Hilltop paradise cottage, a stone's throw from Florence !

It was a pleasure to have him as our guest.! We can certainly recommend him to other hosts.

Dear Nick, We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I too love relaxing in the hammock after a busy day especially on a summer's evening, admiring the stars and listening to the different animals. I have bought some extra strong repellent for the mosquitoes so if you come back I hope you'll find it effective. Enjoy your second summer, of course I'm a bit envious, and regards to both of you, Anna and Julian

Dear Joe and Kristina, Thank you so much for your most amazing review..! Anna and I really appreciated your visit and your interest in our activities. We hope to have you again as our guests in the future..! Thank you for leaving the flat in good order. We hope you had a lovely time in Bologna..! Julian & Anna

I have already left a review and said what needed to be said about these guests who have invented everything because of the bad weather and other personal issues . We never included the heating in the deal and if they wanted it they had to say it, apart from the fact that by law we are not authorised to use heating in this time of the year. As previously mentioned in another reply, our guests never mentioned anything about their discomfort when asked by my wife to this lady's partner Mr Pierre..! Most probably they wanted to be closer to town ..! Their arguments are totally out of place and very unkind, especially when they say we treated them like thieves ..! We welcomed them with a very special wine and hoped they would be happy, but due to weather conditions they probably changed their minds..

Chère Angelique, C'était un plaisir de vous avoir comme nos hôtes et nous espérons de vous revoir en future..! A la prochaine fois..! Julian et Anna

Lovely guests to have..! Very amiable and friendly..! We look forward to seeing them again in the future..! Julian and Anna

Dear Magdalena, we really enjoyed hosting you and your friend..! We really look forward to your next visit..! Thanks for coming..

Michael, Brenda and Matthew a lovely family to have as guests..! They understood this place and were wonderfully enthusiastic..! We would certainly recommend them to any host. They left the apartment in perfect order. We would be willing to have them again any time.

Thanks for leaving flat in order and hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday! We hope to see you again soon.. 😊👍

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting Siraj and Sumi and their two lovely children at our farmstay. They genuinely appreciated the peace and beauty of our rural location along with the proximity to Florence and the roads leading to the most interesting Tuscan locations. They were the most charming, friendly and special guests to have, who loved touring the area and Florence. We happened to be harvesting and pressing our organic olives during their stay, so we were able to offer them a taste of the new 'spicy' organic extra virgin olive oil !

Dear Paul and Tina, Thank you very much for your kind words. We enjoyed your stay and your well behaved dog ! We hope to see you and your daughters again in the near future. Best wishes, Julian & Anna

We enjoyed hosting Doris and her husband. They were very appreciative and friendly guests and enjoyed many hours relaxing in the quiet of the garden as well as visiting nearby wine farms and places of interest. Thank you Doris for your kind words, Anna and Julian

Dear Laurie, Thank you for your kind words. We really felt at ease with you ! We so enjoy people who understand and appreciate the natural beauty of this place. Anna and I are really looking forward to your stay again ! J&A

Dear Patrick and John, It was a real pleasure to receive such a detailed and appreciative review of your stay at our farmhouse ! We try and make sure that our customers are satisfied and enjoy their holiday... It is important to us that our guests feel at home.... Thanks again. Julian and Anna

Dear Carol, We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The unusually cold and rainy weather didn't help, but we will definitely go through our property details so that there will be no further misunderstandings in the future. I am sorry that you did not take my wife up on her offer of dropping the heating expenses, as you were obviously dissatisfied with the arrangement. As explained on the OD website's property details, we can no longer offer a TV connection. We mistakenly forgot to remove an old photo which shows a TV. DVD's are offered on request I'm sorry we overlooked this detail and thanks for your useful suggestions.

Dear Andrew and Margaret, Thanks for you very kind comments and remarks ! We are here awaiting for your next visit and hope to be even more present and helpful next time. Our best wishes to you both, Julian & Anna
