This fantastic property is in the private development of Costa Del Sol. Only a few steps from your door, you will find a sandy beach with easy ocean access. Dive companies can pick you up at the private pier for your diving excursions. The property is full of new features including fresh paint, new appliances (washer and dryer for renters' use), filtered and safe drinking water throughout the house. American Network TV and wireless internet. The infinity pool is also only a few steps away from your porch. The development has 24-hour security. This single story house is kid-friendly and includes a pack 'n play and children's dishware. From your porch you can enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking the water. This property is sure not to disappoint!

Another great stay!

We love this place and the staff, and are repeat customers. Very safe and clean. Great location for divers with private pier. Beautiful pool and roped area to swim and snorkel.

Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at A6. Perfect location to get away from the tourist crowds. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the pier. There is no gym and the maid service was spotty for us, but those were just minor inconveniences. I highly recommend this for your family!

Beautiful Villa with Wonderful Location

My adult son and I rented this villa primarily for a diving getaway in Cozumel. The villa is steps away from both the Resort's pool and ocean, and the westward-facing views are magnificent. The villa was well-equipped and very clean. Our dive master picked us up most days at the Resort's pier, which was very handy. All in all a great experience!

Wonderful location! Comfortable space!

We traveled with a wheelchair and walker- the property is perfect for that! The pool was 20 feet from the door!! The sunsets wereframed by our porch

One of our favorite places on earth!

Great location. Only thing this year was that someone in complex rented to 19 people who over took pool with loud music and lots of alcohol every afternoon. So, the tranquility was not what it was in past years but hopefully it was just the unlucky draw for us. We love the owner and place!

Great property right next to the pool and beach

10/10 six of us stayed for seven days. Absolutely fantastic location. House is very clean. We like to cook and I will say the kitchen was very well appointed. Extra ice available on site.

Awesome experience!

From the owners communications to the always-available concierge Enrique..it was an awesome experience! We didn’t get a car due to prices and we probably spent as much on taxis, but it felt like a good thing to do, anyway, to support the locals. At lot was closed down still due to Covid but it didn’t stop us from having a great time! We hope to come back soon!

Best Pool and Ocean View

Outstanding rental experience, Location, Location, Location!! This one story three bedroom house is perfect for our family!! The property managers communication was outstanding! We can't wait to come back! Cozumel has covid down. The covid test to return to the US was easy. They came out to our rental house and we had the results in less than 2 hours!!

Mexican Thanksgiving!

We had an amazing time at Costa del Sol A6! The property owner Kate was great to work with- she answered all my questions—shopping, car rental and catering. This condo is right next to beach and pool- Great for keeping an eye on kids. We did lots of diving with Dressel Divers, so we were just a short drive away each morning and then back in the afternoon. The condo is well appointed and very spacious. We definitely will come back and stay again!

Great Place, Great View

Right on the oceanfront, master bedroom views of the ocean right there. Safe location. Patty will assist with excursions if needed. Close to most of the beaches. Pool right outside out doorstep - which the kids loved. Next time we are in Cozumel will stay here again. Very beutifull home and with 6 of us we had tons of space.

Excellent customer service

Not only is this ocean front villa beautiful, the customer service that Rodrigo & Patty provided was outstanding. Rodrigo contacted us ahead of time to find out when we were landing and he was there when we arrived to greet us, check us in and show us around the villa. Patty is on the property 5 days a week and either of them are a text/phone call away if anything is needed AND they respond quickly. We would absolutely return to this villa and are already planning another trip!

Great property and owner is terriffic

We loved the property. It’s a very nice home and the location is perfect. Just far enough out of town for R&R, But close enough to run into town if you need something. The property is very well managed and everyone was very responsive to any questions we had. Strongly recommend this property to everyone.

So beautiful! Right on the water.

We had a mixed party of 8…Ranging from 12 to 77 years old, divers and non-divers from three different families. The rooms are actually larger than they appear in the pictures, so we all felt comfortable and happy living together. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and some of our party was vegan so we cooked a good deal. The view is insane! So gorgeous. Every sunset was a show. At night it is far enough From the city to be very very dark… we could see so many stars. The dive shop picked us up at the pier right outside the house, and in the afternoons it was close enough to allow fun excursions like Punta Sur, Pueblo de Maize, and the ruins at San Gervasio. The security staff at the front was helpful and responsive, taxis came fast, and the property manager took care of our one small problem (a blocked toilet) immediately. Perfect week. Highly recommended.

Perfect vacation!

Costa De Sol, Unit A6 was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained, and the location was absolutely ideal. Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do it justice! Kate, you were awesome! We are going to visit again soon!

Beautiful house with everything you need

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Costa Del Sol, Unit A6. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linens, and the house was clean and well maintained. AC worked really well. It is situated next to the pool and just a few steps to the beach. Beautiful sunsets! You will need a rental car or will need to take a taxi to get into town as the house is approximately 20 minutes outside of town. We did have one issue, but Kate, the owner, was on it and got it taken care of as quickly as she could. Housekeeping services were provided once during our week, which was nice as we weren’t expecting this service. Kate provided all necessary info, including the name of her local contact/property manager about a week prior to our arrival. The only negative was the property manager. We never saw him, and we could not get in touch with him when we had our issue.; but we were able to reach Kate immediately. This was our first time renting a vacation home and we really enjoyed it. We will be back!

Family Scuba Diving Trip

We are a family of five. Two parents and three teenagers. Kate's home was awesome for us. The furnishings, beds, lighting, TV, and kitchen were in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly as you would hope when you are vacationing as a family. We loved the location and enjoying our morning coffee on the covered veranda right on the beach. Our dive company, ScubaTony, even picked us up and dropped us off right at the property boat dock. Dive sites are within 10-15 minutes from Costa Del Sol. Kate was always available by text and phone call but we didn't need to communicate with her much. The grounds keepers and security guards are very nice and helpful. We asked them to haul a big grocery load for us in their golf cart and they took it right to our door and even helped carry it in! You will love this place and we plan to come back next year (that will be our third time at Costa Del Sol).

Beautiful condo right in the beach. Beds for 6 but it can probably sleep 8. Very spacious with a great porch to watch the sea. Excellent pool and hot tub. Quiet and peaceful with a spectacular sea view Snorkeling around the pier was better than I anticipated. If you are diving the dive boats will pick you up right at the end of the pier

Costa Del Sol location is the best

Kate’s A6 property did not disappoint. Had a few issues, but Kate was quick to deal with them and a pleasure thru the entire rental process. Great house in great location. AC worked great. Rental car needed or can use Kate’s minivan.

The sunsets from the porch are first rate! We have so many sunset photos, all are spectacular. We enjoy having coffee on the porch in the morning while listening to the waves. It's so relaxing.
