This is the 2nd year in a row that we have rented this property! We were very happy with the house, and the amenities included! Our host was very helpful, and was always available when we needed something! We can’t wait to rent this property again next year!

This property is everything we could have hoped for and more! It was so clean and bright. Pictures do not do it justice! The decor is beachy and the furnishings are comfortable. Fawn has everything you need including a large selection of coffee and tea, beach chairs and umbrella, games and books. The community is beautiful and my kids loved the pool and fishing on the dock. The location is within minutes of several great restaurants and less than 10 minutes to the beach. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back!

I have been staying in this community for over 15 years with my Gap Pals. This was the cleanest, most accommodating, well decorated, comfortable, and EXCELLENT home we have ever rented. Fawn, our host, was quick to reply (we had absolutely no issues) and gave me all the detailed info I needed for a relaxing memorable stay. This lovely home comes fully loaded: coffee Keurig pods, spice rack, great dishes & drink wear & utensils too. The beds were comfy and the view and location was perfect for the four of us. This is the 1st time EVER I haven’t had to take pictures and share with the renter what was missing or broken or messed up so they knew I wasn’t responsible. I am wonderfully amazed how on top the cleaners are here and our host, Fawn. Fawn, I am so grateful and happy about our stay. Thank YOU

Perfect for our family

The house and location was perfect for me and my family. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms for three couples. 50 yards from gym and pool and a few miles from beach. Quiet quaint neighborhood. Every small appliance you’ll need. Definitely will return!

Weekend on the bay

The home was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The lenai was a great place to relax. We saw so many beautiful birds. The dock views along our walks were lovely. we hope to stay again.

The Perfect Family Getaway!

When my husband and I were looking for rental properties in the DE beaches area, we noticed that so many were owned by a large property management company. We wanted to stay at a rental that wasn't just a number, as we wanted to have good communication as needed with the host. Fawn had great communication from the very beginning. She answered any and all questions, and was so pleasant to communicate with. The first thing we noticed when we entered the property was how clean it was. Cleanliness at hotels and rental properties is so important to us, and clearly is to Fawn. This helped us truly relax and feel at home. I was blown away by the attention to detail with helpful appliances in the kitchen. From a glass electric kettle, to a hard boiled egg cooker, to a slow cooker, the kitchen ŵas well stocked without being cluttered. Fawn's attention to detail was evident throughout the rental. I loved having plenty of coasters available throughout the condo. The decor in the rooms was fantastic. Coordinated and nice, but not overdone. Having three bedroom suites was so exciting for the kids, and helped our large family with logistics of multiple people being able to shower at once. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were open and bright. The entire family hopes to make this a rental we return to regularly! Thank you, Fawn. :)
