We loved this place! The grounds and pool area were so beautiful, and the unit itself was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals there. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

The location of the condo was great close to a lot of amenities. The loft was little warm but there are lots of fans. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect landing pad for a week in Hawaii. It's close to beaches, walkable to many different shops and restaurants, and the space itself is big an spacious.

Beautiful tropical condo

Great condo, in a great location. Property management was timely with communication, made our stay very easy. The condo was all that we needed, and provided a nice relaxing place to rest after full days exploring Kauai.

Great location

This particular unit is a bit outdated. When we had questions or concerns, the property manager was responsive. Definitely overpriced. The ideal location went a long way, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay- well located condo

This is a great complex well situated close to diving, beaches and some limited shopping. The suite is large and allows a family of 4 to not feel crowded. The grounds are lush and the water features add to the peaceful feeling of the complex. Thanks again

Great location

Had a great time, the condo was located in a great location to Poipu beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was a little dated but still well maintained with a nice pool. No AC which made for hot nights, but they had available fans to use. So nice to have a washer and dryer.

Great accommodation

This rental was a great size. Only my husband and I stayed there, but there is room for more in the upstairs loft. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lanai was perfect for sitting around any time of day. The condo is also walking distance to a shopping center with shops, restaurants, a drug store and a grocery store. It's also a short distance from additional restaurants and some great sunset-watching beaches.

Property close to beaches, restaurants and shopping.Clean and well equipped with essentials and extras like beach chairs and coolers. Good value for the price.It could however use some updates.Outstanding response time from property manager concerning a minor problem. We had someone on site within a 1/2 hour.

Loved the condo. Location is awesome, you can walk to Baby Beach and Poipu Beach (though not if youā€™re carrying beach gear) and the shops for food, drinks etc. Beds are comfy, there was plenty of beach gear to use, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Itā€™s great for families. Weā€™re already planning to return next year.

We loved staying at this property, thank you for sharing it with us. Everything was as described in VRBO posting , unit is stocked with everything needed for a great Hawaiā€™i vacation. The only downside were some noisy birds that kept waking us up at various times through the nights. .

Lovely Villa!

A lovely, spacious, well kept villa in a nice location. Everything you need is provided. Beautiful kitchen. Snorkelling gear. Close to the beach and eateries. Loved our stay! The only thing that was slightly annoying was the noisy frogs in the stream within the complex. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend to others wishing to explore the south coast of Kaui. The concierge of the complex is also very friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed (although you need to bring all food yourself, even salt and pepper ). We used the poolside grill to cook a few meals. Beds were comfortable and our two teens enjoyed the loft and their own bathroom. The location is within 10 minute walk of Baby Beach (very small) and 20 minute walk (10 minute drive) to Poipu or Sheraton beach. 5 minute walk to a shopping mall with Longs drugs and shops and restaurants. Great stay!

Room 233 at Waikomo stream Villas

We enjoyed our stay. It is about 3-5 min drive to Poipu beach. The place was nice and spaces. Our washer and dryer was not working which was something we needed to wash and dry our clothes and towels after beach days. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay our kids were looking forward to it and we were looking forward to the hot tub. Overall it is a nice place to stay. One thing I would like to have are board games.

We loved staying at this property. I was very impressed with how big the condo unit is and how much space that we had with the kids. This unit is conveniently located. Though itā€™s a bit of a walk to the beach. It was a very easy drive. Lots of parking is available, and the property is kept very clean and organized. I definitely would recommend that you stay here. It was really great to have beach towels and beach chairs along with a cooler. The only downside is the beds were not very comfortable and neither were the pillows. Could be that the pillows and mattresses need to be changed. I would also say that if you are looking for a unit with a C this is not the unit for you. The master bedroom was quite warm and we had to have three fans on to cool it down. Washer and dryer are included in the unit, which is great!

Kaua'i Condo Poipu

The property was beautiful and spacious. The high location and landscaping gave great privacy and a jungle canopy feeling. In my opinion being a short distance from most of the Poipu resorts is a great benefit. The condo was a pleasant running or walking distance from all of the beaches in Poipu except maybe Shipwreck beach. A very pleasant surprise was the beautiful shopping and dining area a couple hundred yards away from the entrance to the condos. The ample parking and convenient location slightly away from the tourist crowds were some of the best features.

Not Really, Bullfrogs, Parking Lot and Blowers

Our lanai garden view consisted of the Koloa Landing buildings and parking lot next door. You hear the cars and conversations as they come and go. At night the bullfrogs in the stream donā€™t ever shut up. All four of us had trouble sleeping and were ready to go hunting. Before considering this unit, listen to a bullfrog croaking on YouTube and then multiple it by ten. We were offered earplugs for the noise, seriously!!! The condo was spacious but the kitchen cupboards are very high and you need a ladder to get and put away the dishes. We used the outdated WiFi information provided by Parrish for the first few days until I complained. Seems the internet equipment was updated but they didnā€™t bother to change their guest handbook. Handbook also had many restaurants that have been closed. We liked the location and the pool area. Towels and linens were adequate but no replacement trash bags and one small packet of laundry detergent. Our 11 day stay required us to buy both. We will not return to this condo or the Waikomo Stream complex.
