Charming Townhouse with sunny private pool and terrace in the old town

The house is divided in two floors. Upstairs there is the terrace with private pool, outside table and sunbeds. Entering the house there is the living-room, the new kitchen (owen, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher), and a toilet. Downstairs there are the two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The pool is sunny from 9am until late afternoon. The house has nice views to the mountains and is a few paces away from the Calvario steps. In the old town, but in a very quiet zone. There is no problem for parking near the house.

Couldnt have asked for more, the property location and facilities were excellent. The host Joan met us in pollensa took us to the house and answered all our questions. We will be staying here again loved it.

We loved everything about this townhouse. Perfect location, immaculately clean, the beds were super comfortable and the pictures online really don't do it justice. The owner was really friendly and communication was excellent. We were very sad to leave and would recommend staying here 100%.

Beautiful

This is the second time we have stayed here and totally loved it both times. The pool is perfect and the views are breathtaking. The home is perfectly equipped with everything your would need. Shower is also great! Joan the owner greeted us and helped us throughout our stay if we needed it. Lovely family. Worth staying in.

The Little House with a Pool

An excellent property, no complaints as such, just suggestions. Air conditioning is not essential downstairs (in June at least) however fans may make the stay more comfortable particularly at night you cannot open the window/door in the main bedroom as it opens directly onto the street. A complimentary bottle of water on arrival would I am sure be greatly appreciated by guests. It certainly would have been by us as the small supermarket is a not "around the corner" and is open extremely limited daytime hours. This property is not inexpensive and perhaps a small welcome pack of maybe, eggs, milk bread, wine could be expected at very little cost to the owner. Perhaps a bottle of spray to clean worktops in kitchen and tables would be helpful(as you have to keep a place clean when cooking, eating etc) along with more than one toilet roll for a week would be helpful as these are not the things you initially wish to shop for when first on holiday. A hook or rail for a towel in the bathroom would be useful. My husband and I loved this little house and hope we have only been constructive, A few small touches go a long way, The owner is delightful and you feel secure he is at hand if there is any problem, he kindly booked our taxi for our onward journey. He is charming and excellent and we would love to return , if he will have us! We recommend this property - if you like steps! There is an alternative easier walk to and from the square if you turn left, we found it - now you are aware! Thankyou to Joan for a lovely lovely stay x

Hola Karen! Thanks a lot for your suggestions. The installation of ceiling fans in the upper floor rooms is on the agenda for improvements for the next year. Unfortunately this year we can not do it because we have customers and we need a few days to complete the installation. But for the next year there will be fans in the lower rooms. Regarding the welcome pack, I take note of the details indicated. Usually our customers come by car and do the weekly food shopping in the supermarkets on the road, but it is true that it is appreciated to have some basic things on arrival. I will improve this aspect. Thanks for the visit and the constructive comments!

Halfway to Calvari

No issues , enjoyed our stay, a traditional villa with a modern terraced pool area situated very close to halfway up the Calvario steps.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Haus mit pool

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem netten, kleinen Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Man ist, auch wenn sich das Haus sehr zentral befindet, ungestört und genießt komplett die Ruhe. Wichtig zu wissen: man muss alles mitbringen. Es befindet sich weder Salz noch Öl noch sonst irgendetwas für ein erstes kochen im Haus. Es war insgesamt sehr schön!

great house

Very pleasant stay here- the property is quite expensive which perhaps raised expectations but I guess the price reflects the location of the house and the swimming pool. Joan was very helpful and accommodating as a host and we very much appreciated the welcome basket. The location of the house could not be better and the outside space is excellent. Inside the house was clean enough but not quite up to expectation- the oven was so dirty with grease that when we tried to use it we quickly switched it off as there was quite a bit of smoke. The air conditioning was essential as it was mosquito season when we visited so the we couldn't have the windows open overnight- perhaps some screens on the bedroom windows would be a good idea, but maybe we were just unlucky with the mozzies. Despite the negative comments I would stay here again.

Wonderful,traditional townhouse in great location. Lovely pool and great owners!

We are a family of 4 (8 year old twin boys), and have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Pollenca. Joan the owner could not have been more helpful, even suggesting somewhere we could go to watch the FA Cup final! The house is a lovely traditional Pollenca townhouse with a great shower and the new washing machine/tumble dryer was a bonus at the end of our stay! The pool and it's surrounding area is beautiful, great workmanship and lovely for our boys. We have visited Pollenca town many times and this really is a little gem at its heart, on a quiet little side street about half way up the Calvari steps and with the added bonus of parking which, if you know Pollenca, is a great help! Overall we loved our holiday and really hope to be back soon. Thank you Joan!

