The house is built around a beautiful picturesque terraced courtyard with built-in-BBQ, ideal for eating outside whilst enjoying the stunning views over the sea. The villa is suitable for wheelchair users with easy access to pool area and bedrooms shower room, kitchen + dining / lounge area.

A lovely, relaxing stay at Margalida's magnificent property. A big, spacious villa that easily accommodated our family of 8 with absolutely stunning, unbeatable views.

Fantastic holiday

Margalida and her sister were very welcoming allowing us an early check in. The villa was very comfortable and close to all amenities. Local beaches and restaurants etc all very good but the neighbourhood was peaceful. The pool was beautifully clean and the sea view delightful.

Gorgeous villa!

This villa really made our vacation special. Plenty of room, all the beds were very comfortable, three bathrooms and the outdoor spaces are truly spectacular, with the breathtaking view of the sea! Sunset dinners, watching the moon sparkle on the water…it was just perfect. The location is great. We biked or walked to restaurants, grocery stores, everywhere.Margalida made everything easy. Highly recommend!

The view is stunning. The deck, the pool, the sea view are the reasons to be there. Beautiful sunrises, moonbeams on the water, crystal clear star filled night skies are truly magical elements. Bring binoculars as there are many boats to view and also sometimes dolphins in the distance.The breezes are nice with the large deck door open as well.The bedrooms are nice, each with AC. Limited sheets and blankets, but the days and nights were warm and not much needed. Bathrooms are fine. Kitchen OK. Mainly cooked eggs for breakfast and had dinners out. Probably not ideal for large home cooked dinners, but many restaurants nearby.The beach is literally a small two block walk and 34steps down to the beach. Really nice cove for swimming and cliff diving ( 10ft or so). Busy but all beach coves we visited were. The neighborhood is great, quiet and peaceful. The yard is safely fenced but there is a walkway that leads to the cliffs and a very nice walk along the upper cliffs . The nearby tourist town Cal D'or is busy . Many restaurants, tourist shopping etc. Also groceries. Easy to drive and park. Didn't find a particular restaurant that stood out. All good maybe not great.Easy drive to Palma, Santiyani, S'Horta, Manacor, etc. Our kids played at Rafa Nadal Tennis camp and though a 25 minute drive, still this spot is ideal for the parents. We participated is various activities there also.If the plan is relaxation and easy access to Majorca, this is great spot.

An excellent location for a quiet, family holiday.

This has been one of the best family holidays we've ever had, so far, and we believe it has a lot to do with the location, villa and the host. The sea views are spectacular and we even saw dolphins from our back terrace. Margalida was extremely helpful and made our stay very special. The villa is huge, split over two levels and provided plenty of space and privacy for 6 people. It is also located in a quiet, family area. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was regularly cleaned. Shops and a small beach are at a walking distance and the centre is only twenty minutes on foot. We fell in love with this part of the island and especially the villa! We hope to return soon.

Unforgettable

Pictures of the property did not do it justice, everything much bigger in reality, and outside area and sea cliff views stunning. The location was lovely, quiet and although residential, 2 minutes from beach, shops and dive centre and very pleasent walk to Cala d or. Facilicites excellent and more, swimming pool gave us loads of fun, about 7 feet deep in deep end for diving for pretend fish! We were 8, all seating areas easily accommodate 9 and bbq was perfect.. host extremely helpful and on hand throughout our stay for advice, information about local area etc on whatapp One of the best holiday areas we have enjoyed, local buses are brilliant, charged 5 euro but when we checked, it deducts according to your journey, travel to cala Egos only cost 1:30 euro. Big Supermarket 5 mins in a car. Thank you Margalida

Sensationeller Meerblick

Wir haben in der Villa Sol Naixent einen tollen Urlaub genießen dürfen. Von den meisten Zimmern aus hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf das Meer. Die Sonnenaufgänge waren atemberaubend schön. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für eine tolle, erholsame Zeit.

