Beautiful home, very comfortable. The sunset views are amazing this time of year. We will definitely stay here again. There is plenty to do and so much to see in the Village and the forest. Lori was very helpful as a host and ensured all our needs were met. There was an unfortunate scheduling challenge due to some local roadwork that was changed last minute. Lori went above and beyond to ensure we were provided all necessary details and assisted us with access challenges during the work. Top-notch hosts!!

Perfect Family Weekend

Everything about our stay was perfect! Lori called ahead of time to go through things we might need to know before heading up and the house was in a great location and very clean. More than enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sledding near Mt. Pinos, which was a short drive. The locals in town were very friendly. Thanks, Lori!

Great place for a family getaway to the snow

Relaxing and cozy winter getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a nice winter weekend away and this cabin was the perfect fit! We really appreciated their pet-friendly policy which allowed us to bring our two Pugs along. The cabin itself is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the Great Room upstairs providing all the amenities for a cozy winter weekend. We especially enjoyed lounging on the couches with warm blankets next to a roaring fire. While we loved our wintry weekend, this place would be very nice in the warmer months as well - there is a lovely deck outfitted with a bbq and a nice seating area, and a nice view of the surrounding forest and mountains. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

The cabin looks just like the picture! It was easy to find. It is well stocked providing most everything you need. It has a nice size kitchen and a nice sized dining room table much like yours at home. The upper deck has a table and chairs if you want to eat outside or BBQ. If you like movies they have a huge stock for a cold winter day in front of the fire. Large windows in living room provide a nice view. There are two bathrooms downstairs ( bedrooms are on ground level and living area is above.) Host is wonderful. They are available to answer questions and have taken the time to assure the cabin has everything you want. In the winter you will appreciate the bed warming pad under the sheet,… just turn it on a little before you go to bed and you will be cozy and comfortable.

Beautiful view

This cabin was perfect for our first trip to Pine Mountain Club! It was very clean and stocked with everything we could need. The view was beautiful, the hiking was great, the amenities were really nice, and Lori is an amazing host! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay perfect. Our family will definitely stay here in the future!!

Gorgeous home in a beautiful area

Really beautiful and cozy home! The home had absolutely everything we needed for our four night stay. We loved the fireplace, sitting on the deck, playing the many board games and watching many of the movies provided. The owners were very communicative and friendly. We’d come back again anytime!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay at this cozy house! It literally has everything you need to enjoy the comforts of home while feeling like you are in a secluded mountain community. The neighborhood is super quiet with only the sounds of nature reaching you. Lori and Tim have taken care of everything so all you need to bring are some groceries and a desire to slow down and take in the beautiful surroundings. Lori was super helpful before our stay with all the details and then let me know that she was there to help in case anything came up during our stay. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she is a perfect host! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay

We had a lovely five night stay. The hosts were very communicative and provided a wealth of information about the cabin. It was very clean and a great place to kick back for a few days. There are a ton of movies to watch and some fun board games too. The kitchen is well stocked too which was really nice. Thanks for a nice stay.

Relaxing Retreat in the Forest

We spent three nights along with my parents in this squeaky clean and comfortable home. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed with high quality linens and a comfortable bed. The location is absolutely great; close to Fern's lake, hiking trails, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting on the private sunny deck amongst the beautiful trees. Lori was absolutely a pleasure to communicate with before and during our stay. She was so kind and accommodating, we look forward to returning for another visit soon!

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Mountain Club, in Lori and Tim's beautiful cabin. Communication with Lori was wonderful, with easy check-in and every query answered promptly. Spotlessly clean, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Up high in the trees, with beautiful views of the surrounding forest from every window. A deck with barbecue was a lovely way to relax in the evening when the sun was setting. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and their own full bathrooms. One with shower and one with tub. Guest passes allow you to play golf, tennis, or swim in the pool (when its open in summer) at the club. Perfect for a couple, a couple of friends or family. Well priced for a lovely stay in the quaint location of Pine Mountain Club.

Beautiful views and super clean home

Great mountain setting, very clean, and has all the amenities for a relaxing getaway, including an amazing movie collection! Beautiful views from the deck and the windows. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked well in the bathrooms and kitchen. Excellent communication from Lori, and she made us feel at home. We look forward to returning.

We were super lucky to find this beautiful mountain escape!! Not a far drive for such a quite and serene experience!! We would love to come back when it’s snowy again!! That was a real treat! Lori was a great host! She made us feel very comfortable. :)

Our mountain home is very special to us and we escape to it several times each month and find the location ideal (just an hour and a half away). Attention to detail is number one with us and we pride ourselves in offering a very clean, upscale, peaceful, quiet, Zen-like option for your mountain getaway. Near LA / Ventura County line - in Kern County.

We truly love the Mountains and spent many childhood summers in areas such as Big Bear and Mammoth. After considering many mountain areas, we remembered hearing about this quaint Alpine community. A quick Sunday drive took us to our home in Pine Mountain Club, in Kern County near the LA / Ventura County line. It was the only home we saw and fell in love with it immediately! It's so close -- we absolutely love it! Built in December 2003, our home faces south (with west views, as well) and is considered 'passive-solar' - a hidden jewel with its' unobstructed mountain views -- the sunrises and sunsets from our deck are truly amazing; the night sky will put on quite a show! We have designed our home for one or two couples and offer upscale amenities, including secure WI-Fi, Verizon cell phone service, satellite/TV in each room, a Carbon Monoxide detector, along with lots of extras! Leave your cares at the door and enjoy the upscale comforts our mountain home provides. ~Lori & Tim

Our home is located on a VERY quiet street (said to be one of the quietest neighborhoods on the Mountain) with quiet, respectful neighbors who appreciate the peacefulness of our area, and we love its location high on the Mountain. And, aside from tree growth, our views will never, ever change. The quaint Village offers many dining options for you to enjoy, as well as shopping and has a 'long-ago' feel. Safe, friendly and peaceful! The golf course is beautiful year-round, and the community pool (seasonal) - refreshing! And, as avid hikers, we enjoy the many local trails. Back at our mountain home, we enjoy hand-feeding the jays, as well as viewing wildlife from our deck; the night sky is always welcoming, giving us time to relax, breathe and reflect. And our very favorite ... watching the sunsets. They truly are amazing!! You won't believe a place like this exists! This truly is the perfect couple's getaway or a quiet, peaceful, secluded retreat! And because this is our second home, we maintain every aspect of it, as well as our beautiful landscaped property.
