This is a newer 3400 square foot home, built and completed In January 2016.

4 Bedrooms/ 3.5 Bathrooms
* 2 Masters with private baths ( one with jetted tub) and queen beds
* 2 bedrooms each with queen beds that share a bathroom
* an additional 1/2 bathroom off of the great room

3 Balconies ( dining room, great room and main level master) with views of the entire valley
Beautiful new kitchen with top of the line appliances
Large front loading washer and dryer in huge laundry room

Walk in level: garage, great room with gas fireplace, kitchen , laundry, dining and one master suite.

Lower level: second master suite, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, family room.

Minimum stays (3 - 5 nights) are required during holidays and high seasons/ festivals throughout the year. One night stays are only considered. Please inquire with your dates before booking if you are unsure!

Great House, Great Location, Great View

Second time we have stayed here, and it was great. Beautiful house with awesome view and sunsets. Great location to get into town or over the Rocky Mountain National Park. Will be back.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Great house with wonderful views. The layout is perfect for a large group - we had eight adults. Everyone had their own space and the large dining room table brought everyone together at night! Perfect space for a winter get-away

Incredible views

Everyone in our group loved the house. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the beds were comfy. The views were incredible, and the garage was tall enough to fit our SUV with a gear box on top. We would definitely stay here again when we go to WP.

Great Location for Family Christmas

Incredible views from almost every room in the home include beautiful panomic views from large kitchen/living area. Kitchen is very well equipped and has high quality appliances which aided all the cooking and baking we did. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Very nice art and photography on the walls. We had a great visit.

Great Mountain House

Perfect house for our rescheduled Christmas family trip. (Southwest Airlines melt down). It had everything we needed. The view of the mountains and valley was great. Heated garage is a plus.

We wish we lived here!

We had a great time in this house. It had the comforts of home, along with many of the kitchen gadgets and tools. The beds were comfortable, the layout of the house was awesome to let in some fresh air, sit on the deck and enjoy the views (without direct sun entering the massive windows). We would love to live here…our time flew by

Lovely home with incredible views and quiet neighborhood

This lovely home suited our large family beautifully. We especially appreciated that all bedrooms had queen beds and not a bunch of bunk beds (which no longer meet the needs of our adult children). Kitchen was well-equipped, heated garage was awesome, Sonos sound system a real bonus (!), and just a wonderful place all around.

Amazing views from a lovely home.

We've used this home twice for a 2-week family Christmas get away. The photos don't do justice to the amazing views from nearly every room in the house. It's very well laid out and excellent quality. Lovely artwork enhances the space. Easy access to outdoor activities including great cross country trails from a trailhead in the development. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook large dinners for family.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location and views were breathtaking, and the house itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the house looked even better in person than in the photos online, which is almost never the case!The location was perfect, just a short distance from Winter Park Ski Resort, making it super convenient for skiing and exploring. The management was fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The heating worked perfectly, and the heated garage was a huge bonus after a long day in the snow.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located place to stay near Winter Park, we highly recommend this lodge! We can’t wait to return!

Overall, a great house and location. The base of the main floor toilets were a bit dirty and we found an old, dirty washcloth in a drawer in the main floor master, which is why I rated cleanliness a 4 out of 5, but everything else was great.

The best compliment? Return stays! Our 2nd time at this BEAUTIFUL HOME

Two families from Texas that are pretty discerning and this home was fantastic! So much so we booked two weeks for the summer as well! Loved everything about it. Fit two families with teenage boys who really appreciated the larger beds (not twins). We’ve stayed in Rendezvous for 10+ years this is definitely one of the best. Probably only drawback is the only TV is downstairs and this was during the college football playoffs so that was dicey for two families from Southlake Texas….so we just brought a TV with us and we’re set. Obviously we drove. Seriously, Becky Shaw, the host was above and beyond and the home didn’t disappoint. And the views!!! Great from all the porches! This might be our spot from here on out!

This house is the best rental we have ever had (and I have a VRBO house myself). It was so well made and the accessories and art were amazing and well-done. The kitchen had everything we could want.10:00AM is a little early for a checkout with all the family. We asked for a later one, which was granted, but you might reconsider this policy.

Wonderful view!

High scale home, beautiful view of Winter Park, Frazier area and beautiful view of mountain range across the valley. Aspen were just turning, had deer and fox visit the yard - wonderful place to vacation.

Great Winter Park Retreat

I stayed with some friends and their spouses during the summer. The house layout was very accommodating and everything about the place was great for a larger group. Very nice house with good appliances and everything that was needed. The view were fantastic to boot!
