer neighborhood. Looked just like the pictures. Lots of space and bedrooms. It’s about 12 miles or almost a 20min drive to Disney. The drive and traffic to Disney was the only negative thing about this property. The clubhouse is about a mile or two away but we found out later is there is a shuttle to take you to and from the clubhouse. We came in February and only the clubhouse pool is heated. You will need to check in to the clubhouse each day but the clubhouse was one of the beat features of this house with lots to do there and staff was great. The small pool in the back of the house was not heated and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I’m guessing no one used or cleaned this pool in months being the colder months in Florida We would stay here again.

Renters Beware!

I reached out to the property twice prior to submitting my review and they did not care other than an "I'm sorry" and we can give you 10% off your next stay as if I would ever book with them again. The home was very spacious and beautiful overall! We had 3 adults and 5 children during our stay. The first thing I would like to point out is you do NOT get everything pictured. None of the pool seating is as pictured. Actually, the seating with cushions and table pictured were not there at all. There was only one lounger chair by the pool and it was broken. There was another chair there that was also on the verge of breaking that I do not see in the picture. So only two seats by the pool that both are not functional. The kitchen only had 3 barstools instead of the 4 in the picture. I was shocked at how dirty/dingy these barstools were in person! They are light in color and truly looked nothing like the pictures. Maybe because the pictures only show the back of these barstools. The microwave did NOT work our entire stay. IT was plugged in but had no power. I called our first night and was told a ticket was submitted and someone would reach out to me the following day between 9-5. I never heard from anyone only to call back and be told there was no record of a ticket. Another ticket was created and I was told I would hear from someone the next day between 9-5. I never heard anything. This was a true inconvenience as we purchased food to save money but could not use the microwave or reheat anything in the microwave. We had to spend more money than expected to eat out. I emailed my experience to the property and they told me someone did come two days after my first call to look at the microwave and it worked. Now IF someone did come that means they entered the home without reaching out to me first as I was told they would which is unacceptable. Also, if the microwave did work for them then why did it still not work for us? The microwave did NOT work for us. I believe there may be some type of short in it or something. There was a dirty old toenail in the upstairs bathroom next to the waste basket upon arrival, the pullout bed in the Harry Potter room had crumbs and a wrapper on it, upstairs extra pillows were dirty/had no extra cases, and there was a huge roach in the bathroom sink upstairs. I even included videos and pictures and property's response was vague and unaccommodating just a "sorry" without answering any questions presented. Never again.

My stay at this house in Champions Gate was average. Nothing special just average, It is unlikely I will come back to this location for vacations.

Worst vacation home EVER

Everything in this house has not been looked after. Almost everything is broke I’ve called numerous times about the issues in the house. First off they didn’t even clean the bed linen. One of the bedrooms backboard is DESTROYED. I don’t even know how in the world it’s possible it is cracked and somebody merely placed it back on top as if nothing was wrong. The floors were dirty so don’t be in the house bare footed. It’s stains on the sofa. When I came in it was birthday balloons from a party somebody prior once had. Dirty plates just everything was not even okay. The worst vacation home EVER just because the lack of cleanliness alone and the mere abandonment of this place.

Good stay for a short week.

Property is pretty much as listed and had all the amenities that they speak of. Loved the fact that they package towel sets for each bathroom. Might want to do a little softening with the towels Having Roku with the ability to plug in your own credentials to basically mimic apps at home was outstanding. Cleaners need to do a better job with little aspects around the house and the backdoor curtain was absolutely filthy. Overall I would rent this place again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Had our Thanksgiving holiday at this property. Plenty of room for us all and the kids enjoyed the pool at the house. Need to add a can opener to the kitchen. I would stay again.

Best week ever

We had a great time in Florida! We did so much during our days there and getting to get to the house and relax and rest up for the next adventure was such a blessing! Whether it was enjoying time in the pool, watching tv, playing on the play station, or just dining together, the house had it all. And the 3 bathrooms were amazing! Everything was so simple too! Would definitely recommend!

Simply Amazing!!!

After a crazy year due to Covid, we decided to celebrate my son's upcoming high school graduation with a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios! When I saw this listing on VRBO, I immediately knew this was the place for us! We traveled with 4 teenagers from 15 to 18 years of age! They loved the decor of the condo! The condo was also immaculate! I asked a million questions before we arrived and each time was answered promptly and with such kindness!! I highly recommend this rental!!!!!

Everything was clean and just as described. Very clean and comfortable for our party of 8. Check in process was fast and easy, we did have some confusion about use of the grill but management handled the situation quickly after I emailed Edney. Pool is small but great for a quick dip to cool off. Kitchen had just what we needed to make food. The security gate at times was backed up to get into the property which at time was a little frustrating. That’s more a resort issue. Over all we had a great experience and a wonderful time spent with family I would stay her again.

Not great

This unit has several problems upon arrival. 1. This unit smells of cannabis and cigarettes 2. Several of the pillows on the beds have. stains/blood on them. 3. The lock in the downstairs shower/toilet room is broken. My daughter was terrified as she was trapped in there for several minutes. We had to get help from neighbors to get her out. 4. The gate access process was horrible. It took us 20 minutes to get close to the front of the line. 5. All within 30 mins of arrival. Furthermore, while the home is beautiful......there are no batteries in 2 of the remotes. Remotes for the downstairs bedroom are missing and the can opener is broken. The difference between good and great are the details.
