Designed by the Seaside town architect, Little Feet offers an exceptional light-filled adventure. This modern home is the guest cottage of ā€˜Pitter Patterā€™ and is just 7 houses from the beach and only one block from the Seaside town center!

The front entrance is down a sandy footpath with a front porch perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Step inside and the ground-level kitchen celebrates all of the latest fixtures and finishes, with custom built-in shelving and floor-to-ceiling windows. This kitchen is complete with a microwave convection oven, a two-burner induction Wolf stove top, a fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a washer/dryer combo, and offers many of the conveniences needed to prepare meals at home. (no dishwasher)

Just off the kitchen, the living area features a queen sleeper sofa with a well-designed custom built-in dining nook and a flat-screen TV with a Sonos system. A spiral staircase winds up to the upper level of the home, offering a queen-sized bedroom suite with custom built-in closets and drawers on either side of the bed with plenty of extra storage. The room is complete with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony off the primary bedroom. The wall of windows provides an enviable indoor and outdoor living space. Shrouded by trees the private relaxed furnished balcony has a bistro set up for two and is the perfect spot to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine. The queen primary bedroom leads into a private bath, completed by a glass-enclosed shower and vessel sink, adding to the modern touches that accentuate the homeā€™s overall design.

Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location canā€™t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

Bed is horrible

The bed is actually an air mattress and has to be the most comfortable mattress/air mattress Iā€™ve ever seen It should be replaced with a REAL mattress asap. Shower leaks as well and there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sinkā€¦. No dishwasher so having a disposal would have been nice.

It was within a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Seaside as well as the beach but far enough away that it was really quiet. Super convenient to go to the beach in the morning for coffee on the pavilion benches and easy walk back to the house for a lunch break if you are spending all day on the beach. The layout of the house was great and made it feel larger than it was. Perfect for two people. My only complaint is that the mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable and has a noticeable sag in the middle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was great, but donā€™t be fooled when it says it can sleep 4. It can, but two people are going to be uncomfortable to say the least. Extra sleeping is a pull out couch that had broken springs. We put the mattress on the floor so we wouldnā€™t fall through in the middle of the night, but in this day and age for the price, the mattress better be comfortable and it was not. Itā€™s very thing and extremely spring loaded. Beware. We did tell the prop management company and they said they would forward the message to the owners, so until they replace it, only stay here if there are two of you as that would be much more comfortable. Other than that a great location.

Great little place walking distance to everything.

Loved this little place and would definitely stay again. It was a short walk to everything you need including a little store that sold just about anything you can think of. It was private and quiet. Perfect for 2 people. Check in was a little rocky because we were missing our parking pass and pool passes and the management company phone lines were not working. Given that check in is at 4 pm you only have a short time to get any of that rectified, so it was a bit of a panic moment when a neighbor said they had been coming around writing parking tickets. Parking is first come, first serve on the street and we ended up parking in front of another property because the space in front of the main house to this property was taken. Every gate for amenities has a different code so that is a bit to remember and the pool codes are specific to the rental so security was no help there. You need to have a little bit of physical fitness because the cottage is located behind the main house down a short footpath and the only bathroom is located upstairs via a spiral staircase. Having the knowledge on the parking, location and pool issue would have been a help, and I hope it helps here. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return to this property in the future.

The beach bag and towels were a special bonus. Short walk to private beach access. If we had an issue it was handled fast, except the refrigerator beeped continuously unless you went down stairs to reset. This was very annoying during the night. We were told that a filter was orders but had not arrived. Hopefully it will be replaced before the next person stays. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!!

Great house and great location! The management company was very supportive and responsive and we had a wonderful weekend. We will definitely book this house again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was to small, no dishwasher, scary staircase and just not comfortable.