Traumhafte Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Villa verfügt über sehr viel Platz, einer schönen Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick und befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. könnte stellenweise erneuert werden (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine). Trotzdessen ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Beautiful

We’ve just got back from a beautiful 10 days at the villa Margalida was so helpful, answering any questions I had before we arrived and meeting us at her gorgeous villa. The area is very quiet, although there is some building work being carried out along the road, it didn’t really bother us. There isn’t any air con at the villa and it was exceptionally hot while we were there but we managed with the fans provided. The villa is very well equipped, the only thing you need are your pool towels. There is a small supermarket no more than a 10 minute walk away that stocks everything you’ll need and a small sandy beach is a 5 minute walk from the villa. We had a very chilled week as the view from the patio was outstanding and the pool was very welcoming. Thank-you very much Margalida!

Perfekte Entspannung und Aussicht

Die Lage des Objektes ist perfekt. Der Meerblick ist einzigartig schön. Die Ausstattung des Gebäudes ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Aufnahme durch die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Auskünfte zur Lage und Möglichkeiten war mega hilfreich. Alle Reiseteilnehmer waren sehr zufrieden.

Huset ligger super dejeligt meget søde værter . Men huset er meget træt og lugter of kloark og gammelt sommerhus , senge skulle være skiftet for flere år siden , køleskab kan ikke følge med og opvasker virker ikke

Nie langweilig

Hallo, das Objekt ist hervorragend betreut, sauber und in einer Toplage. Man darf aber nicht verschweigen, dass es schon ein paar Jahre auf den Mauern und den sanitären Anlagen hat. Der Titel soll erkennbar machen, dass ein Aufenthal auf Terrasse oder Balkon stets mit wunderbaren Eindrücken verbunden ist. Seien es Sonnenaufgänge, Schiffe etc.

Die Vermieterin war in allen punten sehr entgegenkommend.die übergaben der Wohnung am Anfang und am ende des Urlaubs liefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. In der finca ,besonders in der küche,war alles vorhanden was nötig war.ein Bett knackte etwas,aber es hat gehalten. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Generationenferien

Für Familienferien sehr geeignet. Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus an exklusiver Lage. Jeden Tag können Boote beobachtet werden. Küchengeräte wie Pfannen und Messer dürften erneuert werden. Hosts sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Spatiös villa med havsutsikt och pool

Rymligt hus i två plan (dock endast utvändigt tillträde till övervåningen) med plats för 10 personer i 5 sovrum (3 sovrum på nedervåningen, 2 sovrum på övervåningen), 3 badrum (2 nere och 1 på övervåningen). Generösa gemensamma utrymmen, både på neder- som övervåningen. Stor balkong på övervåningen, dock ej möblerad. Kök med diskmaskin samt tvättmaskin, gasspis och elektrisk ugn. Tv med nationella kanaler. Uteplats vid poolen med plats för 10 personer samt ett antal solsängar. Några av stolarna i plast, hade sprickor, som gjorde dem svåra att sitta på. Stort matbord, både inne och ute. Utegrill för eldning med kol. Ojämn nivå på köksutrustningen. Ej komplett för 10 personer. Maskinell utrustning ej i toppform. Kaffebryggare ej avkalkad och munstycken i diskmaskin igensatta så att den inte diskade rent. Efter att vi rengjort fungerade den bättre. Glas och porslin ej helt rena, så vi fick börja med att diska. Lukt av mögel samt avlopp, främst på övervåningen, drar ner det totala betyget. Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående värdinna, som fanns tillhands för frågor och kompletteringar av handdukar, lakan etc. Vi hade även en bra kontakt även innan tillträdet för diverse frågor. Bästa läget för att beskåda den vackraste soluppgången och njuta av friden att bo intill havet. Perfekt läge med bara några minuters promenad till den fina stranden, Cala Serena som var som en lagun. Även promenadavstånd in till Cala d'or, c:a 1,5 km, där det är mer turistigt. Supermarket inom gångavstånd, c:a 600 m. 5 minuter bort med bil, finns en stor livsmedelsbutik, Eroski, som har allt man kan tänkas behöva. Totalt sett har det varit en härlig vistelse och om man får ordning på anmärkningar enligt ovan, så skulle jag gärna åka tillbaka hit igen.
