Zeytin Apartment is a superb one bedroom 1st floor apartment in the much sought after Mediterranean Gardens complex. Ideally located beside the village centre and overlooking Kalkan bay and islands. The apartment is set in beautifully maintained and much admired gardens, blooming with colourful bougainvillea and offering a choice of 5 crystal clear swimming pools. The spacious balcony offers uninterrupted sea views and looks across the main pool.
The living area opens directly onto the balcony. The living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa and armchair, nest of three coffee tables and an antique ottoman chest. There is a small bookshelf with a selection of games and books, also blue tooth Bose speaker. There is one air con unit in the living area.
The open plan kitchen area has an extra large fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with glasses and white crockery. There is a hand blender and cafetière.
The balcony is spacious for a one bed apartment and had comfortable outdoor furniture - 2 armchairs, 2 dining chairs, bistro table, wooden sun lounger with cushion. There is an umbrella provided for use on the balcony.
There is an additional wooden drop leaf dining table (seats 6) stored in the bedroom that can be used on the balcony or the garden patio area. Also two additional chairs and table outside the front of the apartment.
The bedroom has one standard double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. There is a large wooden wardrobe with hanging and drawer space, also bedside drawers and lamps. There is one air con in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower with overhead rain shower and hand shower. The wash hand basin has a pull out storage drawer and there are also two other storage areas for toiletries.
Two sun loungers with cushions and a second sun umbrella/base are provided for use at the pool.
The front door of the apartment can be accessed by the side gate of the property with only several small steps to front door access and very convenient for carrying luggage and shopping. Outside the front door there is a paved communal garden patio area and an outside table with two chairs.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels or can purchase a lovely Turkish cotton beach towel (peshtemal) locally at a very affordable price.
The apartment is cleaned and linen changed weekly. Additional cleans can be arranged for a small extra charge, if required.
The apartment is only a 3-5 minute walk from the nearest shops, restaurant, banks and harbour.
