We offer VIP Concierge services which include pre-arrival planning (airport transfers, groceries, menu selection for meals, activities and general information on the area), reception with complimentary amenity and onsite assistance. Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the condo, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately.

This rental includes a 6 seater golf cart, the most popular and most efficient method of transport in the Punta Mita resort.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership Golf, 6 seat golf cart and your personal concierge! Additional Golf carts can be hired at additional cost if required.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
