IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of August 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote.

In this 19th floor condo, you can sit in or outside and enjoy fantastic Gulf views from your private, sun-kissed balcony. The master bedroom is a dream come true with it's own door to the balcony and a master bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds, perfect for friends and family, while the queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room can help you accommodate two more guests! The modern kitchen has all the comforts of home, which include a stone countertops, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc. so you can enjoy dinner in, if you choose. Also, the unit offers two full bathrooms and, of course, a washer/dryer, for your utmost convenience. Bed and bathroom linens are included in the unit - all you need to bring are beach towels!

Make yourself comfortable in our one and two bedroom, beachfront condos located in Beachside II. You’ll enjoy Destin's famous soft and sandy beaches just steps away from your door. Grill burgers on the poolside grills or fill up your cooler with the huge ice machine located on the first floor. We also have a great Gulf-front sun deck for some much-needed quiet time. The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind. From leisurely strolls to adventurous bike rides, the whole family is bound to have fun on the trails throughout the resort. We cannot wait to see you!

Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about the condo and location the only down fall was we had to buy toilet paper they only had one roll in each bathroom and we had to buy paper towels and dishwashing liquid because there was non and there were no garbage bags either.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and especially the balcony views. The location is convenient to beach chair rentals, activities, and food and beverages. We can't wait to return!

Mother's Day BFF Getaway

Wonderful condo with a beautiful 19th floor view! I would've had a few more kitchen accessories and the twin mattresses are a little bit uncomfortable but we enjoyed our stay!

May 2022 Stay

We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my husband! The view was AMAZING and hands down the best location for the beach and pool. I would agree with the other reviews in that it needs updating, but was clean and had all of amenities. It was easy to book and the Hospitality app was great to use and had all the information we needed. I also highly recommend Destin Grocery Girls (groceries in your room/fridge when you arrive!) I also recommend 850Taxi for any transportation needs:)! Thank you FL for an amazing time and getting us out of WI for a week!

Great location, unfortunately a very very dirty unit

The property is a great location, however the unit it self was very very dirty. There was mold on all the vents. There were used water bottles and food under the beds. There was no soap in the bathrooms as well as moldy shower curtains. There was layers of dust on all the trim. The clean towels even had hair on them. I wasn't all that bothered by how dated the place was until we visited our other family members in another unit that was updated. Also, it smelled.

Thanksgiving in Destin

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting at the towers for several years, always a good experience and always a had a nice rental. Not this time. We had to clean before we slept here. Our bare feet were black after walking around in the unit. There were cobwebs in the corners. Washer and dryer closet doors would not shut, so it was very noisy. This unit needs help!! Also we got locked out of our unit 2 hours before check out time.

Elevator nightmare

When we arrived on Sunday the Elevators were not working, I mean both elevators and we were on the 19th floor. Had to unload and carry everything 19 floors. They did get one elevator working that went to the 14th floor but after we unpacked we were afraid to try and go down and look around and were worn out. The elevator that goes to the 20th floor was fixed on Monday and what a difference that made. Stay was nice, I just felt like we should have been compensated a free meal, something for the issue when we arrived. Anyway to much to say if I really wanted to explain our ordeal

Beautiful Beach, dated property

Reviewer Comments: Second time in this unit, we came last year and decided to just book the same unit this year because we were late in making a decision. Property is undergoing renovations, which is great, but no notice or directions on which elevators to use to get to your condo, arrived in the dark parked on the upper level and could not access those elevators so walked around trying to figure it out. Condo furnishings are very worn, bed frame falling apart in master, furniture paint worn off, rug fraying apart, just really needs a facelift and some money put back in for what the rental charge is, I would call it a bad value. Gibson is very responsive to needs which is great

July 2021 Stay

This was our 5th visit to Beach Gibson 2. We enjoyed another wonderful week at SanDestin. The fireworks are always impressive! Staff and visitors alike are friendly, kind, patient, and accommodating. Everyone is always in a good mood at the beach! I loved the new artwork in the room. My only suggestion to make the room more comfortable would be to add bathroom sink mats, inexpensive rugs, and washable carpet runners. Thanks again, Valerie

Destin Trip

My wife fell in love with this area a few years ago. So now, when we can, we return. This property was exactly as listed. I had a couple questions before we left for our trip, and property managers answered promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Excellent beach getaway!

This room has lots of space, the master is larger than it appears and it is great to have the toilet separate from the sink area. The walk in closet came in way handier than I thought to hang up all our clothes and keep that mess out of our room. The openness of the kitchen was so nice to the living space and really seeing the ocean from all rooms but the kids room. Just a fantastic experience. Room is on the 19th floor so the view is unobstructed and there is less noise from beach goers, which is really nice. Elevator is fast so that worked out nice too. We miss it already and would stay here again!!!!

Nice Complex

Gibson’s communication was really outstanding. Condo itself space was great but really needs some TLC, like new rugs, some paint and new decoration. Views were outstanding and elevators were super fast. Overall a good property
