***Ask us about discounts for longer stays****. Welcome to our wonderful villa with infinity pool and amazing views. Situated in a peaceful location called Forest Hills to the East of Estepona, the villa is 2.8 miles to the beach where you will find Laguna, Sublim Beach and Beso Beach. A further half a mile takes you to the bustling town of Estepona which has a long seafront, and beautiful old town full of restaurants and tapas bars.
Puerto Banus with it's famous harbour, is 10 miles away- 15 minutes drive and Marbella 25 Minutes.
The villa has 3 Bedrooms, all en-suite and sleeps 6 people. Super king bed with REMfit hybrid mattress. The other two rooms are King-size and Twins (which can be zipped together to make a King-size)
It is our 'happy place' and really has all the luxuries of a home- The villa is on 2 levels and has 3 large double bedrooms, all with brand new en-suite bathrooms. The villa has stunning views to both the sea and Africa beyond as well as surrounding mountains and is situated in a mature cork oak and pine forest.
The main living area is open plan, with a pitched ceiling and large picture windows on all sides. There are 4 terraces. One for outdoor dining, one for drinks and relaxing. The other 2 are off the bedrooms affording extra privacy.
One of the main features of the house is a large infinity swimming pool in the treetops which cascades over to the valley below.
Facilities include LG Oled TV and soundbar with Sky Sports, Movies and Boxsets. Superfast fibre broadband, coffee machines, plenty of kitchen equipment. We always leave dry kitchen ingredients, herbs spices, oils, tea and coffee.
Due to the marble stairs and steps to the pool- the villa is not suitable for toddlers or those less mobile.
Holidaying here will give you a combination of privacy and peace, but if you want it, you're close enough to bars and restaurants if you want to go out.

Chill out by the pool, cook a delicious meal, wander around the old town of Estepona, enjoy the amazing bars and restaurants. Or just sleep and relax. We have super comfy beds and black out blinds.

Superb Villa

We have had such a wonderful time staying at Ifield House - thank you!The house was absolutely perfect for us. It is so well laid out and the pool is magnificent in the sun and trees. The house has so much space and lots of different areas to enjoy throughout the day.Jo and Grant are brilliant hosts and have been so helpful. The house is decorated beautifully and really does feel like a home from home.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful private setting. We were excited about this week away, we wanted somewhere to relax and just be together as a family. The photos looked amazing and we were not disappointed. We were with our two teenagers and it was perfect for them, enough room for them to have their own space and swimming pool and pool table terrace gave us places to relax together as a family.

Lovely return to a comfortable and luxurious house

This is a lovely house. We stayed here some year ago and had very fond memories of ‘Estepona’ and we were delighted to see the house was once again available for holiday letting. It provided everything we required – a great pool and garden area, stylish living accommodation and comfortable bedrooms. The house is close to Estepona town and good bars and restaurants. The owners are extremely responsive and we had a lovely holiday at Ifield House.

Hosts and house is great but there is room for improvement

Jo and Grant were great: tips, easy check in and really everything is available in the house: coffee, bin plastic bags, toilet paper: really extraordinary! Great house as well! Some minpoints: nasty smell in the master bedroom and no hot water in the master bathroom (not really a problem because you could use the other bathrooms). There is a problem with the barking of the dogs (as mentioned in previous reviews....). We all know that there are dogs in the Spanish countryside but the dogs of the house across the hill are really horror for the neighbourhood. Another thing: is a classic urbanisation, without bars or restaurants and without even a small shop. I believe people should know that before booking. And there is this highway, blocking your view and making this constant noise what you not expect when on holidays. So, I would never book this house again but I enjoyed staying there.

Winter Break in Estapona

We Stayed at Jo & Grant’s lovely Villa over Christmas & New Year, very nice villa in quiet secluded location yet still less than 5 minutes to the beach and Estapona town centre, couldn’t fault the place and we had a great time, Jo & Grant were lovely hosts and very helpful with advice and recommendations for the areaWe would go back in a heartbeat

Beautiful and well appointed home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Located just a short drive from beautiful and vibey Estapona. The villa is spacious and has all the amenities you could ask, from a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and stylish bedrooms. Let's not forget the stunning views (come rain or shine) all the way to the coast, but also provided wonderful space that allowed us to spend time and reunite with friends who have become family. Thank you to the hosts, Jo and Grant for the excellent communication, information and allowing us this opportunity of a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Maison prometteuse mais décevante

Malgré une demande de la propriétaire de ne mettre un commentaire que si nous avions des choses sympas à dire sur sa maison, je me dois d’être honnête pour les futurs éventuels locataires. La maison est située dans un condominium laissé à l’abandon, donc l’arrivée n’est pas terrible. La maison elle-même est bien arrangée, le coin jardin avec la piscine est super. Mais nous avons trouvé une maison sale, sols sales, poussière et cheveux… vaisselle sale… des chips écrasées sur les sols… La propreté est vraiment un élément non optionnel et la propriétaire n’a pas rien proposé pour remédier à ce problème, seulement des raisonnements et fausses justifications qui n’étaient pas des solutions (par exemple refaire venir la femme de ménage…) Par rapport au bruit : pas de la faute des propriétaires mais des chiens et des travaux ont accompagné nos tentatives de siestes au bord de la magnifique piscine…

Sehr Schönes Haus in Top Lage

Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Der Einzug ins Haus ist dank Schlüsselsafe unkompliziert. Man bekommt viele nützliche Informationen vorab. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist Super. Der Pool ist Traumhaft. Die Lage nach Westen ist super, Frühstücken im Schatten und Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse mit einem Gin Tonic. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und hatten viel Spaß.

