Come stay at our beautiful beachfront private home in Las Conchas in Section 8. Hacienda is a beachfront property that features over 2500 square foot main house with a large open concept kitchen/family living space, three bedrooms and three baths. also available is a 4th bedroom with a full bath (Casita). The covered patio looking out to the Sea of Cortez is over 1500 square feet complete with dining table, 4 large lounge chairs, a large propane grill. The home sits right on the Sea of Cortez.

All three bedrooms are master suite featuring a California King Luxury beds, all three are facing the ocean, large view glass and doors out to the patio and ocean, and private bathrooms with double sinks and a beautiful large walk in showers. One of the bathrooms as an A.D.A. approved (wheelchair accessible).***** Also available is the Casita upon request 4th bedroom with a California King Luxury bed and a full bathroom and a walk in shower*****. The great room has a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable Lazy Boy reclining sofa and love seat (sofa sleeper), futon/sleeper for relaxing and visiting, Large doors as well as large windows to the beautiful view of the ocean. There is a large covered patio with dramatic circular staircases leading down to the beach for your enjoyment. We have a full size propane grill on the front porch as well as a fire pit down by the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and has most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Other amenities include WI-FI Internet Access, central air and heat, and ceiling fans throughout, 60” 4k LED Television with Dish Network over 250 us channel, get local Phoenix channels as. No Smoking Inside, Pets Allowed. We have everything you will need. Just bring your clothes, food, drinks and enjoy!

Las Conchas getaway

It was perfect for my 70th birthday with family! House was super well stocked and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Las Conchas is the closest thing to a private beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Puerto Penasco dream

It's absolutely amazing, from stunning location to comfort. The house has EVERYTHING one needs for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We can see the detailed and personal attention to guests' comfort. We are already planning on coming back.

Great house, on the beach. The beach has a lot of reef on it, which we like, found two octopus, and a bunch of brittle starfish. Lots of space!

Very Nice Beach House

The property manager welcomed us and was very friendly. The hoise was beautiful and very well cared for. It was stocked with plenty of fresh towels and any other everyday items you would need. It is top 3 of all beach houses i have stayed at in Ricky Point

Perfect beach house

We were met at the house by the wonderful caretaker Karina, she showed us how to use everything thing and gave us her number incase of any problems. The house is terrific, right on the beach with a big patio and plenty of chairs. Loved having morning coffee out there. The rooms were big and comfy. Close to town. In short this house has all you need for a great beach stay

Beautiful Beach Front home

We had a wonderful time here. We have been coming to RP for over 20 yrs and this was the cleanest place that we have stayed. The house had a clean smell to it, the sheets were high quality. Some parts of the Los Conchas beach has exposed reef but this area is mostly good sand with only a few rocks.

Perfect adult fun in Las Conchas!

Fantastic home on the beach front with huge patio, Adirondack chairs with small tables, chaise lounges, and outdoor dining table. There’s a fire pit area and an area to play corn hole. The rooms all have a door to the outside patio and beach and a full bathroom to each room. All rooms have a king sized bed. It’s perfect accommodation for 3 couples. I will definitely book this place again 💃!

We love Rocky Point and on the beach in Los Conchas is our place to stay. The house was great! Clean, stocked and everything works like it should. The communication was quick and precise. We will definately be back to Sam's house! Thank you so much!

Beautiful place, needs some improvement!

Home is beautiful, all 3 bedrooms have ocean views. Will be nice to add a long mirror to all the bedrooms. The stove was a little hard to managed. The outside shower needs a new shower head that actually work. It was very disappointing that there was no purified water available, only one roll of paper towels was provided for our 4day stay, and

The best of Las Conchas

Sam was very responsive and great to work with. The house was very well stocked we lacked for nothing. King beds and sheets were comfortable and the ocean views from all rooms and the porches were the best! Karina arranged great messages and made sure all went well. We will be back. Thanks Sam.

Dreamy Beachfront Home

Great location! I love that you can just walk out the door right to the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee, watching the ocean. Then played in the ocean all day long. This house is well stocked with pans, dishes, and other kitchen gadgets you would need. We get fish from the fish market, and then just stay at the house the rest of the time and cook food there, so this home was perfect for that. It’s a very clean beautiful home the layout was perfect for three couples. We will definitely be back!

Picture is deceiving

We enjoyed our stay as best we could. The picture of the wooden steps touching the sandy beach is misleading. It doesn’t exist. There’s a 4’ drop from the last step to the beach. It was difficult for half my family to navigate stepping over the wall to walk down the path to the beach. I picked this house and paid extra for the ease of getting onto the beach. It has been this way for sometime because the neighbors have steps to the beach. The picture should be taken down or fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was good. I felt bad because my father and uncle couldn’t enjoy the beach as much as they would’ve liked.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time, home literally has everything and all bedrooms are ocean front. Nice sandy beach and not the crowds like there are in rocky point. We would love to return!

Great property

Our group with young kids had a great time at this property! The house is the cleanest and most convenient place we've stayed in Rocky Point. Everything was working in the house: AC nice and cool, fans in the bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. It was great having the washer/dryer, plenty of drinking water, and we used all the beach gear provided as well. Thank you! We'll be back again!

And the extreme tide swings every 6 hours make it unique.We have enjoyed Puerto Penasco for yeas as our family's vacation get away , because of its Proximity to Phoenix. This Property is Located in the Guard gated Community of Las Conchas which is another advantage because it is has security 24 hrs and our Beachfront home is very close to security gate . We like this, because we feel more secure when we are enjoying our beach home and when we are away we know it will be watched over. We are sure you will feel the same way when you visit. Puerto Penasco is the perfect location for any Arizonan to take a vacation, or a weekend getaway!
