Beautiful property!

Gorgeous property with nice amenities and more than generously appointed. Great space, great pool, and beautiful setting. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome Labor Day Weekend

We really enjoyed this stay for Labor Day weekend. We had our teenage children with us and it was perfect for them as well. The home was clean, the pool was fantastic, the location was great to access all parts of the island. We will definitely stay here again!

My family, parents and in laws very much enjoyed our stay here at 714 Glossy Ibis and would stay again. The kitchen, living room and screen in porch were amazing places to hang. The pictures don’t do the living room and kitchen combo justice. All the bedrooms were great.

The pictures didn't really do the house justice. The house was beautiful, everything we needed we had. Hosts were very attentive. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice!

STUNNING property

Just as pictured. House was pristine. Decor was gorgeous. The dining table on the deck was great for sunset dinners. Sadly the weather did not cooperate to get much use out of the pool, but the screened in porch with built in heater was lovely. Nicely appointed. Will look to book this property for future trips to Kiawah. Akers Ellis always provides excellent service.

Pool trouble

House was perfect. Pool not working for six days until filter was replaced. Akers very helpful

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback of the property. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay! Please again accept our apologies for any issues with the pool, however, we do want to reiterate what was communicated at the time - which is that the pool was working and completely swimmable. The chemical levels were balances and pool cleaned, there was simple a part within the filter that was in need of replacement (filter wasn't is need of replacement) that was keeping it somewhat cloudy. We are glad the pool techs were able to replace that and that we were able to provide substantial compensation for any inconvenience.

Perfect getaway

This house has everything you need for a great getaway with family. Spacious living room, large kitchen and outside deck with private pool made our trip perfect.

Beautiful Home, needs outfitting

Reviewer Comments: The house was in a fantastic location, was a great size, beautifully furnished etc., but needs to have a rental “kit” of dinnerware, glasses, coffee mugs Etc., supplied. A kitchen provisions tray would also be a good thing (basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc.,) It could also benefit from a set of beach towels. The house can fit 10 people so there should be at least 10 of everything. Would definitely rent this house again.

Kiawah 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a wonderful time in Kiawah. The house is beautiful. Missed having actual glassware in the kitchen however, it is understandable that the owner would not want guests to be tempted to use glass around the pool. Cleaning crew was still there on our arrival at 420pm. Front door was wide open and couldn't find anyone to talk to. Bags of garbage and linen blocked the front path. All understandable with Covid but would have appreciated a call/email to inform us that the property was not ready. The crew didn't speak to us and must have felt rushed because we had to chase them after they left to provide toilet paper and the house didn't feel appropriately prepared as in years past with Akers Ellis.

Unfortunately, with so many turnovers that our housekeeping partners are handling each weekend, one or two do take a little longer. Post-COVID family get-together

The house is beautiful, clean, spacious. We loved the deck, especially the patio heaters which allowed us to be outside even when temperatures dropped or when the rains came. The pool was a big hit with everyone and the view was wonderful. Saw several deer roaming through the marsh right beneath the house. Very quiet neighborhood. Wish Kiawah had more beach access for those with physical challenges.

Lovely, Quiet Home

Loved Our Stay!

Loved the screened in porch and the outdoor area, and the built in heaters made it even more enjoyable. Only disappointment was not having the pool heated after requesting it - AE promptly took care it. And the security sensor went off the first night, but maintenance responded right away. We’ll test that pool on our next trip!

Beautiful House

This place is even better than the pictures. Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. Our family was working and doing remote school while there and the Wi-Fi was plenty strong in every room for video meetings. The setting is amazing and with the bikes we rented, just a quick 10 min ride to the beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again and we are all looking forward to returning soon.

Would 100% do it again, and this house was perfect. Great location, easy to bike to the beach. Pool was great for after the beach and evening. Decor in the house is nice and perfect for a family. We loved the pool and quick bike ride to the beach. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived. Everyone was very responsive and communicative and had it fixed as soon as possible.
