This townhome offers 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bunk room with 6 twin beds. There is also 1 twin over full futon and 1 sleeper sofa. This unit is just a few doors down from the swimming pool. You can sit and enjoy the ocean breezes on your private deck after a fun day at the beach. This home has too many amenities to mention. If you are interested in playing a round of golf, this is the place for 1 block away from Palmilla Beach Golf Club. The Gulfside Beach Condos will surely be one of your favorites. Located just as you come into Port Aransas on Access Rd 1-A, which is the main hub to the beach. Getting to the beach could never be easier on the street sidewalks. Parking is limited to 3 cars only. Permit required. No garage access.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
