Family Friendly Townhouse Em Bayville Shores Unidade 1026

Three bedroom three bath lovely town home in Bayville Shores. It is walking distance to the pool and playground. This is a two story with the kitchen and living room on the second floor along with a master suite. The downstairs has a second master's suite along with a third bedroom. There is screened outdoor porch on the second floor and another patio off the downstairs master's suite. It has a nice lake view and a nice grassy area off the rear downstairs patio. Both Patio's are protected from the late afternoon sun. There is an outdoor closet which is handy to store beach stuff , bicycles, etc. Two parking spaces with plenty of others nearby. New washer and dryer , dishwasher and new flooring and carpeting and fresh paint. Some bicycles available for use.

Mini getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. John was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We liked the layout of the condo property and the location was just far enough away to be quiet but close enough for ease of travel. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for our weekend trip!

A few of us stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was such a lovely and quiet spot for us to just enjoy our weekend! John was a wonderful host and communicated with us in a very timely manner!

The location was great! The amenities were great! The house layout worked well for our family and the owner communicated well with us. Will definitely think about staying here another time in the furniture.

Home away from home!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The place was very comfortable and accommodating. It had everything I needed to cook a decent meal for my family and we enjoyed sitting in the in closed sunroom to eat our family meal together. I was very pleased that the owner allowed us use of the chairs and bikes. The patio off the master bedroom really helped me and my fiancé to have some private quality bonding time as we watched the sunset. The location of the place was perfect! We enjoyed the beach and the short drive to the boardwalk. The owner quickly answered any and all questions. The directions upon our arrival was clear and easy to follow. We are really looking forward to book again before the summer is out!

Walking is great

You can’t walk to get anything to eat, but the pool and fitness center are an easy walk from this property.

A few suggestions...

Guests should be warned about how bad the water tastes! They should also be advised to bring trash bags and toilet paper since none were supplied. The property was very nice, but more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful.

Perfect for a quiet beach getaway

We booked this last minute for an impromptu beach getaway. We wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to be able to choose from multiple beaches. This townhome was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for 4 of us. The screened in porch was perfect as an office for work. John, the host, was extremely helpful but not over-involved. Perfect balance. We will absolutely stay here again!

Simply Lovely

The home is far more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The property is about one block from the pool and a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants and activities. We all needed a safe way to rescue summer 2020 and this was it!

Beach Week

Very nice property, spacious. Family of four, we had plenty of room with space for additional guests. While not on the beach, it is very convenient. A short drive or get you to the Delaware beaches, Maryland beaches and areas to bike, crab, surf fish or shop. Very bike friendly neighborhood and easy/flat to ride bike from there all the way to the beach, the 3 minute drive is more likely For most. Owner did an excellent job of communicating and providing information. Would highly recommend.

Perfect, perfect

We had a great experience renting this property for our family vacation. Location was great, although Covid -19 put a damper on the pool opening , we still enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property. John was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely go back........Jane Wright

Beautiful View. Awesome Week!!

Property was very nice. View from bedroom and screened in porch was spectacular!! Spacious and perfect for us a family of 6. Would definitely rent from again. Owner was super nice and accommodating!!

Lovely home, great location

Lovely townhome in quiet development. Great location, close to beaches yet away from hustle and bustle. Close to shopping as well. Enjoyed the screen porch and open kitchen, dinning and living space. One suggestion would be to have open cabinet space for grocery items. All cabinets were filled with dishes, pots and pans etc. More than anyone would need. We had a wonderful week.

This house was perfect for me and my family!

We had 6 adults traveling and this was the perfect set up to accommodate all of us. The condo was close to the beach and sits right on a lake. The landlord was very helpful too!

End of Summer Family Fun Time

We had the oppty to stay at this property the last week of Aug. 2017. We found it to be easy to get to, enough space for a family of 8 with 4 children. John was helpful with beach directions and best parking options. The house is well equipped with everything, especially in the kitchen. The house is not too far from the beach and many food / restaurant options. The community pool was also a hit with the kids.

A peaceful getaway at the beach.

John and Ann were thoughtful, hospitable hosts. When John realized that we hadn't brought bikes, he brought 2 bikes over right away for us to enjoy during our stay. The location was perfect. We were only minutes away from the beach and our favorite restaurants. The community is peaceful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool which was spacious and provided lanes for exercising. We would definitely come back!

Perfect location!!!

I loved this house! It was the perfect location and we enjoyed every minute of it. Normally with many people some one complains about something but everyone loved it. The people in the development were so friendly and the facilities were great!! We were very close to restaurants, the beach and there is a beautiful pool on the premise. Lastly the owner was so attentive and hands on!! I will come back next year!

Perfect family getaway!!

This is a perfect place for a beach retreat. Quite frankly, any great vacation starts with those whom are providing and giving you a place to stay. Right off the bat, the communication, with John and his wife, was exceptional. I never had a single worry. I was constantly reassured that whatever help I needed, they were there. Thanks again, so much to you both! Very easy to work with and I hope to stay at your lovely place again. Also, the accommodations were more than pleasant - not just the unit, all the amenities included (pool, fitness room, etc. ). This is a beautiful, quiet community that is close to plenty of local restaurants, beaches, shopping centers, you name it. You cannot beat the location- jump in the car and wherever you're trying to get, it's close. I would love to come back to this property- if they'd have me. Thanks again , Mr. And Mrs. Flaim!!!! Jess

Nice home and great value

The neighborhood is very nice and set back on the bay. The home was spacious, well kept and very reasonable priced. The owner was extremely accommodating and we will definitely rent from him again!

John and Ann both grew up in the Hazleton area of northeast Pennsylvania and live in Ephrata ( Lancaster County ) Pennsylvania. We are the proud parent's of seven children. We enjoy helping families have a nice quiet vacation.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We have been coming to Ocean City as a family since 1988 and as teenagers since 1970! We always stayed in Ocean block condo's. One year we went to the bay-side for something different and have loved it ever since. It is so much more quiet here and you get a much larger unit as compared to ocean block. We stayed at Mallard Lakes for 8 years until in 2002 we decided to buy here at Bayville. The grounds are very well maintained and have a real resort feel to your vacation. There is tennis, basketball, volley ball, swimming, playground,crabbing piers,shuffle board courts, quoits, walking paths and a fitness center, Basically, we are fine having to drive to the beach for the benefit of returning to the relaxing environment that Bayville Shores provides.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We own two units at Bayville (See the link at page bottom). I enjoy the screened porch of this unit with a nice view of the lake. It's a great place to relax at the end o f the day and is shaded from the sun. The downstairs patio is also nice It's a short walk to the pool and fitness center and a slightly longer walk to the tennis courts. This unit has two Floors whereas our other unit has three. Also, we do not add any "management fees" except of course those added by VRBO or AirBNB.
