Our villa is located in the desirable Hampton Lakes community and has been professionally interior designed and furnished to a very high standard. It is ideally positioned for easy access to three major airports, Florida's famous theme parks, the East and West coasts, golf courses, shopping and dining, or simply for relaxing at your own pace.

The villa features its own private 30 feet swimming pool overlooking the lake, offering a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding wildlife.

The villa is fully air conditioned and features ceiling fans in all bedrooms, with remote controlled fans in the lounge and on the patio. These provide an extra breath of fresh air on warm, balmy evenings as you enjoy lakeside living in Florida.

We pride ourselves on offering excellent value for money and high quality accommodation in this truly exceptional home from home.

Please note that the website quoted price does not include pool heating. Pool heat is optional and can be added on request. Further details can be found under Amenities Pool. Otherwise, the quoted price includes tax, and a full breakdown of any additional charges will be available to view.

Great Villa & Great Location

Villa was excellent and exactly as pictured and a high level of cleanliness. It had everything we required and only around half an hour from Disney. The pool was West facing, warm and had a lovely view across the small lake at the rear. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The property is spacious, very well appointed and with a lovely view of the lake from the picturesque pool area. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The games in the garage are a welcome addition. The location is good with plenty of facilities nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great villa in an excellent location

Very nice home with a beautiful lake and sunset views!! Nicely furnished for either a short term visit or a more lengthy one. We stayed for three months, had numerous family visits and were very comfortable. Listing accurately describes the home and features.

Ballyshannon Property

This was a perfect choice as house was comfortable, well-equipped and close to a number of amenities and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to adult couples or families with children.

Excellent host!

Nice home with a good size pool. We spent nearly all our time in the pool or lanai. Host is ready to contact and quick to respond.

Revisiting Four Corners

The property pretty much was as we expected and hoped for. The property is well located and it provides virtually everything that you can need on vacation. The kitchen for example is extremely well equipped with extensive cutlery and crockery. We were delighted with our stay.

Wonderful Villa

Very well maintained property. The views over the lake are fantastic. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The games room is a great addition. Good fun for teenagers....and beyond! The communication from Myat and Kan was excellent. Will definitely book again.

Everything we wanted and more!

This house was perfect for us. Four adults and two kids. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, games and sport supplies. Great pool with a great view. We are renting regulars in Florida and this is one of the best. The property managers were friendly and helpful as were the owners. Quiet safe neighborhood close to everything.

Great overall experience

The property is great for a nice family vacation. There are sweet ants which are completely normal so I would advise not to leave anything sweet sitting out likes soda cans and candy especially with kids around. Also bring small towels, they have plenty of big towels and only a few small towels. Everything else was amazing I would most definitely be staying here when I come back.

Fantastic location

We have just returned the villa which has a fantastic view overlooking a lake with a fountain which lights up at night & is approx 20 mins drive from Disney it has all the facilities anyone could want . The property was very clean & well maintained.We booked the property over a year before we actually went but it was no problem to the owner who kept in touch during & after the booking. We have been to florida several times & found this to be the best villa we have rented & will be returning to it the next time we go & would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful home

We were very pleased with the villa, it was clean, comfortable and in a peaceful neighbourhood. There was everything you needed from utensils, towels and pool toys for the children. The information received regarding finding the property and how to get in along with all the added info was spot on and very helpful. The aircon was a welcome relief at the end of hot, busy days around the parks. Thank you for having us.

Great Villa

Had a great 2 weeks at this lovely villa. Small problem with the pool pump (the gardener broke a pipe) which the management company fixed within 24 hrs. Fantastic view over the lake (buy some bread to feed the turtles !!!) & only 20 mins from Disney. 1 small suggestion would be a new settee - the bed/settee had a tendency to sink in use. That said, this is THE villa we will use next time & we've been to Florida 7 times in 7 different villas.

Peaceful

Wonderful house, and plenty of room for just three of us. Very clean, and everything that you require. Games room is a nice addition, although we didnt use it. Overlooking a lake, with the sun shinning on the pool all afternoon until it disappeared in the evening. Supermarkets and a few restaurants just a short drive away on h27. There are more on the 192. Would have no hesitation returning, and would recommend. Only negative is that some of the furniture did seem a bit dated, but wouldn't mark it down for that.

