Nestled within the beautiful Laurel Highlands, our home is surrounded by historic sites like Fort Necessity, Braddock's Grave, and more. Private backyard is equipped with a fire pit, 2 grills, seating, dining tables, and plenty of space to enjoy. Plus, a covered pavilion overlooks the shallow creek. When inside, we love the bright kitchen, perfect for group meals. The home is about 5 miles from Ohiopyle, perfect for exploring, biking, hiking, or rafting.

- 2000 square foot house with multiple rooms for entertaining
- Living room with flat screen TV with surround sound, fire place
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher (with detergent pods), refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster/toaster oven combo, blender, tea kettle, coffee make, 4 burner electric stove. Wine glasses, Pots, pans, eating utensils, and grilling utensils provided
- Washer and dryer conveniently located near kitchen
- Free, on site parking for up to 4 cars

Great stay

We were very pleased. The house is conveniently located to Ohiopyle and our planned outdoor activities. It was clean and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was quick, pleasant, and thorough. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay

The house was lovely and had everything we needed and more. We had lots of space to spread out. Kitchen had all the amenities and more then we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We enjoyed a day of visiting the Ohiopyle and Cucumber Falls. Communication with owners was great and they were very helpful.

Mini Family Reunion

Sherif made it extremely easy to rent and provided immediate response to any questions. Four bedrooms with five comfortable queen beds made ideal sleeping accommodations.. The large patio had to six person tables which were used for outdoor dining and using the bingo set which we brought. We often used this patios fire pit and barbecue grill. The large backyard was perfect for kickball. We also enjoyed the large backyard gazebo with Wi-Fi and speakers. The porch was also a convenient spot for the smokers in the group. It is located very close to OhioPyle which is an outdoorsman’s paradise with White water rafting, bicycling, hiking and even a natural waterslide for the brave. This waterslide is a small creek flowing 400’ down a 4’ wide rock gorge that can be risky when the water is flowing fast. Cucumber Falls is in the same area and offers beautiful behind the falls photos after a short hike.

Perfect Laurel Highlands getaway!

Everything from the communication from the host to every aspect of the property was perfect. Anything you could hope for in a mountain home was at our fingertips. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable home on a beautiful property. We can’t wait to stay again!!!

Perfect for Ohiopyle Adventures - Resort Feel

This property is a wonderful getaway! Dishes that were all ceramic and glass, Alexa in the kitchen, charging cables all around the house, new washer/dryer, interesting coffee table books, made it feel like home. The spotless clean, luxurious white towels, cotton sheets, multiple pillows on each bed, 4 different outdoor seating areas, gorgeous dark floors, clean white walls, uncluttered surfaces, and excellent host communication made it feel like a resort. We were two families sharing the four bedrooms and the inviting outdoor space. There is a creek in the backyard which which is perfect for kids. The backyard pavilion plus the covered patio and covered porch, and covered picnic tables, all 4 spaces with ample tables and chairs, meant that we could relax and spread out to enjoy the outdoors from multiple settings. 2 living spaces inside also meant we were able to spread out. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans, devices and tools that were clean and high quality. 5 minute drive to downtown Ohiopyle!

Beautiful and Charming Home

The home was immaculate with plenty of space for our group of 8. The owners even provide firewood for the indoor and/outdoor fire places. We also found that it was nice that the owner provided a generous amount of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in each bathroom. We stayed during the winter but all agreed how nice it would have been to be able to utilize the gazebo or the front porch if it had been warmer. There is so much room for outdoor entertainment. Thanks again for having us!

Fantastic stay

The house is in a great location in between Farmington and Ohiopyle. The falls and trails in Ohiopyle were about 10-15 minutes away and the winery in Farmington was about 7 minutes away. The house is updated, clean, stocked with necessities, and the plenty of space. The yard is fantastic with the pavilion, fire pit, tables, creek, etc. Sherif was very quick to answer any questions. I highly recommended staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Mountain Bike Trip

The home is beautifully restored on the inside. The kitchen is well equipped and meticulously organized. The outdoor seating off the front porch was perfect for our gang of six riders.

Great updated home to enjoy the Laurel Highlands

Our family spent 5 days at this lovely home. Highly recommend it! It has a beautiful interior with numerous modern updates. Technology is all new with multiple TVs, very fast internet, numerous outlets. Sheriff provided tea and coffee along with other snacks. Beds are comfortable. Location is fantastic for Ohiopyle state park, Yough, and Frank Lloyd Wright Homes. Don’t forget to visit Bittersweet Cafe right down the street for food or coffee. Bravo!
