Our family's condo makes a perfect home base for your time on Maui. Consider: a short stroll to the beautiful Kamaole 2 Beach. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Air-conditioned in main room and bedroom. Well-maintained and clean. Fully-equipped for your holiday. This is the condo to choose for your Maui adventure!

We, the co-owners: Bob and Kathleen and Kelley and Jack, all retired educators (one librarian and three teachers), have designed our Maui home to be as peaceful and functional as possible. No heavy furniture, no dark cabinets. Instead, the atmosphere is light, clean, and airy.

The bathroom offers a walk-in, adjustable-level shower, tastefully decorated with white tile plumeria blossoms and sea turtles who swim along the stone floor. The king-size bed is firm and comfortable. In the living room, the SmartTV offers a full cable menu as well as access to Netflix, Prime, and other streaming video services. The lanai is shaded from the afternoon sun and offers a quiet, cool space to enjoy the day after mornings at the beach. Air conditioning is available, though we prefer to use the large ceiling fans, one in each room, which work well to circulate the amazing Hawaiian air. The Wi-Fi signal serves the entire unit well.

Kihei Kai Nani itself is a spacious garden complex directly across the street from the three magnificent Kamaole Beaches, where you can enjoy your morning coffee (or evening Mai Tai) after an easy stroll down the drive. Parking is free. Shops and restaurants are within convenient walking distance.

Also, you can relax in the knowledge that your Kihei Kai Nani booking is secure. Our legacy condo complex is not on the list of condos, whose zoning status is uncertain. Kihei Kai Nani has been designated for short term vacation rentals since its construction. You can rest assured that local real estate zoning changes will not impact your booking, and Maui remains a welcoming place.

Enjoyed the location, ample parking and the quietness of unit. I probably misread it, but I thought there was a washer and dryer in the unit. There was not. Did not need one, but thought there was one.

Jack has a top-notch response time and is a great host. We love staying at Kihei Kai Nani. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. The beach is across the road. A rinse station is provided at the entrance of the parking lot so you can rinse off before returning. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.

Coastal Kihei Oasis

We had a beautiful stay here, right across the street from the beach and walking distance from many local eateries. We were about a 20 minute walk from ‘The Triangle’ in Kihei, also where Kihei Caffe is (highly recommended). The property was in the perfect location, we walked down to the beach many times to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Property also comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and snorkeling equipment. We cannot recommend this property enough, especially if staying for an extended period of time (we stayed for a week).

Two weeks in Maui is not enough

Kihei Kai Nani is a great location. Condo was stocked full of the necessities but also many extras lije condiments, spices, soaps and kitchen tools. Loved the AC and fans. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it was a freat stay in a great place.but overall

Some Like It Hot

The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. We like to cook and so bought a few things that made prep easier. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the heat.Everyday the temp was 31 or 32 C and the A/C was unable to lower the temp significantly because we were on the top floor and the heat was coming through the roof. Other than that the condo was perfect. The fragrance of plumeria wafting into the bedroom at night was lovely. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us.

Wonderful place!

Great place! Nice, cozy, clean condo, 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Maui. There is everything you need for life. The place is quiet and safe. Many thanks to the owners for the quick response to the request, I recommend!

Wonderful condo

Fantastic condo well stocked with everything one needs - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen has abundance of everything as well. Owner provided plenty of soaps, toilet paper etc which was immensely appreciated. Everything was in good condition from furniture to pots and pans. The king size bed also very comfortable.

Honeymoon visit

We were lucky enough to have breezy evenings so didn’t need the AC much. Excellent location, easy access to snorkeling and harbor for boat trips. My favorite beach for sunsets. All the expected Kihei noise levels. LOL

Relaxing location with easy beach access

Had a wonderful 10-day stay in this condo. We love Kihei Kai Nani and have stayed many times. This unit is great because of being an end unit with more windows. The kitchen was amply supplied and we appreciated the sharp knives. Bed was comfortable and we loved our stay! We’ll be back!

this place was very well stocked from spices right up to chairs to the beach. The only thing missing was an air fryer lol. Jack was very easy to deal with and my questions were answered very promptly. The apartment is very close to the beach and you can walk to many amenities. I will most definitely be staying in when I come back to the island. I love Kihei and staying here made me love it even more. Thanks so much Jack and crew

Perfect!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is so perfect-just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the walking paths along the beach the most! No surprises. Everything they advertise is honest. We would love to go back again and would stay at this same VRBO. Aloha

Great Location

Ideal location in Kihei you can walk to the beach. Beach equipment provided, a condo with all you need to make a great vacation. This place is one of the best we've ever stayed at in Kihei.

Lovely stay in south kihei

Wonderful stay, Kihei Kai Nani is a very convenient and comfortable property with all the amenities. Best parts of this unit for us are waking to the birds, quiet lanai, no road noise, so well stocked, to make our stay just so lovely. Mahalo!

South Kihei Vacay

Excellent location right across from Kameoli Beach II. Shops and restaurants literally next door. Loved Cafe O’Lei, Moose McGillycufdys and the Cinnamon Roll. Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Plenty of Beach gear. The bed was very comfortable. Condo is perfect for a quiet couple.

Cute Little Apartment in Kihei

This was a convenient apartment in Kihei. We appreciated the central location and the proximity to a number of beaches. The apartment is older but clean and has a well stocked kitchen. It also comes with snorkeling equipment! The AC was loud and could have been more cool, but didn't bother us. We would stay here again.

Jack was so easy to deal with. The pictures of the unit are very accurate. It is a corner unit, so lots of windows, bright & cheery. I have stayed at the KKN for years & many different units, but I really like this unit so much, booked for the same time next year. Aloha

Great location

The property was exactly as described. Directions to the specific unit were precise and checking in at the office was easy and friendly. Some people have complained about the A/C. I used the a/c but I also opened the windows to use the breeze to help cool things down. The roosters (and other birds) let you know when the sun is coming up but hey, that’s nature. Plus there’s chicken all over all the islands. I just turned over and went back to sleep. If you plan to snorkel, I’d bring your own mask and maybe snorkel too. There is nice snorkeling across the street at the beach. It was great to have other beach items to use and the laundry room was super convenient. The location is great with a lot of things in walking distance. Kama’ole II beach is beautiful and with the close location, you won’t miss a sunset!

Very cozy place and so close to everything. Everyone that stays leaves a lil something to use on your vacation and I think thats amazing! Theres beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, coolers, floats, and much more!

Best first time in Maui!

Wow is all we can say! This was our first time in Maui and this place truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From all the beach gear to cooking supplies, anything you could think of was provided. The hosts were also incredibly responsive when we needed to contact them to ask a few questions. Fabulous location as it’s literally right across the street from the beach. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to Maui!

Hi, Jack here. I represent Condo 80106 on behalf of two couples who share and maintain this wonderful home base on Maui. We are three teachers and a librarian, some retired, some still going strong. The condo has offered us a wonderful home away from home, and we have worked to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We look forward to sharing our condo home with you during your visit to Maui.

We chose our condo for its light and airy feeling. The condo is an 'end unit' so it has extra windows in living room and bedroom. It is such an easy place to be. The beach is a simple walk down the driveway, and we often visit there in the morning with a cup of coffee, as well as in the evening with Mai Tais to watch the sunset and listen to the conch shells that people blow each evening. Days at the condo are special.