Wonderful stay

Myself and my family stayed here in September 23 for three weeks. The villa is very spacious and has every amenity you need. Any problems are dealt with extremely fast with good communication. Is it a perfect location for all the parks and all the highways to go in any direction. There was only one slight problem we had with my elderly father, having a bad hip and knee. We struggled getting round the bush to the front door with him. He wasn’t very steady on his feet. The presentation of the Villa is outstanding . We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time!

We stayed for 8 days at this beautiful property. It was very clean and check in was so easy! This villa has everything that you need for your stay and then some. The pool was so nice and sitting out back and watching the wild life was so relaxing. Disney parks are very close drive and also food places and groceries are a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice we felt like we were the only ones there haha. Wifi was fast and cable had so many channels. The kids enjoyed the game room a lot. And it was also so nice to have a washer and dryer there as well especially when traveling with kids. This is a must stay. Will definitely be making this our yearly vacation villa. Thank you so much for our wonderful experience!

Beautiful Sunset

The pool was great, the sunsets were beautiful, the area was nice, but the property could have been cleaner. Dirty ceiling fans, dirty window sills with dead bugs. The WiFi was out the first day due to a storm so we had to reboot the router which wasn't working at first, the management company was very nice and helpful. The router was on the floor next to a nightstand that was thick with dirt and dust. The master bathroom had a huge dead Palmetto bug which I know is common in Florida, but still gross. Great place, just needs a good clean.

Thanks Elizabeth for your review. I have raised your concerns with our management team who will arrange a professional pest control team to assess and spray outside the villa too. We normally have pest control inside regularly and hopefully having an extra another outside pest control will help more. Also, I have asked our management to do another deep clean to our villa and to step up cleanliness standard. They have reassured us that they will. Like you mentioned, bugs are common in Florida and we aim for the guests not to encounter live bugs, so you may see dead bugs from time to time. I'm glad you enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the villa.

Old and greedy

The house was old and dirty, for instance, dishwasher was so old that detergent container wouldn’t close and we were told to drop detergent on the bottom. Consequently pans had stains on them, we needed to buy new pans. Furthermore, they increased pool heating cost by 33% just two days before the trip and it was only for 9 hrs/day run. It wasn’t the stay we weren’t hoping for.

Hi Umit, We were shocked by your review as we were never contacted about your concerns during your stay. You knew about the pool heat as you didn't book the pool heat when you booked the trip. You only let us know 2 days before your arrival that you wanted the pool heat. There was a cold spell during your stay and we recommended not to have it as it would not be effective for a big pool like ours. But if you wanted, we have the email proof that we would have honored the original price though it would have costed a lot more to us. You never used the pool heat during your stay or paid for one. So, your review is so untrue. I have contacted the VRBO customer service for this inaccuracy. Dishwasher is in perfect working condition, just the tablet holder section is not closing properly but works exactly the same. Steel pots and pans can have stain in the bottoms especially in the rental home. If it bothered you, you could have reached out and we could have bought more new pots for you. One star is very unfair and just mean.

Cleanliness awful

The house is in a beautiful location with great views and great layout for a large family. It’s outdated but that isn’t an issue for us. The cleanliness was awful and our biggest problem. We saw mouse poops in the cabinets, the bedroom rugs were filthy, bedrooms and bathrooms piles of dust and both twin bedrooms smell musty. Online description stated it had a grill and there wasn’t also doesn’t mention that they want you to start the laundry for the cleaners. We planned to do laundry so bought some laundry stuff but for those who aren’t planning on doing laundry they do want the towels and bedding to at least be started before you leave. Did email the owners as they have a squirrel in their roof that we saw when doing a walk. I think if they found a better cleaner then it would be great to return too.

Hi Katie, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear about your concerns. I have let our management team know so that they can do a better job. The rug in the twin bedroom is only 6 months old, there are no other rugs, only carpets, but we will look into whichever rugs you mentioned. We also have plans to get a new flooring for the bedrooms soon like in the lounge area. We have no mice, so not sure about droppings. We have regular professional pest control for both inside and outside the villa. Again, we need proof of your concern which we do not have but we will also certainly look into it. About the laundry to start, it is completely optional as mentioned in the information we sent out. We have underlined it as being optional if you could have a look again. We do thank you for your stay and we hope you did have a wonderful time overall.
