The Palms at Wailea
The Palms at Wailea is a secure resort community of 150 units on 16.7 acres, with 23 two-story buildings. The ground- and second-floor apartments each have individual lanais and entries. Built in a Mediterranean style, each apartment has an individual entry and is separated from the others by variations in height and angle. The grounds provide many apartments with a view of the Pacific, while the remaining apartments have garden areas with an abundance of palms.

The spacious two- and three-story units have full kitchens, individual washer and dryers, and free cable TV. Property amenities include barbecue and recreation areas, a swimming pool, a hot tub and a clubhouse.

5 Star review: Very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The property has a wonderful view almost with very close and convenient parking. Highly recommend.


NOTE: The wonderful remodel in kitchen and both bath rooms. A wonderful update to an already remodeled condo. Large walk in glass enclosed shower in master bedroom. New granite replacing all current granite and new vanities. New decor and design. . The amazing lanai is so large with BBQ Grill seating for six, and additional sunning area. Lanai overlooks gardens and green space with lovely sunsets over the ocean. We fully enclosed the guest bedroom - unlike most other condos that still have the sliding louver doors..
