Beautiful villa with stunning sea views, located in a quiet area. Very enjoyable stay, villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially when travelling with young children!

Lovely villa

Well equiped spacious villa overlooking the sea with a really lovely pool. Plenty of good local restaurants at reasonable prices and nearby supermarkets. A car is needed

Perfect for the hole family

Stay at the jasmine villa for 11 days and it was an amazing villa had everything you’d need and more the villa is beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice I couldn’t recommend it enough to be honest They also provided great information about the local area and the restaurants that are near by If your thinking about going to northern Cyprus this is definitely a villa you’d want to stay in !

From the moment we booked, the information received was invaluable, the recommendations from car hire to places to visit, beaches to see excursions. All were really beneficial. The villa was absolutely beautiful and as described, equipped with everything you could need. Situated in a lovely position. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to stay again.

Many thanks for your great comments. We hope you will book again sometime in the future. We endeavour to constantly upgrade the villa and replace items past their best. This year we have a new smart TV, kitchen fan, hanging 'egg' chair, large poolside parasol, recovered outside cushion, and some new bathroom towels and bath mats. We also do our best to keep on top of the changing restaurants and reviewing them to provide guidance for our guests.

Stunning

I'm actually into my 3rd day of a two week stay the pictures do not do this villa justice ...absolutely amazing the views are beautiful, the owners have catered for everything, I'm here with my husband ..so relaxing, for a family with children there is everything you would need ... Really can not express enough how Fantastic this villa is Beverley Manchester

Have been to villas in Northern Cyprus before but this one is in a league of its own it’s everything and more that you would wish for in a holiday villa, cleanliness,information, location yes you need a car to get about but that’s not a problem.Plenty of good places to eat. Or cook at the Villa it’s like a home from home. Communication with the owners was first rate questions where answered very quickly

Many thanks for your lovely review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Jasmine Villa. We are constantly updating the villa and during the 2 year lockdown period due to the pandemic, we have taken the opportunity of replacing bedroom furniture, dining chairs, sunbeds, parasols etc., and laying a large expanse of artificial turf which has transformed the garden. We believe that good communications with guests is one of the most important considerations when booking holiday accommodation.

Parents first time to Northern Cyprus

Upon researching places for my parents to have a week away I found this lovely villa. (I am their travel agent!!) The villa was as described and in fact they did a video call whilst they were there so I could see for myself. A lovely villa with everything they needed and communication was excellent. Very quick responses to questions. They found some lovely local restaurants to eat in and liked to go to the village for the evening meals as preferred less touristy. They had a wonderful, much needed break away and would highly recommend Neil and his lovely villa. Thank you

A charming & beautiful villa in Esentepe with glorious views of the sea and mountains.

The host was amazing with communication and sent all necessary check in details including a list of local amenities, tourist attractions & even emergency/ hospital details if needed. - There’s an offer of a welcome Package that is worth considering on arrival to help settle in. - car hire is essential and getting to have reliable Taxi service using the drop location is advisable as addresses can be tricky to locate for Taxi’s. - Property Manager always readily available on WhatsApp to respond to needs same as owner. - Villa has beautiful views of the see and mountains - The private pool at the pool is big and kept clean and the water always lovely and warm and the lighting is even more gorgeous for an evening swim. - All the room are clean and spacious and fitted with an air con - definitely coming back and highly recommend this one, photos do not do justice to this beautiful place.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, schöne Plätze zum Sitzen im und vor dem Haus. Es eignet sich sehr gut für den Urlaub mit einer großen Familie oder mit Freunden. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre man zu Hause. Mit den Gastgebern gab es von Anfang an sehr guten Kontakt und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

EXCELLENT

Jasmine Villa was well presented, well equipped and very comfortable. Just absolutely perfect for a peaceful holiday. A home from home experience. Booking and information was first class. Questions answered efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This year, for example, we have had new walls constructed that now provide a new secluded garden area at the rear of the villa and increased privacy around the pool, and new in-pool lighting has also been installed.

3rd Visit and have already booked the 4th

We love this Villa, we have visited Jasmine Villa 3 times in just over a year. The Villa is cared for by the owners and they make sure they have everything you need for a great Holiday. As things wear out they replace and they stay on top of all the maintenance and cleaning. You will not find a better sunset - sit on the top balcony and watch the sun set on the sea just across the water. The kitchen has everything you need and there is plenty of space to sit in and eat. or their is a huge terrace upstairs - looking forward to next year !!

Many thanks for your kind review. We always try to maintain standards and replace/upgrade equipment whenever we can, and take seriously the feedback we receive from hirers. We are also fortunate to have a legally operating English agent living not too far away who can rapidly respond to guests' calls for assistance when the need arises.

Great Holiday in a beautiful location

This is our second trip to this lovely Home from Home. The great thing about Jasmine Villa is the owners think about and care about the visitors, the cupboards in the lounge have games a puzzles, indoor and out. Pool toys etc etc. My children spent hours playing a simple hoop throwing game, rather than being glued to computer consoles and tablets. The rooms are well appointed and nicely laid out, the kitchen has everything you need, including a cocktail shaker and a book on cocktails (see they have thought of everything) The location is second to none, Ercan is 30mins away. Thank you again and we will see you again in August.
