Incredible Vacation Home Near Village with POOL

Large open concept kitchen, dining & living room. Highest quality construction with beautiful rooms and art work. 4 BR, 4 1/2 Bath, all spectacular. Each BR has own private Bathroom. Huge, peaceful screened back porch leading to pool. Large 4K TV over fireplace. Walking distance to Pier/Village. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Property designed exclusively for the vacation renter. Includes plenty of parking, pool and located in well established, quiet neighborhood.

Upstairs includes it's own common seating area with coffee station. You will not find another comparable property in this location! Note we especially enjoy our guests and strive to make their stay as memorable as possible. Because we are in a nice, well-established neighborhood, we ask for guests to respect our neighbors and our Noise Level Policy.

We want guests to relax and fully enjoy our property but keep in mind we have neighbors who live permanently next door. This is our second home and we expect all guests to take care of the property as if it were their own home. We also have a brief phone conversation with each new guest before officially accepting a booking request. We also only accept Saturday - Saturday rentals in the Summer months.

Amazing (once again)

This was our fourth time at this property and it’s only gotten better. The outside patio has been updated since our last stay to include more furniture and a television without removing the awesome hanging bed. The hosts are communicative and friendly. Cannot more highly recommend.

Beautiful Property with Pool

Great location in St. Simon. House is super clean and has a great layout for family or friends to spread out and enjoy. The screened porch is spectacular and a great place along with the pool area to relax and spend time on vacation.

Wonderful home in a great area.

Perfect for a large group but had a cozy feel. Has everything you need and a few things you didn’t realize you did! Rent bikes as it is a great way to explore the island.

Another Great Week at Village Retreat

Our family enjoyed another incredible stay at Village Retreat! We have been repeat guests since the property opened, and it never disappoints! Everything is always clean, updated, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this property to anyone with multiple families.

Family gathering

This was a beautiful home perfect for our family of all ages. The location was a big plus(close to parks and town). We really enjoyed the bed swing on the porch. We would all love to return!

Your own vacation retreat!

I recently toured this beautiful home and was very impressed with the attention to detail in both the design and decorating! It's perfect for a large family or group with plenty of space for everyone. With comfy rooms inside and a great screened porch and pool outside, this home has everything you could want. Close to shopping, restaurants, the pier and the beach!

Wonderful Stay on SSI

We had a wonderful time on SSI! The house was gorgeous and we were very satisfied with our experience. This is even in spite of the hurricane which knocked out power for about 8 hours. Would recommend!

The perfect week

This house was by far our favorite St Simmons rental. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s incredible. Great location, great pool. Owners and manager were very kind. The only negative is that we had to leave. 😂

Dream House!

Our family has been visiting SSI for over 25 years. This property is our absolute favorite! The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for gatherings big and small. Location on the island and neighborhood are both great. Memories made watching the Olympics from porch and pool were priceless!! Hope to return next summer 😉

Fun Family Reunion

I can speak for everyone in our family that we had a wonderful time on St Simons Island and this fabulous home. All the rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The pool is awesome and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for multiple cooks to work. The house is light and bright with do many amenities. We had a fantastic week!

Wonderful stay at St Simon’s!

We had a great stay at the house and the owners were wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating with a last minute request and were wonderful communicators. We did lose 2 days of pool use due to previous guests not properly maintaining the pool, and while it was no fault of the owner we were able to contact the property manager and he was just as great to work with. The porches and decor were absolutely fabulous… so wonderful that the entire family discussed how badly they wanted to build the exact same house right back home. We would definitely request to stay here again if ever back in the area.

Gorgeous Brand New Home... Close to everything!

I had the opportunity to attend a house warming party at this beautiful house. This home has everything... great location, wonderful furnishings, sparkling pool, front porch, back porch (screened in) .... it is perfect! You can walk or ride a bike to the village. The beach is also a quick bike ride away. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. If you're looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to hang out with your family... this home would be perfect.

Wonderful Stay at SSI

Wonderful stay, impeccable home suitable for family and young children, as well as in laws. Home was decorated beautifully, with interesting artwork displayed all over the house. Pool was top notch, clean, warm, and had a deep end, which we enjoyed. Tvs had youtube TV, which was great. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens provided. Covered and screened in porch was so nice and decorated beautifully like the rest of the home. Property manager was easily accessible and provided a quick solution for the dryer not working (just needed to switch breaker). Quick walk to playground and downtown area. Could not ask for anything more honestly. Were already planning our trip next year, and hope to stay at this home. Thank you for sharing this little slice of paradise!

Beautiful House in a Wonderful Location

The house is immaculate. It is extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need is available to you. The screened in back porch is worth the price of admission alone! Very thoughtful furnishings. It is in a great location on the island. It is very close to Pier Village. The Owners are wonderful communicators, and they go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

St Simon Visit

Enjoyed our week long stay! House and pool are beautiful and well maintained. Enjoyed the screened in porch! Love that the house was walking distance to town. We enjoyed being able to walk for meals, ice cream and mini golf! Owners were easy to communicate with and left a lovely welcoming gift! Would highly recommend!

Great Home for a Family Vacation!

First of all, the owners were great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous and clean. There was plenty of room for all eight of us and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all very nice. The backyard is a vacation oasis with the screened in porch and the beautiful pool. We explored all of SSI and we feel that this home is in the perfect location. Pier Village is easily walkable and everything is a very short drive away. We would not hesitate to rent again!

Family beach trip

Enjoyed a wonderful but much too short week at the beach in this home. It was spectacular. Very well furnished with what is needed for the week. The screen porch and pool were so convenient and well kept. The neighborhood is so peaceful and we enjoyed daily walks. Will return soon! Hosts were very easy to work with , friendly and responded quickly to questions.

Amazing vacation home

This was our second time staying and it did not disappoint. We all had an amazing vacation at this great property. We especially loved having coffee on the front porch in the morning and enjoying the afternoon in the pool. St. Simons has quickly become one of our favorite vacation destinations and we definitely plan to be back and stay here ag.

Co-owner (Alan Malcolm) Georgia native who grew up coming to St. Simons Island. Still believing that there's no place like this island, Alan is a career banker; Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Executive for a large regional bank. He offices in Gainesville, Ga. and covers a territory of Gainesville, Athens and Madison market northeast of Atlanta. Alan enjoys scouring sales and flea markets looking for exceptional "deals" and spending as much time as possible in the Golden Isles on the coast of Georgia!"

Property is designed for larger families and groups which require more privacy. Each bedroom has it's own private bath room and the common areas are very spacious and comfortable. Another benefit of the property is the abundance of parking available on site.
