Lovely views of the city and mountains from the outside of the building and street. Plenty of hiking trails, Near shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Warner Bros, Universal Studios Hollywood. Close to Down Town Burbank and Movie Theaters. Queen bed and Sofa. Wifi. Spectrum Cable. In the heart of the entertaining industry. This is a must see!!
Second-story private entrance. Very comfortable and peaceful environment. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, electric ceramic hot plate, blender, small electric oven and toaster.
Enjoy the near by hiking trails, nature all around, birds, deer, etc. As well as all the fun of movies, theater, dinning and sports. 5 min. drive to Burbank Studios, 15 min. drive to Downtown LA and 30 min. drive to the beach.
We are conveniently located:

Great view and a very quiet neighborhood. Irma was a great host even though I didn’t really need anything. Felt very much at home and had privacy the entire time. I will definitely be renting from Irma again.

Convenient location and clean

We had a great stay at this property. It was close to the main attractions and in a very good neighbourhood. Parking was never an issue. It was very clean and Irma was very helpful if we had any questions. I would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean studio apartment.

Irma met us at the apartment and oriented us to everything there. She was very gracious and happy to see us. The unit was very clean. The kitchenette was completely furnished with appliances and utensils. The location is very convenient to the center of Burbank. It would have been nice to have another window but this was not a major detraction. It’s a great little place to spend a week in Burbank.

A Burbank Oasis

This place turned out to be a pleasant surprise! It was quiet, far enough away from the busyness of Burbank to be peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to be practical! The room was well provisioned and Irma was an accommodating and caring hostess. The lemon and tangerine trees along the staircase provided privacy as well as a tasty treat! I would definitely stay here again. The room on the front of the house has a deck that overlooks the city of Burbank!

Fantastic location and owners

After staying for 10 days we almost felt like we lived here! The owner Irma is so sweet and wants to make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect! We are making this our home away from home when we are in town!

Incredible!!!

The apartment is beautiful! The view is absolutely breathe taking & Irma is the sweetest woman! She made our experience wonderful & very welcoming. I almost didn't even want to leave! Highly recommend this place, it was an experience I will never forget. Great hospitality, cozy room with heater & cable, & its very clean. I was so excited to see there was a coffee maker too! This place honestly has everything & anything you're looking for :)

A Special Little Gem

I almost do not want other people to know about this special gem because I plan to return often, but my experience was so nice I feel that I need to give credit where due. What a fabulous place to stay. This room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa to relax on. A small kitchenette that had a hot plate along with a microwave and oversized mini-refrigerator along with every kitchen tool/accessories you could ever imagine was provided. The room was beautifully decorated including granite counters, along with some fresh flowers. Even though the bathroom was small, it was designed to give you good shelving space and also had plenty of towels/soaps/shampoos. The tile flooring throughout this place made it cleaner. I don’t like carpets, since you never know how icky they could be. The room was very, very clean when I arrived, better than most major hotels. It is in a very nice location close to downtown Burbank. There is a flight of stairs that you must take to enter the room, so you must be capable of going up and down them. If not, the owner has another room available that is easier to access and is just as nice as this one. Best of all, the owners were very nice to deal with. They were very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing in any way.
