This property is located on a 2 mile barrier island, known as "Okaloosa Island" Surrounded by the inter coastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico, the island's beaches are never as crowded as Destin in the peak of the season.

This family friendly 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has fully equipped kitchen and sleeps 8 people (2 rollaway cots in closet). Located on the ground floor, it is only steps away from the pool! With a charming outdoor patio, you can relax in the shade and keep a watchful eye on your young ones splashing in the pool! The master bedroom has a king bed with a full screened TV, private patio access, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private entrance to the second bathroom. There is a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well as 2 roll away cots for extra sleeping arrangement. Top of the line furnishings with a stylish dƩcor and SUPER clean.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Fort Walton Beach! The location was perfect ā€” close to everything we needed and right on the beach. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was ideal for our family, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. We will definitely be back and plan to rent this property again. Highly recommend!

LOVE the location

Communication was great, from the time we booked to the time we checked out. We checked in late at night but all the details for check in had already been provided so it was nice to be able to just arrive and unpack. The location is perfect, we were a few steps away from the pool and only a short walk away from the beach

Very family oriented resort. Stayed in 105 and it was very close to the pool area and beach access. Canā€™t see the beach from the patio due to the dunes but it was perfect for us.

2 adults and 3 teens-there were 2 cots and a fold out couch for xtra sleeping which was nice. There was bedding for the cots and the couch. Great locationā€¦very close to pool and beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again

Location was great for us, near the pool. And the space in this condo was perfect. However, itā€™s definitely in need of some updates and TLC. The kitchen was barely stocked. For example, we had one normal size teaspoon. So we had to go buy plastic spoons during our stay. There was no laundry basket. So we had to carry armloads of laundry back and forth to the washing machine. Appliances were old and very noisy. The fan in the living room was so loose from the ceiling, we were scared to use it. A little bit of restocking items and updates would go a LONG way for the unit. The bones are great. It just needs some love.
