Welcome to Our Villa.. a little piece of paradise. The Villa is situated at the top of Esentepe Village, Northern Cyprus and it can be rented for short or long term let. This 4 bedroom, 2 Bathroom house can sleep up to 8 adults. Air conditioned throughout, extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated with a private overflow 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, complimented with a poolside shower.

This impressive detached, holiday villa is situated above the bustling village of Esentepe which is East of Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. Built on rock at the side of a ravine, our Villa boasts some of the best, panoramic views this side of the island. With it's back drop of the Bespamak mountains, side views of the pine forest ravine flowing down to the dramatic uninterupted, seascape at the front of the house. The Villa was built in 2005 and whilst being sympathetic to its surroundings it also showcases it's beauty, with every room offering a different picture of the ever changing landscape. The large garden has been designed to take full advantage of its exquisite surroundings, with different ambiences as you meander through.

Nestling below the beautiful Bespamak mountains with priceless views of mountain and sea, set on the side of a magnificant ravine, the floor of which is covered with Pine forest. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a romantic setting you have found the right place. Being at the top of Esentepe village, gives privacy and tranquility, in contrast a 10 minute stroll brings you to the Village Centre, with its Restaurants, bars and village stores.

Whether you want to purely relax by the pool, visit one of the many beaches and sandy coves, play at the Championship standard, Korenium Golf and Country Club. Or you might want to visit the nearby Turtle Beach to witness the rare sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs!
With all this a short drive, Villa DeloMoore is the perfect place to stay.

PLEASE NOTE - The Villa sits on the side of a Ravine with a shear drop, railings reduce the risk of falling, however, Children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times.

The villa is deep cleaned between guests arrival and departure.