Perfect Location & Hospitality

We have just spent a really relaxing week at this property, which does not disappoint in any way. The property is very old but renovated to a high specification. The owner Jean was very pleasant and extremely helpful, supplying excellent meeting point information and also providing extra pool towels on request. The plunge pool is a real delight, especially for those long, hot lazy afternoon’s ! The house is situated perfectly, minutes away from the famous Calvari Steps (its approximately half way up the steps, so not ideal for the infirm but great for a post meal workout!). We can highly recommend and will definitely use the property again, in the future. Enjoy! 😊

A pretty and comfortable house in a perfect setting.

A beautiful, tastefully renovated town house in a great setting tucked away in the old town centre with mountain views. The outside Area was perfect for us with the pool and terraces. Joan was very helpful during our stay. Pollença is beautiful. We were there for the fiesta week, so there was a lot going on and parties in the centre, which really added to our stay. We will definitely come again!

Gorgeous, traditional Town house situated a minutes walk from Calvari steps.

Joan was an amazing and attentive host from when we booked our holiday until the end of our holiday.. nothing was a bother at all. The house is situated in an ideal spot minutes from the Calvari steps and the lovely vibrant village centre. The house was perfect, lots of character and the views were amazing. It was very clean, well equipped and air con was heaven!! Outdoor space was lovely and very well planned out with pool and dining area on patio. We spent most days exploring the local beaches of Puerto Pollença, Cala St Vicenc, Cala Molins and ventured a bit further to Playa De Muro.. all lovely and worth a visit. We had a great time in Pollença and would highly recommend this lovely town house to anyone and would definitely book again.

Lovely house in a great location.

Four of us stayed here (2 adults and boys 16 and 12) and we had a great time. The house is clean and well equipped. The pool was much needed and great for a cool down and a splash. The pool lights made for a fun nighttime dip too. The house has air con and is very cool upstairs, the double room downstairs was a little warm (but it was very hot while we were in Pollenca). It is a fantastic location just a few steps from the Calvari steps so perfect for a wander into town. The host was very helpful, meeting arrangements were faultless and we were pleased to be shown nearby parking which avoided the very narrow streets of the old town. If I came back to Pollenca I would stay here again.

Lovely house, highly recommendable!

Lovely house close the Calvary steps, only a short walk to Plaza Mayor! The casita is nicely renovated and very well kept - a typical Pollenca town house. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining & living room very cozy and with it's fireplace, electric heating and air condition warm enough for a stay in winter. The main bedroom has a big window and from there, the living room and the garden there's a great view on Puig Maria. We stayed there with 2 adults, had a lot of stuff incl. bikes and for us the size was just perfect. Don't forget a laptop for music, connected to the TV it was also great to watch international programmes - using the free WIFI provided. A car can be parked right in front of the house. Last but not least the owner and his family where very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time, the "casita" felt like home and we'd be happy to come back!

OK for two persons; very quiet ! No good beds and sleeping downstairs is not for everbody; also very dark .The kitchen is not well equipped.The owner is a good person.

Dear Mr. Bas, I can't agree about your comment, specially about the darkness of the house. The house is located in a corner. Upstairs there are 4 windows in three of the walls, and is very light and sunny. Downstairs there is the main bedroom, with a big window, also sunny. The second room has one window and is not so bright because it's below street level and with no direct sun. The bed in the main room is less than one year old (new bed and new mattress). And you were just two people so you could use the bright main bedroom. You reserved for two weeks, stayed just three days and paid just for three days. In any other holiday rental you should have paid in advance, but in my case, I prefer that customers be happy with the stay and therefore I left you to pay only for the nights you stayed -you forgot to mention this-. This is probably the reason you tell I'm a good person, thanks for this comment. About the kitchen, it has a three ring hob (changed one year ago), an oven, a microwave, a boiler, a toaster, a fridge with small freezer and the washing machine is also in the kitchen, as well as AC in the kitchen/dinning-room. In my opinion this is enough for a short stay holidays. I agree that the house is not suitable for eldery or disabled persons because it has about 10 steps to go downstairs rooms, but this is not your case, and this is advised in the web page. As I told you, I'm sorry the house didn't met your expectations, I will try to improve it but fortunately your case is an exception among the guests who visit us. With kind regards, Joan Joan
