This beautiful villa, which sleeps 6 people, is set in a superb secluded location in Zola. The views over the bay, towards Assos, are fabulous. The very long sandy beach Agia Kiriaki is only a 10 minute hilly walk away. There are sea taxi's available from the harbour where you can visit the stunning Fteri beach. Also a short car ride is th beautiful Vouti beach & taverna
There are a 4 local taverna's in this quiet hamlet, one on the beach, Anna's cafe near the harbour, fish restaurant on the harbour and a fabulous restaurant at the top of the village..
The open-plan living area comprises a lounge/diner leading to a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher). The villa has 3 large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), all pleasantly furnished with wardrobes. All bedrooms have their own en suite with shower. There is DVD and basic satellite box which works in all rooms and music can be listened to outside as well.TV'S in the bedrooms are smart TV with netflix and other features (please note you will need an account to watch netflix)
The lounge opens onto a large patio with magnificent views over the bay to Assos and Lefkas beyond. The barbecue is on this terrace which also has a dining table and 6 chairs for those outdoor feasts! The villa has its own private swimming pool with sun patio and 6 sunbeds.

The location is nice, in a quiet village close to one of the best beaches of Kefalonia. The house itself was very clean. The kitchen was basically equipped.

Relaxation away from the crowd!

This residence is ideally suited for the getaway holiday. There's plenty to see & do on Kefalonia & Zola is a lovely quite place to spring off from. You do need a car, but anywhere on Kefalonia you need a car if you're going to see the islands full beauty. The property owners are easily contactable & help with everything. Advice we received was helpful & accurate so absolutely no problems. The home is well set on the western slope of the bay with fantastic views in all directions. All of the service staff were lovely & chats with them proved very informative. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended for price, position & comfort. Thanks guys!

Perfect!

Beautiful Villa with the most stunning views. Modern, clean, spacious & private. Did I mention the view? Pictures really don't do it justice, 4 ladies looking for relaxation & we found it. Will definately be booking again for next year! The taverna in the centre of Zola serves good food & has a wonderful view of local life and the scenery. Vouti Beach is definately worth the walk. Only advice is make sure you read the directions to the villa as the small track in is easily missed, perhaps a signpost would be useful, as other villas have them. Stairs up to the Villa are steep so may not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs.

The views are certainly some of the best on the Island. Excellent villa in an excellent location

Fabulous property with a magnificent view over the most turquoise sea u could imagine. The village a few hundred meters away was quiet and traditional but with an exceptional taverna serving good quality food. There are 2 local beaches with walking distance ( but steep on return) both with good beach bars (although fish restaurant was over priced and only average) and water taxis to other beaches . The villa itself was well equipped with a great air conditioning (only in bedroom) but that was more than adequate. This villa was excellent value for money and Personally I don’t think the photos did it justice.

Perfect

We loved staying at Villa Eros. The view iwas wonderfull over the bay . The location was good for exloring the island. Half an hour to Petani, Alaties, Argostoli, Lixouri. Fteri and Vouti beach are closest and very nice. The swimming pool was good for the ones who had to work ocasionally. We had a wonderfulk family vavation!

La maison est très confortable et très agréable à vivre. La décoration est agréable. Le panorama de la piscine est exceptionnel. Le site est très calme et reposant.

Lovely villa in Zola to get away from it all

Lovely villa in quiet Zola. Very clean and well furnished. Lots of towels and outside chairs and sun loungers. Pool very clean and perfect size for two teenagers and two adults. Dishwasher and washing machine useful extras. Stunning views across the valley towards the bay with Mythos beach and Asos in the distance. Nearest Taverna around 5 mins walk away. Other tavernas and the beaches about a 5 min short drive down to the sea. Zola is very quiet and great to switch off but also super for quickly reaching Lixouri, Fiskardo, Agia Efimia and Sami. Some superb hidden beaches only accessible by boat from Ag Kiriaki harbour.

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben uns mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist genug Platz, die Betten waren bequem und jeder Schlafraum hat eine Klimaanlage. Hier kann man den ganzen Tag die Ruhe genießen bei einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Das Haus so gelegen, dass man sich sehr privat fühlt. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen vorhanden. Restaurants in der Nähe und ein Minimarket im Dorf gegenüber. Mietwagen ist notwendig, da keine Shops fußläufig erreichbar. Zola ist ein wunderbarer Ort und eine tolle Alternative, wenn man nicht so viel Tourismus möchte. Andere Orte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gotta love Kefalonia

Property was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool. Zola is very quiet, so you need a car to get anywhere, but that’s fine by us. Villa is extremely difficult to find in the dark and really needs a sign on the corner of the track. We couldn’t quite follow the last bit of the instructions and were grateful for local passers by who helped. Very grateful for delivery of a coffee maker! Kitchen lacked basic equipment, but was ok. We had a wonderful week, thank you.

Great setting

We had a super stay. The villa is in a fantastic setting and the pool and villa are great. We had problems with the air conditioning - they managed to fix it on day 4 in one room but unfortunately our bedroom had faulty aircon throughout because they couldn't get the parts in time. Took the edge off the holiday because I slept so badly. In every other way the property was really good.

Nice villa in absolut beautiful location.

The location is great and absolutely quiet. The villa itself was very clean and spacious with big terrace. Restaurant and stunning bech with less people nearby. Also only 20 minutes to myrtos beach. Only the kitchen equipment is a little bit sparse. A higher quality cutlery, uniform wine glasses andpot coaster wopuld be great. But this is only a small minus point. All in all we can highly recommmend Zola and the villa for a quiet saty in beautiful nature.

Straight after completion myself and John decided to buy more land and build some rental properties after seeing the potential Zola has to offer. Our aim is to build five villas for rental and offer luxury Villas and a service to match. Zola is a small quiet sleepy fishing village in a central location of Kefalonia. There are four restaurants and two local beaches Agia Kiriaki and the beautiful Vouti beach with beach bar , in the small harbour you can hire a small motor boat which allows you to explore the private beaches only accessible by boat. Zola is 40 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from Lixouri. Also accessible are Agi Efima (30minutes) Assos (25 minutes) Fiscardo (40 minutes). This is a very quiet village and brings meaning to the saying you can hear a pin drop.
