In the heart of the Lucca hills, on a gentle slope that from the Pizzorne mountains descends toward the plains of Lucca, extend the seven hectares of the Fattoria Camigliano vineyards.
Historically, the land belonged to the Guinigi family, which the logo of the Farm is reminiscent of with the face of Paolo Guinigi, Lord of Lucca between 1400 and 1430.
The farmhouse overlooks a lush waste of vineyards and olive trees and is provided with any type of comfort while preserving the charme featuring the classic Tuscany country houses.
Away from the noise of the city, deep into the nature, you will enjoy moments of utter peace and relax with every type of comfort thought to make your stay unforgettable.

The villa features tall ceilings with wooden beams and terra cotta floors for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the upper floor there are two bathrooms, three double rooms and one single room. The rooms, decorated in restful natural shades, are all equipped with an air conditioning system for the guests to enjoy a comfortable stay even during the hot summer months. In on the two bathrooms on the upper floor there is a Jacuzzi where you can enjoy utmost and precious relaxing moments.
In the heart of the house there is a very cosy and fully equipped kitchen, the perfect meeting point for casual dining. In the dining room a stone fireplace is displayed together with a long ancient wooden table which can sit up to 12 people. Beyond the glass door of the lounge you can access the pool and the area dedicated to the BBQ. The pool is shared with the guests of the adjacent apartment. (4 Sleeps)

Upper Floor:

• 4 spacious rooms with a view on a lush expanse of vineyards (two double, one with two single beds that can be joined together and a single room)

There is one small bathroom on the lower floor.

Ground Floor:

• 1 large living room, 1 dining room with a table which can sit up to 12 people and a fireplace.
• 1 fully equipped kitchen with a dining table which can sit up to 8 people and a fireplace.
• 1 swimming pool with a table for 8 people and a BBQ. The pool i shared with the guest of the adjacent apartment

The closest grocery store is in the village of Segromigno, just five minutes walk from the propriety. A bank is just three minutes drive away and another super market is just 10 mins far in the village of Marlia.

The fattoria Camigliano is convenient for day trips to Lucca (11km) Pisa’s leaning tower and the seaside beaches of Viareggio (40 km) or Montecatini, the famous spa town (about 30km)
Fattoria Camigliano is about one hour and thirty minutes drive from Siena and one hour and 10 mins drive from Florence. Though you may prefer to drive your car to the nearby train station and enjoy a pleasant one-hour train ride to the Florence station in the centre of the town avoiding both traffic jams and parking problems.