Perfect holiday

The house informations prior to arrival was very detailed and helpful. We had direct contact with the owner and always felt comfortable. Our concerns were solved immediately. Fantastic family holiday!

We had a fantastic family holiday at Ifield House. The villa is set in a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to drive or get an Uber into town or the beach. Jo and Grant went out of their way to make sure our stay went smoothly and were always on hand to offer advice on restaurants, places to visit etc. The pool is amazing and the villa was well equipped with everything that we needed. We’d definitely love to visit again!

Another lovely stay at Ilfield house

We had a lovely week at Ilfield house - our second time here. The villa has been refurbished since we last stayed and was even better than I remembered. We didn’t do a lot other than read and relax and this is a perfect place for it! Thank you, we’ll be back!

Chilling time

Ifield house has been expertly designed to take the best advantage of the perspective this stand alone plot in the hills above Estepona allows. There is so much about this house that is enjoyable for three couples to share and would recommend it to any group looking for a quiet, chilled holiday away from the crowds. The only criticisms would be that a couple of the blinds were either stuck shut or stuck open with a promise that they would be fixed during our stay and they weren’t. Also some of the pool furniture and dining room furniture needs replacing. Not to detract however from what is a most excellent villa in a great location with great views. Visiting in October the weather was still hot and the big Estepona beaches were nearly deserted, would stay again.

This is a lovely property. We wish we had booked 2 weeks. House is a great size and very stylish. Fab pool. We like being on an urbanisation when we are away so we’re happy to drive into Estepona every night. Some people won’t but that’s personal choice. We loved Estepona and this property so we would love to go back. If Joanne will have us 😀

A very good stay in a beautiful area.

Dears Jo and Grant, We had a great holiday in this beautiful house so nice. The pool is amazing, the different terraces very nice, the environment relaxing. To sum up, we will remember for a long time our stay there. Perhaps to offer an even better service, it may be useful to change the bedding of the second adult bedroom and put more dishes (plates, cutlery) at the disposal of the future guests. Utilfredsstillende!

Vi forventede at ankomme til en luksusvilla i perfekt stand - det var dog ikke hvad vi fik. Huset var meget slidt - flere af havestolene og solsengene var gået i stykker. Klimaanlægget i stuen kunne vi ikke have tændt, fordi det løb med vand ned af væggene og på gulvet. Køkkenet fungerede ikke optimalt bl.a. kunne lågen til ovnen ikke lukkes ordentligt, så der kunne ikke laves mad. Fjernsynet virkede heller ikke det meste af tiden. Huset var ret plaget af myrer og der boede flere firben inde i huset, som de prøvede at få til at lyde som en fordel..? Vi gjorde ejeren opmærksom på alle problemerne og hun fik en til at komme og tjekke en dag vi ikke var hjemme - vi fik kun at vide, at han ikke kunne se noget galt med møblerne eller TV'et. MEGET skuffende oplevelse af et "luksus" sommerhus.

Lovely house, fantastic view

We (family of 5) had a perfect vacation in this lovely house. There is everything you need (and more). Nice garden and pool, the most fantastic view over the mountains with the ocean in the horizon and so many terraces, you can sit in the sun no matter what time it is. Also the manager, James, is very kind and helpfull, if you need anything. Over all a really good experience, and we would like to visit again, when we are in spain.

Ein Haus, in dem man leben möchte

Das Haus liegt am Hang mit Terrassen in alle Richtungen und schönem Blick auf's Meer. Es ist sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Ein- und Auszug hat super funktioniert. Perfekt für entspannte Tage in Andalusien.

Grant and Joanne Parker moved to Estepona after living in London for 10 years. Grant worked in advertising/publishing and Joanne was in Hotel Management. After being in London for a few years, we decided to go on and adventure and went travelling around Asia and Australia. Joanne's parents already lived in Estepona so it seemed a good idea to try living in Spain as the idea of being back in London wasn't appealing! We arrived with £40 and back packs and quickly got on with life. Joanne went into property sales and Grant into managing a radio station. We saw the plot for Ifield House and a local builder had the plans already drawn up so we went for it. We feel totally at peace here.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We love Estepona. It's a great mix of traditional Spain mixed with some Northern European influences. There are local residents coming from the UK, Netherlands, Scandinavia and Germany. Although it is popular as a tourist destination, it's not overrun with them. There is life in the port and backstreets but it's never rowdy. Ifield House is a passion for us as we built it from scratch. We chose every tile, tap and toilet! I love it when people first walk in the front door of the house with new arrivals. Most people look round in amazement. One younger guest described it as something from MTV cribs!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Ifield House is a home away from home. As we live here, the kitchen is really well stocked. There's always the essentials like olive oil, tea, coffee etc. The furniture is not like a usual rental property and we have left behind plenty of books to read. The house is lovely and peaceful and there are no immediate neighbours. It's a short drive to the beach- about 4 minutes. We love the peace and quiet. Sitting on the terrace and watching the sun going down over the mountain or listening to sound of goats bells as the herd takes them across the valley. I also love sitting in bed with a cup of tea as the sun rose. It's a bit like looking at Ayres Rock!
