**Outdoor pool closure 4/13 - 5/17**

**Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

NEW SMART TVs in all rooms! All New white linens in all bedrooms. We have updated the condo with all new cabinetry, countertops and living room furniture!!! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. The guest bedroom has two double beds. Living room has a comfortable recliner. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



!!!! SPLASH PAD & WATER PARK !!!!!



Your kids are now able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Our stay was less than favorable. Upon arrival the toilet was not working and it took until the 3rd day to get it fixed. Several messages each day never got returned. Not going to stay at a Phoenix Rentals again. Very poor communications thru the phone number they gave us to report things to

Another Awesome Stay!!

Thank you again for letting us stay in your condo!!! We had a great time as always!! It's always clean, close to all the things we love to do. The water section for small kids/babies is great. We we definitely be back again!!

Plenty of space comfy beds and a view of the ocean and beach every morning. It was perfect for our group. Each family had their own space yet we were able to come together to enjoy some fun in the sun!!

It’s in a good location near restaurants and stores, which made things easier.Overall, it was a solid place to stay for a family beach trip. We’d consider coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our Spring Break here and especially liked the patio, its furniture and the view. We cooked a few times and the kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice having ample parking as well - Never an issue. The living room furnishings were surprisingly comfy while we read or watched a movie. I'd highly recommend this condo to any family of 4!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great however the room was not the best by any means. Sliding doors would stick, screens on doors where torn, bed dressing where worse than hospital, outlets not working, tv in 2nd bedroom so small you had to sit at end of bed to see it, nothing kid friendly (no stool for bathroom/no none breakable list a few things.

Not safe walking or biking to restaurants or shopping. Lobby fully under construction and elevators often not fully operational.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jennifer and Jill were great to deal with. Their communication was exceptional. For the most part the condo had everything you needed and was fine. Furniture needs to be updated. My only real complaint was that The couches were nasty, you could see stains and ruins from the years. Also to the owners, Put a runner in the front hallway. The floor is very slippery up front. This condo just felt like it is managed but not taken care of. It's the small things, like, no battery cap on the TV remote control. No working tv in the master bedroom. Who still has VCR tapes? The fan blades looked like they were going to fall off but the AC worked great! Pots and Pans nonstick coating was gone or flaking off rendering them unusable.. The amenities in this building and the location are great! Management company is great! Just needs a little updating..

Beautiful condo and beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix V 613 is a beautifully updated condo in a great location. The condo is stylish and well appointed. Living room furniture, kitchen table, beds were all comfortable and nice. We cooked dinner in the condo two nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. The patio furniture was dated and could use updating but it was still functional and comfortable. The cost of the parking tag was high ($55 per car). The condo is located on the end of a row of condos, next to a public beach and a few houses. Being on the end, there was still a crowd on the beach (we were there for school fall break so it was busy) but you are able to walk to the edge and find plenty of less crowded beach area. Overall I would stay here again and we enjoyed the condo!

I did leave 2 messages for management to ask about the number of towels prior to the trip. No one called me back. I would take extra bath towels/wash cloths. The patio screen door needs repairing, but we didn’t need it. The bedspreads are old and should be updated. We just used a blanket they had. Only one the electrical plugs worked on every outlet. That needs addressing. Ck in is a LONG WAIT ! Elevators only on one end of condos. Pool is big and nice and access to beach is pretty close. You can rent umbrellas for $25 or umbrella and chairs for $45. We we pleased with our stay.

Awesome

Perfect location and had an awesome time. We did buy a nonstick skillet, which we left. There were no batteries in the remotes so we had to buy those. Plastic shower curtains were molded. I would rent it again though, we had a great time and are seriously considering renting it again in May!!

EXCELLENT STAY

THE CONDO WAS SUPER NICE, CLEAN, AND EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE VIEW WAS PERFECT. THE KITCHEN HAD SOME OF THE BASICS BUT IF STAYING OVER 3 DAYS YOU MAY NEED TO MAKE A STORE RUN FOR BIG COOKING. GREAT TRIP

Wonderful view, just ok accommodations

This property has an amazing location and view and in general the complex amenities are great. Nice beach area, nice pool outdoor and inside as well. Pretty lobby area. Location is great close to many restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is very dated in some areas. Positives - nice kitchen looks to be recently remodeled. Living room was nice, furniture was fine. Balcony furniture was ok as well. Opportunity for improvement- the master bath was dark, and generally should have been cleaned better. Due to the dim light we didn’t notice the mold on the shower curtain until a couple of days in, which they replaced the day we brought it up. The linens and blankets, including the extras were old, stained, and generally dingy. The blankets specifically had spots that obviously indicated they had not been washed recently. The comforter was old and pilled and scratchy and rough. Spend $100 on basic new linens at wal mart and it would 100% improve this. Bedroom furniture was old and creaky. Tv in master was in a rickety armoire that was in an awkward position int he room. Mount it on the wall in the center. Really it’s not that hard. And the VCR in the cabinet was so unnecessary and just a made us laugh. It’s not like they had VHS tapes there. I’d also recommend better info on what is not included in the listing (beach towels, coffee make type, lack of cleaning stuff, only 1 roll of TP) and not waiting until the email a few days before check in. They say they include “starter” things like dishwasher soap and hand soap (sooo stinky I refused to use) and laundry soap( wasn’t there btw) were all non brand of any kind. Spend a few dollars and get at least the Costco basics. Provide cleaners like Lysol wipes or something for us to keep up on cleaning. For the amount spent to stay there it was very disappointing the lack of amenities inside the condo, the generally dirty linens, and dated furniture and the VCR. If the owners spent maybe 1 week of rent on some updates, this could be a five star place.

Is's obvious that it had had no painting updates lately,stains on the furniture,shabby and dirty bedspreads,toilet roll holder hung off the wall, etc.Staff on the front desk were great..Would recommend this property once fixed up.
