This family friendly unit has a reclining sofa, 50" flat screen TV & sound system, full sleeper love seat, TV/DVD player in each bedroom, board games, movies and more. A Pack-n-Play, umbrella stroller, booster seat and small assortment of toys are also provided for our guests' convenience. Please bring your own sheets/blankets for the Pack-n-Play. All beds have gel memory foam toppers for a great nights sleep. The kitchen is well appointed and includes dishwasher and ice maker. Beach chairs and other beach items are also provided. Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
