Room was very nice and clean. Did have a maintenance issue our first night but it was taken care of right after contacting management and fixed. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. The view was incredible. Location was perfect! We drove less than a mile for excellent 5 star meals. We will be back!

The beach situation is a mess. So many chair rentals, the small portion of beach in front of the rentals gets flooded with personal chairs & umbrellas.

Miramar with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were told there would be a keurig but there was not. I called housekeeping and they brought us a brand new one first thing in the morning!We were very impressed and thankful.There could be a little more attention to cleaning. There was a whole load of towels left in the dryer and a sandwich left in the fridge.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the views were great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were impressed with everything about our stay from check in, move in to departure. The staff made everything so easy and convenient. The apartment was everything we had hoped- and more. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The decor is very stylish and inviting. Our favorite parts of the hotel were the patio- which we sat on every morning and evening. We also loved the large bedroom overlooking the gulf. We left the drapes open so the first thing we saw each morning was the beautiful water. We were steps away from the beach for our long walks. We did not use the pool much as it was rather cold, but that could be remedied by coming later in the month. We look forward to renting this room again.

This property has a beautiful view and is clean inside. Some or most of the outdoor equipment was dated, torn or rusted. During our three-day stay, the building was getting re-faced and new windows installed, all of which was quite noisy inside our unit.

We absolutely loved this property and had a fantastic vacation! The condo is fresh and clean and had everything we needed. The building sits right off the beach with a private pool and boardwalk directly to the beach. The views from the balcony and bedroom are stunning! We saw dolphins multiple mornings making their way across the gulf. We can’t wait to come back again!

It was a little older, but well maintained property, View was Great, It was Clean, well decorated, and everything was neat. My wife, said, I could live here!

Place was very clean and just as described! Amazing view of the ocean, especially from the master bedroom. Good amount of supplies stocked for a long weekend. Easy access to everything you’d need. Would love to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was wonderful and a great spot! Looks just like the pictures! Beautiful view and right on the beach. The beach chairs in the condo are in bad condition but we brought our own so no problem for us! We knew the pool was not operational but it is supposed to be soon. We were disappointed the gas grills with the building were not operational (brand new) but we were told by building mgmt they would be soon. Both the pool and grills are only waiting for inspection. The place was perfect for the two of us and has two additional pull out beds. Loved it. Would recommend it and would rebook it in the future! Thanks!

Beach in this area is pretty crowded during July—but to be expected considering how many rental units are in proximity.

The unit was a bit dated and handled missing on the balcony door on the outside. Building overall is nice and clean. Beach chair service is a rip off 3 day for 2 chairs over 400.00

The views in the promotional material accurately reflect the property. The elevator service in the condo was prompt. The beach crowd the second week of May is comprised mostly of adults, and families with younger children.

will not return

no land line phone, patio door lock defective and danger of being lock out on patio, pillows awful, dining and patio high tables and chairs high and difficult to manage for meals, sight line is just fine with glass patio railings, air cooling system unable to unable to dehumidify on hot humid days.no swimming pool except off site.
